Two night stay whilst hiking in the area. Convenient underground parking, spotlessly clean room, excellent facilities, friendly staff, refreshing approach to recycling. Only negative being classic Northern European hotel air-conditioning that won’t go below 16 degrees or act as a fan. When the weather is 23 degrees outside with no wind, guests need air conditioning.

On our 2 week trip in Bavarian Germany, Austria, and Switzerland this was probably our best hotel we stayed in. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, great on site parking, and the breakfast was excellent as well.

Great Base Hotel

This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌.

The hotel was great. Definitely a good spot if you are planning to stay for a longer amount of time. Room was plenty big for 3 of us which is hard to find in Europe. Decor and style was very clean and modern. There was a nice laundry room on site which was helpful too. We had a car and parking was very convenient. Close drive to the areas we wanted to visit in Werfen. Would stay here again.

Bischofshofen

Harry's home hotel in Bischofshofen is a nice, clean, new and modern accommodation. The hotel is situated in a quiet location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious. The bathroom offered a sufficient amount of towels. The power outlets are next to the bed - good for charging phones. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience.

One tip for improvement. They don't have a box with tissues in the room.

We stay at this brand frequently in Austria traveling thru. Always kind and helpful. The breakfast here is excellent. Just a little more detail in cleaning. Some dog hair on the bed. Sometimes floors could be better. And cutlery if you have it. We just kindly point this out or make a recommendation to bring things to their attention if needed. A super stay. My 16th hotel on this trip & overall this Harry' best yet, especially at the good Hotels price. Super helpful service including arranging a bike hire, lovely room with view up to mountains, well equipped guest service room (laundry, microwave, cuttlery, plates, glasses, drink/snack vendor machines), lifts, only a few minutes walk from train stn.
The Hotel did by mistake double book my room, door being opened when i asleep. But Hotel came forward with a complimentary breakfast-much appreciated & satisfied me.

Modern Hotel in a Great Location

Harry’s is a great spot. A modern look in a quaint and breathtaking town. It was in a great location with easy access to Burg Hohenwerfen, the Sound of Music Trail and the Ice Cave. Check in was quick and easy but make sure to pay attention to their hours of operation. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious with a second bedroom with privacy. We even had a patio. My only warning is there’s a train station nearby and without knowing it, the cleaning staff left the window open a crack and I could hear the trains and cars whooshing by. Make sure the window is closed! There is also a great ATM across the street which was a great place to get euros without additional fees. A great place to enjoy beautiful Werfen!

There was a young man hotel clerk that was just kind of a jerk. I had booked through Expedia and not everything was clear during the booking. I had booked three rooms for a large travel group. I had missed two young adults during booking. He made such a big deal of not including them. He wanted extra payment. Of course, we were going to pay. However, he never delivered the extra towels or bedding that was included in that payment.

What a gem in such cute city. The hotel is smart building and is designed with every small detail to make your stay comfortable and eco-friendly. For example, if you have aircon running and you open the window, the aircon will stop working. The next positive thing is very friendly staff and dog-friendly hotel, they gave us a bowl for our shiba inu (11kg) and he was welcomed!
Suggestions for small improvements: What would be good is to provide some instructions for the guests because it took us 15 mins to figure out. Also some of the essential things like detergent and cleaning cloth would be good as we wanted to wash up the used dish plates.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, was bei der Lage zur Straßenseite von Vorteil ist. Leider ist das Frühstück mit 18 Euro sehr preisintensiv und die Sauna muss man auch extra zahlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ficamos no Harry’s Home Bischofshofen de 26 a 28 de novembro. Havia nevado quando chegamos e a cidade estava lindamente cercada pelas montanhas cobertas de neve. Foi uma ótima escolha se hospedar na rede Harry´s Home. Estivemos em outros hotéis da rede na Áustria e todos são ótimos. Ficamos no apto 601 ( fundos ) com linda vista para a estação de trem, estrada e montanhas nevadas. Atendimento bom e eficiente. Quarto amplo, silencioso, com cama confortável. Banheiro limpo e com ducha quentinha deliciosa. Hotel bem localizado, na continuação da rua principal, perto da estação de trem, de lojas, supermercado e restaurantes. Para um rápido check in, estacionamos em frente ao hotel. Estacionamento coberto no subsolo com valor de EUR 12.00 por diária. Quando voltarmos a Bischofshofen, certamente ficaremos nesse hotel novamente.

Schmutzig, laut, Unfähig.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe, von den unfähigen Mitarbeiterinnen angefangen bis hin zu unfreundlichen Äußerungen.
Auf die Nachfrage nach der nächsten Ladesäule wurde mir ein solcher Blödsinn erzählt.
Ich müsse nachts um 23:30 Uhr das Auto aus der Garage fahren weil ich sonst Strafe bezahlen müsse usw.
Wir hatten das Standardzimmer gebucht, auf den Fotos ist ein schönes Bad und eine kleine Küche abgebildet.
Weder das schöne Bad noch die kleine Küche fanden wir vor, man hat uns, beide über 1,80m ein behinderten Zimmer gegeben, Lichtschalter auf 1,20m, im Spiegel kann man sich nur sehen wenn man sich bückt usw.
Zudem
War das Bad schmutzig, der Duschvorhang unten rötlich gelb, kein Klodeckel und nach der kurzen Dusche in der Früh stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser weil das Wasser nicht abgelaufen ist und der Abfluss verstopft.
Die Klimaanlage bzw Lüftung ging ebenfalls nicht, entweder bei offenem
Fenster den Lärm vom Bahnhof und die Blicke vom Nachbarhaus direkt ins Bett oder es ist halt ohne jegliche Lüftungsmöglichkeit einfach zu warm zum schlafen.

Rigtig lækkert sted med fantastisk udsigt til bjergene. Det eneste at påpege er at man kan ikke sidde på sin terrasse og få fred og ro til tog siden. Ikke pga toget men den som kører lige ved siden af, den larmer.

Das Zimmer wurde auch an 2 andere Gäste freigeschaltet. Zum Glück waren die anderen Gäste ehrlich und habe es gleich gemeldet. Ansonsten hätten sie unsere Gegenstände vom Zimmer stehlen können.

Ansonsten war das Hotel gepflegt und machte einen guten Eindruck.

Frühstücksbuffet war teils leergegessen, man musste min. 15 Min. warten bis es wieder Jogurt und Brot aufgefüllt wurde.

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis finde ich sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und die Lage top. Bäcker um die Ecke und ein toller Steak/ Burger Laden ebenso. Es liegt außerdem direkt am Bahnhof, was aber nicht stört. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber für die Umgebung wenig Freizeit Tips geben. Die Sauna musste extra bezahlt werden (6€ p.P.)und öffnete erst um 17 Uhr. Das finde ich zu spät. Der 16 Uhr- Check in könnte bei früherer Öffnung gut überbrückt werden.

Die Zimmer sind modern, die Aussicht und Ruhe in Richtung Schischanze besser als zum Bahnhof.
Zimmerservice ist nur alle drei Tage - also keiner.
Man kann ihn zwar extra anfordern aber das tut man ja dann doch nicht.
Frühstück ist gut, Sauna ist klein aber auch in Ordnung. Ein paar Liegen wären hier eine schöne Ergänzung zu den 3 Sesseln und dem \"Riesen-Mehretagen-Sofa\". Von Bischofshofen kann man die Schischaukeln Hochkönig und Flachau sehr gut erreichen. Ausserdem liegt das Hotel am Alpe-Adria Radweg (im Sommer auch schon besucht).
