The shower in the room would not drain which meant as a family of 4 we were not able to shower on the same night as it took an hour or so for the shower to drain before the next person could go in. I personally was not able to shower for the first two days. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor and when we woke up in the morning after the first night all we smelt was cigarette smoke. Despite making a complaint to front desk we were not offered a change of room. It took 2 days of complaining before Yasin at guest relation was able to listen to us and find us another room. He was brilliant and he is an asset to the hotel but we wish more staff had the same approach to customer relations. We were not offered our 30% spa voucher nor a room upgrade based on our Expedia tier. The rooms were not cleaned everyday and when it was we still had to call for towels as only 2 were in the room each time.The pools were amazing and the children had a great time.

The 5 star rating is not a true reflection of the hotel. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card.
Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them.

Could be great with some updates needed

Location is good, 20 mins from airport and 5 mins taxi ride to Lara town for shopping. Be aware that a number of stores located in the hotel lobby only accept cash. Theres tonnes of things for kids and adutlts to do. Hotel is huge and facilitles really great for adults and children. Food is good and decent variety. The only things that need to be improved is the aircon at its coldest setting on full fan speed is totally useless, which made the room unbearably hot to sleep in so we have very bad sleep during our 4 day stay. Also just note that there is a new hotel being built next to the Kremlin so you'll need to ask for a quiet room if you want some rest. The construction work is really loud and runs until midnight every day and begins again at 07:30am. We asked for a room change which was agreed by the hotel staff but it was really inconvenient as we had already unpacked all of our luggage (family of 4). Nobody on reception even asked us how our stay was when we were checking out which is the very least a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel.

My wife had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. First, she struggled to communicate with the receptionist, who had to rely on Google Translate to have a basic conversation. Then, the receptionist refused to allow her friend to enter the hotel without first paying an additional fee for adding a second person to the room. Even after the fee was paid, he insisted on keeping her friend’s passport until checkout — something we have never encountered at any other hotel. This was definitely a place we will never return to.

Vi had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could need.
The 2 girls (Savel and another which i so not remember her name) in reception were wonderful to thier responsibilities and quite polite and one Afghan young waiter in the big hall.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated.
While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately.
Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables.
We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel.
Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead.
3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and
Night entertainment musical bands were amazing.
Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.

Great resort for kids. The kids and teen club were amazing, with so many activities. Water park for kids and adults was a lot of fun. Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice and always helpful.

My only suggestion would be to have more variety in meals. The food was good but pretty much the same every day.

Traditional family all inclusive resort was a first place we stopped in Antalya for a week. Our super early checkin was smooth and Barış Yılmaz made everything possible for us to enjoy our stay.
Great entertainment activities, multiple pools and food. Access to sea. Three is us used spa services twice. Lymphatic massage is great for everyone, try it.

The good the bad and the ugly

Hotel is cery good , clean and well maintained. Food is delicious with many choices and restaurants. As well snack and drinks near the main pools. Desers are cery good with many choices. Staff is very nice and go beyond to make your stay a happy one. The only serious issue I found is that people smoke everywhere and do not have respect for children and people that doesn't smoke. Making you breath second hand smoke. There is not enough signs of not smoking. If hotel can manage to enforce and give specific designated ares for people that smoke. That will be a very good advancements for the hotel and their guests. I will be give, a 4 or 5 start to this resort. When they fixt this serious problem.

The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area.

Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort.

Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old,

On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest.

Kremlin Palace Antalya Review

The hotel is overhyped and shows lot of wear and tear. For the money they charge per night there are better choices available in Antalya. Initially the room they gave had the washroom that had really bad smell coming from it. When we pointed it out the front desk customer service representative told us to spend the night there and they will re-assugn a new room to us next day which did not make sense to us as our luggage was still packed and when we insisted and confronted them that why would we have to unpack and pack again for next morning when they could re-assign the room same day. Upon our insistence they re-assigned us a new room within and hour. We felt like we did not have to jump through hoops to get the required service which as a 5 Star hotel they should have provided. The room airconditioning was not upto par for a 5 star hotel. The buffet menu and service was good with lots of eating choices. The towels in the room were worn out and their color had changed from white to off-white.
The staff was decent but could be more friendly. They should improve the living standards and customer service as per a 5 star hotel. There are limited transportation options .

Overall a good hotel would stay again. we were without electricity from 11pm until 11am the following day it took rather longer than expected to get it sorted which wasn't ideal, night manager was useless. A couple of rude staff in the restaurant/buffet area that need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to speak to people or find an alternative job that would be more suited for them. Cleanliness of hotel food quality taste was good.

The negatives: the images of the standard room are not accurate, in reality they’re very old and dirty. The staff aren’t the friendliest when you request compensation. The activity are generally the same so it gets boring after a 4 days. The food was alright.

Positives: the outdoors were looked nice, good for pictures. The pool was large and enjoyable however you can only swim till 7:45 PM. Room service was very nice and did a decent job.

I was so excited for booking that hotel but I was so disappointed I wasted my money and I stayed here for 5 days and is not worth the money first of all the rooms are so old my mini bar was leaking my AC was leaking you can hear everything from the next door the staff doesn't speak English when you call receptionist if they don't understand you they will hang up on you the restaurant is not open 24 hours it close at 2:00 a.m. and the food is from the leftover in the morning it's not a fresh food I would never come back here it does not worth the money

I think the guest services and front office mgr has been great. You can tell they know how to deal with customers. I got at least 2 random calls from Firuze hn (guest services mgr) asking if all was going ok with our vacation. That certainly felt good. I think the hotel had lots of good things going but also some areas of improvement. I provided a private feedback to the hotel which was more detailed but I will just mention a few things here. A la carte restaurants have been great, service and food quality met expectations. The main dining room however did not have the right food quality and this is also the main area you feel the hotel is understaffed. There was always large crowds and certain logistics were missing although the staff tried most of the time their best to create duplicate stations etc but it was not enough. Another problem I see with this resort was the insufficient number of toilets. I saw many times families taking their kids to the \"green\" area because toilets were usually full or also not as clean since the guest number is much greater for the number of toilets so it is nearly impossible to keep these clean. Sometimes I chose to go to 3 different restrooms since the first two was full /being cleaned or not clean. I think the staff has not much to do on this problem because it is a design problem. Given the size of the hotel and especially the pool areas, the restrooms should have been designed 3x larger in my opinion. Our family had fun time which I must

Very scenic and being all inclusive was so great this included absolutely everything alcohol, meals, snacks, minibar.
It is a very active place so if you are looking for peace and quiet not exactly the place you want to go. Out of the 5 staff members I had to deal with during the stay only 1 was pleasant. One even rolled her eyes because I misunderstood her because of the language barrier. Overall I would return knowing that if I wanted more peace I would pay a little extra for certain areas of the hotel.

The worst hotel I was see it on my life, the room look likes 1970's and big different thab the photes, one of the elevator was not working and A/C not working for all hotel !! The sultion of the hotel is bring a fan :) Furthermore,some of the reception and the manager was rude and he told me why you book this hotel when you didnt see it also he told me not possible change the room at least.Finally I cant leave in this room for 1 hour and left the the hotel Regarding the A/C and the room. Aslo they take one night amount however his manager told will refund to me due the A/C but I didnt recieve any thing.

Five nights at the Kremlin

Really enjoyed our five night stay. Food was extremely varied, ensure you try the a la carte restaurants - the Italian and Turkish were particularly good.
The private beach was clean and the water warm - fantastic.
Ensure you try the Hotel Spa. The wife and myself enjoyed the intensive Massage treatment and sauna.
Our room was decorated and furnished to a high standard and cleaned Daily.
The Hotel was busy but staff and management kept Covid guidelines in mind, as tables cleaned regularly, face masked staff, and temperatures checked at reception and restaurants. The buffet style restaurant was extremely well managed - no-one except staff allowed to touch the food - you could have anything you wished to eat or drink, but staff only would serve you.
My only advice to English visitors would be that the buffet style restaurant is more centred on Turkish and Eastern European cuisine, (It’s not called the Kremlin for nothing). Don’t be shy - some of the dishes are delicious, but if your tastes are a bit conservative, the a la carte restaurants are more familiar western menus, and around the poolside are your typical dining dishes - pizza, hamburgers, waffle and ice cream, (kids sorted).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and happily recommend it.

Excellent stay. Great value for money! Room very comfy, recently refurbished. Food is overall very good, while in Pasha Turkish a-la-carte restaurant outstanding! Staff very friendly. Nice sandy beach and several large pools.

Antalya Old Town (Kaleici) is 45-60 mins by bus (stopping opposite the resort entrance) is worth of trip.

Two negative things: bearly drinkable red wine and very poor selection and quantity of food for late night snack in the main restaurant...

The hotel itself is amazing, the grounds are huge with lots to do. Lots of different restaurants, pizza stand, burger stand, various bars. Pools and beach that you can always get beds at. Very clean!

Fun shows at night which are both in Russian and English.

We were treated to 4 nights at each al la carts restaurant. Great food, service a bit all over the place but it doesn’t matter when you’re not paying.

Yes, it is full of Russians, which is to be expected. We were two of very few English speakers.

My one complaint is I felt very unsafe as though I may catch coronavirus because of the set up. Let me explain:
It seemed that the vast majority of the hotels occupants do not understand the concept of queueing or social distancing. I would clearly be next in line and another person would come up and physically touch me to barge in front of me. And the staff would serve them first! I would say to the staff and the person, are you serious? Could you move away from me? And they would treat me as though I’m stupid. This happened not only at the buffet but at the bars, cafe, burger stand, pizza stand etc. Honestly I would not be surprised if I have caught the virus, given that the majority of hotel residents are coming from the 4th worse country affected.

The hotel and staff need to do more about this. Make them queue. Don’t serve them if they push in. Make them wear masks when walking around (like our other hotel did). Do something to make the conditions more safe.

Needs some serious attention

It’s a good place but they need to work on few things.
The staff is unprofessional, you go to the bar or food counter they stare at you without a greeting and stay quiet awkwardly until you say Hi and tell me you need what they are serving, you get the stuff and thank them and they stare at you with a blank face quiet again. It makes you feel uncomfortable, sometimes they are serving only one thing and if you are at there station of course you want it but for them NO you have to ask after an awkward silence.

I am surprised how the managed to find equally rude staff.

I checked in after staying 2 nights at Swandor Topkapi Palace next door where the service is Top Class. So guys if you need to learn please visit next door, I guarantee you, you’ll learn a lot.

Wrong or misleading advert. Our 3rd visit but seems with new ownership its downhill. They have removed all devent, proper drinks and now serving noname, no taste alcohol. After I complained they said this the new concept. Why wasnt explicitly mentioned while booking??
Towels were stained and some was so much warn, they had tears and holes. Had to call management for replacements.
Menu choices were much smaller and not tasty at all. Felt like leftovers were being recycled.
Also the customer profile was low. Too many convention folks etc etc
Needless will not return. Too many other options elsewhere.
