Nicely refurbished older building with good facilities. Convenient for transport and all main points of interest. Helpful staff. Shame the breakfast is so expensive for what it is - a nice enough buffet but nothing special.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars!

Comfortable bed in lovely room with a large balcony. Good breakfast served in an exquisite dining room. Very reasonable bar rates - for the area. After a long day's drive, we had hoped to eat in for dinner but the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. But this didn't matter in the end because there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we found a beauty.

I had to find a hotel quickly near to the Hospital in Aix Les Bains as my husband had an accident. The reviews on Expedia helped me narrow down the options and this hotel seemed to meet my requirements in terms of location and quality.

Dont stay at this hotel if you have other options.We chose this hotel because it advertised on site parking & the restaurant had a 3 star rating in the Logis de France guide book & we were looking forward to a nice dinner for our last evening in France.The parking turned out to be in the basement of another hotel for which we were charged a considerable sum & the restaurant was closed.The room was a reasonable size but had no air con & the floor creaked with every step.The bathroom was also spacious but the shower had only one temperature-scalding-so that it was impossible to stand under it.The proprietor of the hotel was extremely rude & offensive.

La chambre qui nous a été attribué sur réservation avec hotels.com était dans la partie ancienne, non-rénovée, sans ascenseur et sans climatisation.... ce qui ne serait pas un problème en soi, mais elle avait une odeur très désagréable. En demandant de changer de chambre on nous a fait clairement savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'autres chambres de cette catégorie, et après de longues discussions nous avons finalement pu changer en payant un supplément de 36€ ... pour 1 chambre climatisée, rénovée... mais bien plus petite. Hotel pas à recommander .... il y en a d'autres bien plus intéressants sur cette ville

Accueil très chaleureux de l'employé de l'hôtel alors que j'arrivais tard le soir vers 2330, personnel sympathique le matin et compréhensif, j'ai pu laisser ma voiture dans le garage de l'hôtel jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi, ce qui m'a vraiment arrangé. Je reviendrai.

Une très mauvaise expérience
Notre réservation faite auprès de \"hotels.com\" portait sur une chambre climatisée. Arrivé à l'hôtel on nous a dit que nous avions réservé sur \"hotels.com\" il qu'il ne restait qu'une suite non climatisée dans une annexe de l'hôtel. Compte tenu des température actuelles nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié.

Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles j'attendais mieux .ex : un fauteuil dans la chambre et un parking assez grand pour recevoir vos clients. J'étais déçue d'aller chercher un parking très limité dans le coin de l'hôtel et de plus payant.

Me siento engañado en el sentido de que publicitan que el hotel está climatizado, y que hay aire acondicionado, cuando sólo hay en las zonas comunes de recepción y restaurante, mientras que en las habitaciones no existe ese servicio. Por lo demás, sin problema, a destacar inclusive, la amplia cama de 2,20x2,10 que te permite descansar y seguro que vendrá muy bien a personas corpulentas.

A notre arrivée il nous a été attribué une chambre sans climatisation. Nous avons alors demandé une chambre avec clim qui finalement nous a été proposée moyennant un supplément de 38 € par nuit, alors que notre réservation stipulait bien la climatisation. We reisden als twee bevriende koppels en ik had twee kamers voor dezelfde prijs gereserveerd. Een kamer bleek enkel buitenom bereikbaar en bij binnenkomst bleek deze kamer muf en naar schimmel te ruiken en wel erg simpel ingericht en de deur kwam rechtstreeks op de straat uit (gaf een onveilig gevoel). Bij reclamatie konden we na enig heen en weer gepraat wel een andere kamer krijgen, maar deze was van een hogere categorie, zo werd gezegd. En dit betekende een meerprijs van 40 euro. De nieuwe kamer bleek echter volledig vergelijkbaar met de tweede kamer die we hadden gereserveerd, enkel was de airco extra. Protest bij betaling de volgende ochtend haalde niets uit en resulteerde in de dreiging dat de garage gesloten bleef als we het verschil niet betaalden. We hebben uiteindelijk de extra 40 euro betaald en bleven zitten met het gevoel dat we benadeeld zijn.

Des que l on sort de l'ascenceur qui dessert les chambres,on déchante vite:Moquette au sol viellote et plus en très bon état.les portes de chambres sont toutes rayées.par contre bonne surprise a l'ouverture de la porte:chambre,la 225 au 2eme étage, plutot petite mais tres bien décoréé:design un peu épurée;mais salle de bains des annés 1960:bidet et wc dans la meme piéce avec baignoire au milieu sans rideau de douche (donc on en met partout)et lavabo.La plus grosse mauvaise surprise....A l'ouverture des fenetres il y a en face de nous en contre bas sur les toits 2 immenses climatiseurs (ou moteur) qui font un bruit d'enfer:Je plein les voisins des immeubles alentours.quand les fenetres son fermées on entend \"seulement\" un ronronnement mais en plein été je me demande comment les occcupants de cette chambre font pour dormir!!!J'en ai parlé au propriétaire qui me dit que c'est la première fois qu'on lui signale ce fait!!!!pour ma part je pense qu'il est de très mauvaise fois.
D'autre part nous avons eu la plus petite chambre de l'hotel:est ce du au fait que nous avons réservé sur EXPEDIA?

Je connais Ais pour avoir fait une cure à la suite d'un accident. Je n'étais pas en forme mais partout les personnes rencontrées étaient attentives. je suis revenue pour un forum ce dernier we et j'ai regardé sur internet un hôtel trois étoiles proches du centre des congrès. J'ai opté pour le Parc car proche du Parc...... comme son nom l'indique.
Ce fut un bonheur de sortir de la gare et monter à pieds en 5 minutes à l'avenue de Chambéry de poser ma valise et d'aller en repérage au Palais des Congrès à pieds. J'en parlerais autour de moi si on me demande d'ailleurs je l'ai fait car pendant les trois jours on m'a demandé où j'étais installée.
Donc bravo pour l'ambiance l'athmosphère la propreté l'entretien la décoration et la piano au milieu de la salle mais je n'en ai pas profité car c'est seulement le jeudi...affaire à suivre. La patron très humain aussi......
