Love the location of this place, the rooftop pool is stunning. The breakfast is one of the best and the staff are the highlight - very accommodating under pressure. I would recommend this hotel to singles or couples. I stay here often and not too many small children which I love! Def give it a go!

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly. The toilet and bathroom were a bit run down. The gym facility was most disappointing for me. The gym was dusty and smelled musty as well as the 3 treadmills didn’t work. Also the cable machine didn’t work. The best part of the stay was breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cross Paasha. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Seminyak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. We had the suite which was very spacious and clean. Beds were great and we were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast. I found the quality of food very average, with not many options. The eggs benny were not very nice at all. The bacon was extremely dry, bread was soggy, no spinach and my eggs were hard boiled. Aside from that I was very happy overall and would very much recommend this hotel. 😊

Having the pool on top of the roof was amazing. We were on top of the world. It made the experience even more special when having breakfast or dinner at night. You can see Seminyak light up night, the sunset or sunrise up from the roof. We loved our time by the pool, the service and amazing staff is why we keep going back to Cross Paasha.

Property not 5 star. Pool area and lounges need maintenance. Tiles are loose in the pool. Boards around pool are loose and require painting. Day beds were broken and we asked for one bed to be fixed for more than a week. Eventually fixed. WiFi doesn't always work well. Next to property that was burnt down more than a year ago. When it rains overnight there is a smokey smell.

We chose this hotel due to the facilities shown on the hotel website such as the gym and the day spa. When we arrived we found the gym was nothing like what was shown in the picture and the day spa did not exist anymore. Very disappointed.

When we checked-in our room, we saw a couple of Geckos under the minibar fridge and water leaking from the cealing where the aircondition unit installed.

Fantastic location with shopping and restaurants right outside. This was our third stay and the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. Lovely large rooms and comfy beds. We checked in very late and our air conditioner was making a terrible noise and we couldn’t sleep. We let them know and they said they had looked at it but nothing had changed. I mentioned it again and we managed to change rooms which was great. The breakfast is on the rooftop which was a lovely setting but the menu was limited. We checked in very late and the 24 hour check out system is a great option as we had a late flight out and we were able to stay in our room until the same time that we had checked in. This made a huge difference to our last day. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Cross Paasha was amazing, for our first time in Bali it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Bayu and Sumari, they went out of their way to make our stay so relaxing. Spending most of our time poolside the staff were on hand to take our food and drink orders which meant there was nothing else to do but relax. Both the food and drink menu had plenty of options and the prices were reasonable too. The rooms were very comfortable, well set out and lovely and cool. There is shopping within a short walk from the property with a lot of options, also a bakery with great coffee in Seminyak Village. We just loved our stay at Cross Paasha.

This hotel was in a really good spot for shopping, spa treatment's etc. The staff were really great & the rooms spacious & clean. The rooftop pool was great but it would be good if it had a hot pool also. I would recommend to my friends.

The pictures are highly photoshopped and even that from the property's hay-day. Rather disappointing in reality. The hotel room (and other communal spaces) was dirty, walls and ceiling mouldy and water damaged from condensation. Bathroom area looks like a poor diy job, that's falling apart and dirty. Large glass door in toilet was unhinged. Floors dusty, hairs on it and residue coming out of floor overnight from aircon.

Really good 4 star hotel very centrally located. Had a ground floor room that was a good size with a comfortable bed. Had a small ‘balcony’ but unusable especially as a smoker. Smokers have to go out the front or onto the rooftop terrace which was not the most convenient.
Staff were great and very attentive to any requests. Breakfast was tasty, a bit limited but fine for a few days. The bubbles was a nice touch. Great views from up top too

We stayed 10 days at Cross Paasha and we found the place to be wonderful. Our room was just a standard cost room but it was so spacious and clean. The beds were amazing! The bathroom was super huge! The staff were all so friendly and accomodating especially Mulya and Bayu! It made our stay here perfect! I would definitely stay here again in future!!
