We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Hotel Perrakis. This is a family run hotel and the owners Phillip and Rena were extremely welcoming and provided lots of advice on visiting the beautiful island of Andros. The accommodations were perfect with each room having a balcony overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast was included each morning! Can’t wait to come back!

A true gem.

Stayed here for 4 nights and my family and I are already planning on returning next summer. Incredible hospitality- owners went out of their way to accommodate us, make sure we were all having a great time and even made lists for us with recommendations on where to go on the island.

Spring in Andros!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing anything we requested. The only downside
was that we were here early in the season so the pool and the restaurant were closed. Timing is everything. :)

The property was located opposite one of the best beaches in Andros and a 10 min drive away from Batsi. My young family enjoyed using the hotel pool. Will be back.

There were several services stated on Hotels.com that were not available such as Breakfast, restaurant or the free area shuttle, which was disappointing as we had not planned to take cabs everywhere.

We have visited the hotel a couple of times. Nice view from the rooms. Room was not as presented in the photos. It was not well cleaned when we arrived, especially the toilet. The balcony is connected to the adjacent rooms (without divider) and the balcony door was left wide open by the cleaner every day (regardless the fact that we had valuable possessions evident). Reception staff and management was not helpful compared to the rest. Due to COVID-19, the buffet (breakfast) was replaced by set menu and any addition was charged unjustifiably (e.g. 8 euro for yogurt).

Breakfast buffet was awesome. The staff at buffet was very pleasant and helpful. The sea view was great. Very clean room and toilet. The check-in/out procedure was very nice, without any issues or delays, we also checked-in an hour earlier(thank you).

The blond-girl at the reception seemed a little bored at her post for all 3 days, maybe cause of the season finale, but-ok- thats work! Imagine working 30yrs straight for retirement without having season-off, only 22 days vacation :).
The beds were always grinding no matter weight.Some issues with internal sound insulation, toilets, hallway and other rooms were sound crystal clear. Some work on the doors should be done for that.

Great hotel to chill out

This is a lovely boutique hotel with great facilities. The views from the rooms, restaurant and bar over the coast are brilliant. Food is also very good, especially the breakfast. Only slight concern was the service at times and getting any information on things like the bus service. That said though, a great hotel if you want to chill.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We went to this island for some peace and quiet after touring Europe. It was exactly what we wanted. The staff was excellent! Special kudos to Harry, my beach bartender Dmitri and restaurant staff. So good! Perfect place to unwind!

Beautiful location but beds are hard and pillows were stuffed into small pillowcases which made them like rocks. Basic rooms, and breakfast is not great. The female staff were very friendly but the men weren't.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. food also excellent. We had s scooter. I recommend you have car or scooter upon arrival as location is not walkable to other cafes, etc. Hotel peeps very helpful in communicating and assisting in obtaining rental cars, scooters. Lovely beach, pool, areas and cafes

Peace and tranquility with fabulous views

The hotel overlooks a gorgeous bay and all of the rooms have sea views. We went in late May and the island is quiet, just beginning its summer season. The service is excellent; friendly but unobtrusive. Rooms are spacious, cleaned frequently and well furnished. The breakfast was plentiful, with a whole variety of things to choose, from cold cheeses and meats to Greek yoghurt with honey. We ate in the restaurant in the evening a couple of times and again the quality was first rate. It was a very relaxing stay.

Fantastic views

Very good hotel only let down by the failure to maintain the pool area following a couple of stormy days.
Superior rooms have an excellent terrace but standard have an enclosed balcony.
Good shower rooms with excellent toiletries. Beds very comfortable with extra pillows and covers available. Quiet fridge but no ice box. Bars were very happy to fill a glass on request for the room. Good storage.
Excellent breakfast choice but with limited hot food. Had dinner several evenings and it was very good. Half board is also available and sampled various dishes as they are the special choices to compliment the a la carte.
Would be isolated for some, but only 30 minutes walk to the port, 0.4 to the nearest taverna and 0.6 to the supermarket. Several buses are passing the door for trips to other towns.
Overall very good with many lovely beaches.

Relaxing well run hotel

We had a superior room, so slightly larger than the others. Fabulous view out to sea and although on a main road, this was not a problem and was not visible from the room. Nice pool. Lovely buffet breakfast with great staff. The sun beds on the beach, immediately across the road were free and the beach extremely pleasant with a handy bar.

Nice family hotel in Andros

This is an excellent hotel to spend the holidays with the family right by the sea. It has a nice swimming pool, is 3.5 km from town. The views are spectacular and the staff very helpful. The sea is quiet as a swimming pool, very safe to swim, and wind surfing is available near by.

we had booked in off season ans when we got there realized that the restaurant was closed. However our hosts were very kind to prepare and lunch and dinner for us during our stay. the hotel is very nice. it can feel a bit crowded in the peak season as they say they are fully booked. There is good access to 2 local beaches which are beautiful. The only negative is that it is about 3-4 km for towns on either side but you can hire a scooter or locally.

Perfect Hotel with breath taking view !!

This hotel is simply amazing. The view is simply breath taking. The management sincerely cares for it's guests and it shows. Always available and eager to assist.

Pictures don't do justice of the premises. The outside deck is simply gorgeous and perfect to see the sunset. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well laid out. Our balcony had a great view of the ocean with chairs to appreciate the scenery.

Quick access to Batsi for restaurants and café but the hotel restaurant has great food as well. If your visiting Greece islands, you must see Andros and stay at this hotel.

Täuschung, Abzocke und Respektlosigkeit – absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Wir mussten dieses Hotel buchen, weil unser ursprüngliches Hotel für eine Verlängerung ausgebucht war. Was uns hier erwartete, war eine Zumutung.

Die Fotos auf der Website sind irreführend. Der Pool war dreckig, die Poolbar geschlossen, es wurde gebaut – kein Hinweis darauf bei der Buchung. Die angeblich vorhandene Beach Bar existiert nicht. Stattdessen stehen ein paar alte Liegen am Strand. Nebenan wird zwar eine neue Bar gebaut, sie gehört aber nicht zum Hotel.

Das Frühstück für 15 € pro Person war eine Frechheit: Auswahl ja, aber Qualität unterirdisch. Vieles wirkte alt und geschmacklos. Die offizielle Website-Bilder sind reine Täuschung.

Die „kostenlosen“ Liegen am Strand werden nicht kontrolliert, jeder kann sie nutzen. Kein Service, keine Struktur.

An der Rezeption hörten wir, wie sich Mitarbeiter und sogar der Eigentümer über die Beschwerden eines Gastes lustig machten („Es ist eine Dusche, ja klar kommt Wasser raus“). Völlig respektlos.

Kein „Hallo“, kein „Danke“ vom Empfang – unhöflich und gleichgültig. Beim Transfer wurden uns 8–10 € genannt, gezahlt haben wir 20 € – an eine Frau, die mit dem Personal verwandt ist. Laut anderen Fahrern kein Einzelfall.

Bettlaken ungebügelt, wirkten benutzt. Eine Rechnung bekamen wir trotz Nachfrage nicht – nur Kartenzahlungsbeleg und Steuerquittung.

Fazit: Dieses Hotel sollte man meiden. Kein Service, keine Ehrlichkeit, kein Respekt. Nie wieder.

Die Einrichtung von Restaurant und Terrasse ist wunderschön. Ausblick von dort und vom Balkon des Zimmers atemberaubend. Leider ist das Essen nicht unbedingt griechisch, schmeckt durchschnittlich und ist überteuert. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich etwas überfordert, als für 24h eine griechische Reisegruppe zu Besuch war - da fühlten wir uns als Gast nicht wohl, es war durchweg laut und störend beim Frühstück war auch, dass geraucht wurde. Das war das einzige Mal, dass das Personal nicht helfen konnte. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen fahrbaren Untersatz, wenn man das Hotel verlassen möchte, da es isoliert genau zwischen den Orten Gavrio und Batsi liegt. Laufen wollten wir diese Strecke nicht, da es uns entlang der kurvigen Hauptstraße zu gefährlich erschien. Der hoteleigene Strand ist über die Straße zu Fuß bequem erreichbar und bietet kostenlose Schirme & Liegen für Hotelgäste. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel empfehlenswert, perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Με το που πήγαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μας υποδέχτηκαν πολύ θερμά υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα και μας εκαναν upgrade, μας βοήθησαν να οργανώσουμε τις ημέρες μας με τα αξιοθεατα της Άνδρου κι οσες φορες χρειαστηκαμε τα παιδιά στην reception ηταν ευγενεστατοι κι χαμογελαστοί. Θεωρώ υπήρχε επαρκές Πάρκινγκ . Υπήρχε ησυχία ακόμα κακ με το παράθυρο ανοικτό. Πολύ καλη τοποθεσία ειδικά για αυτοκίνητο κι πολύ καλή θάλασσα ακριβώς απο κάτω.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, πάνω στην θάλασσα

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, απέναντι από την θάλασσα, αλλά και πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι του Γαυρίου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, με όλες τις ανέσεις, και πολύ καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, και αρκετά πλούσιο. Η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν αρκετά μεγάλη και σχετικά ρηχή. Το μόνο επικίνδυνο ήταν ότι αν κάποιος θέλει να περάσει απέναντι στην παραλία, θα πρέπει να προσέχει καλά, καθώς το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πάνω σε στροφή, και δεν υπάρχει αρκετή ορατότητα.

Prima ontvangst bij het inchecken - zeer behulpzaam.
Prachtige locatie met zee- en zwembadzicht.
Leuke en verzorgde beachbar aan een mooi strand tegenover het hotel.
Verzorgd ontbijt.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Onze huurauto had de laatste dag een lekke band, direct werd een compressor gehaald om de band tijdelijk te herstellen. Hartelijk dank.
Minpunten: geen lift aanwezig in het hotel en het restaurant enkel open tussen 12.00 en 16.30 uur.

Super séjour! La vue de la chambre sur la plage de Kipri est tout simplement magnifique. Les prestations de l'hôtel, et plus particulièrement, le beach bar sont très appréciables. Il vous faudra cependant dans l'idéal un véhicule pour vous déplacer car le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé le soir. La plage de l'hôtel est incroyable.
