Very good hotel and facilities. Close to town and bars or club for the younger generation. The food is amazing and the casino has a very big selection of slot machines. The service was a bit slow around the pool area. The fridge in the room was hardly cold. If you were to store fresh milk, it would go off.

We came back to this hotel and brought family because we had such a wonderful time a few years ago. The location and price is awesome, however the last minute price difference with the resort fees compared to the advertised rate when we booked was frustrating. For 3 rooms and 3 nights, the increase added up. The pools need a better filtration system, especially the kiddie pool. Other than that, we still love this place and would recommend coming back!

Why do we need a huge clock on the wall & a TV at the foot of the bed with cables coming out?? Bed covers were very skimpy & the air conditioning fan runs all night. We booked 2 nights to give ourselves a little luxury between other locations and it was a great decision as it let us re-charge with excellent beds to get our rest.
Beach and pool areas were fabulous. We walked 15 minutes to restaurants down the road. The main strip needs a car to get to. We could have stayed longer and explored Loutraki more. Next time. I definitely recommend including this hotel as part of your holiday.

Overall the property is nice especially the pool area overlooking the beach, but the only reason I don’t rate it higher is that being a 5 star property, you would expect the staff showing a lot more respect to the clients. I understand it is Greece and being Greek I know, being from Australia I am use to a different 5 star service.

The facilities for this property are superbly maintained and the meal options allow for various seating locations between indoor and outdoor dining for all meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be eaten by the pool, in the dining room, in the coffee bar or in your room!

I was apprehensive to stay here based on some recent reviews. This is a full blown resort. Has beautiful grounds, pool area is amazing, it’s like a resort you would see in Mexico. With Restaurants and many shops and places to get food and coffee etc at reasonable grounds. You can easily stay a week here and relax and enjoy. You can walk into the waterfront in town from the street in front of hotel. Has underground parking and a good size casino as well. The rooms were great, large , nice bathroom with a tub. You can’t compare the hotel to the W in Vegas. However in Greece , this is as good as it gets for resort style stay. Especially at this price point. Zero complaints and will definitely come back one day to relax for 3-4 days.

I liked the breakfast buffet and room size. I did not like that they did not have AC on during my stay in Feb and that they play load music until 12am. Room gets hot and had to open balcony door and music is blasting outside. They advised they would do something about the music but didn’t.

it is a 5 stars hotel. i think it is a bit overated.
the breakfast is nice have also salmon and fish choises but don't have omlet eggs that they made for your choise.
the pool was warm while the weather outside also warm so better choose to bath in the cooler sea.

The resort location was absolutely beautiful! We would have stayed forever if we could have! The beds were quite firm and hard, which made sleeping difficult, but was the only negative. With a nice mattress topper, this place will be perfect! Service was wonderful as well and it was very clean!

Short business trip but location was ideal for my needs. Hotel is in good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Extra cleaning processes were in place for COVID so felt happy with the extra steps in place.

The interior design was very unique, clean and easy to move around. All the hotel staff and cleaners EXCEPT the front desk and reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! On the other hand as mentioned above, the front desk and receptionist staff were extremely rude and ensured that our stay anything but welcoming!!! The rudest of all was Vasiliki!!! What a shame that she has brought down the high standard and amazing service of the rest of the hotel!!! everything else was perfect!!!

The facilities were very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. Rooms were made up quickly. Buffet meal at the Casino was also very good with great variety once again. Staff around the pool were very friendly and helpful as was the staff at The Spa.
Only thing I did not like was the shower inside the bath tub which my husband found very stressful getting in and out due to knee issues.
Alternative offered was for either a handicapped bathroom with a handheld shower rose alongside the toilet which wasn’t very nice or an extra 50 euro a day upgrade to a seaside view room. I believe some renovations to address this maybe happening soon.

The hotel location is within walking distance from the Centro. The hotel rooms are terribly out dated and tiny. There was a TV sitting on a cabinet right in the middle of our room making us trip over it constantly. The decor is dark and the carpet had that old smell
The mattress are hard and thin and extremely uncomfortably, the pillows are old thin and flat. We picked this hotel for a bit of luxury , however it was totally not and very overpriced.
On the up side the pool area was lovely and well maintained.
Overall I would not stay again and definitely not recommend it to other travellers
