Nice stay in Vicenza

The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an envelope on the front desk. There is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping center with a grocery store right across the street.

The hotel is old and so are all their furniture and electronics. The wifi does not work and when it does it’s poor quality before it goes away a minute later. The Red head at the front desk is super rude and has zero customer service skills. She makes faces and just says no, maybe because I’m a foreigner…
Now the good things, the breakfast service is great, the two ladies were very nice and helpful when I wanted to make popcorn for my 3 year old.
We were here for the jewelry show and def won’t be staying here next year..

Average and no hot tub spa

I came here because of the hot tub spa, as I was having a pretty bad back pain, only to discover that the hot tub spa is just in the pictures and the description, as it was removed time ago. The room was very big, but pointlessly big, like an apartment with one empty zone that looks like it was a kitchenette but now it's just an empty room.
Pretty shabby bedroom furniture with the faux leather head all scratched and faded and the plastic cover on the mattress under the linen that makes the sleep not so comfy.
Overall not a bad experience but surely not to be remembered as exceptional.

I would stay at this hotel again. I stayed with my husband and two young children. The room was big, comfy, and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Didn’t care for their breakfast but it’s close to Vicenza town square. Around the corner there is a bakery where you can get coffee and pastries in the morning. It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy but I would definitely recommended especially if you are traveling on a budget.

Love how close to the bus stop, a superstore like Walmart was across the street, a restaurant, and a pizzeria! An airport shuttle was provided which was very important. You will need to bring washcloths they only provide towels.

Spacious and Great Value

Surprising large room cleaned to a high standard, though a couple of things (door and radiator) were sticking and needed maintenance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the breakfast is above average for a hotel of this price, making it outstanding value. Easy parking right next to a shopping centre on the edge of town. I walked into the city centre a couple of times which takes about half hour each way and is actually a very simple route indeed with few worries about getting lost. I'm a regular visitor to Vicenza and will definitely stay again.

Clean hotel in a safe location near to supermarket

Hotel itself was really clean and amazing. However, since we had family members in Vicenza for tours it was no problem for us. Hotel staff were friendly and housekeeping were top notch. Didn't use public transport at all, therefore cannot say much about it.

Really bad and the amenties listed are lies.

-They list that they have an airport scuttle - they don't.
-They list that they have a fitness center - they don't.
-The hotel attendant doled out a room to me that was still being cleaned. I had to walk back down stairs to get another one.
-They don't offer \"do not disturb\" signs or any mechanism to keep your door secure against entry from the outside. The cleaning staff walked in while I was sleeping.
-My European plug adapter did not fit in the sockets closets to the bed. I had to plug in my devices in an isolated area of the room where they did fit.

Vi reste som ett stort sällskap och upptog många rum. Hittade insekter, bad om annat rum. Bemötandet var inte det bästa. Frukosten var ok, och servicen var bra där. Långt till stadens center och inga bussar efter 1920.

Nonostante le pessime recensioni che si trovano in rete, questo hotel situato nella periferia di Vicenza è un buon albergo senza pretese. Personale estremamente cortese, check-in disponibile solo dopo le 14 (come chiaramente descritto ovunque), camera enorme con anche una cucina, letto molto confortevole, cuscini comodi, bagno grande, doccia ampia, sapone e altri accessori di cortesia disponibili.
Quindi i casi sono due: o ci sono camere orribili, sporche e personale antipatico, a giorni alterni, come descritto in alcune recensioni, oppure la gente che prenota questi alberghi pretende a pochi soldi un servizio da cinque stelle lusso.

Bon hôtel, agréable séjour.
Petit point d'amélioration : mettre un réceptionniste, car on pouvait en trouver un que l'après-midi entre une certaine heure bien précise. Un peu compliqué lorsqu'on souhaite des renseignements rapides.
Sinon très bon hôtel et femme de chambre adorable.

Rapporto qualitá/prezzo buono, colazione prenotata e pagata sul posto a 5 € a persona non male, camera spaziosa ma assolutamente bisognosa di una ristrutturazione, oltre che esageratamente usurata sembra un salto indietro di 30 anni, zona piuttosto bruttina di periferia, comunque soluzione accettabile per una notte.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Es ist alles sauber aber stark renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Umgebung ist ähnlich: viele verwaiste Geschäfte und anderer Leerstand.

L’établissement annonce des spas: il n’y en a pas. Les rideaux étaient tachés, l’état du divan-lit lamentable et la literie pas installée, les services de restauration n’étaient pas disponibles. Il y avait un recoin non utilisé dans la chambre avec du matériel entassé. L’employée a l’entrée était exaspérée par notre déception du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de spa. La réception était fermée entre 22:00-9:00. C’était peu insonorisé. Il manquait une porte à la douche.

Hemos elegido un sitio para ir a descansar solamente y hemos estado relativamente cómodos.
Pero el hotel está muy viejo y desgastado.
La habitación es muy amplia, pero luces fundidas y tapizado desgastado.
El desayuno, muy económico, pero la ultima mañana, no había prácticamente nada, la máquina de café no funcionaba bien y un poco desastre a la verdad.
Creo que no repetiría.

Während meines 5 tägigen Aufenthalts hatte ich nicht zu bemängeln. Ganz toll auch das Parkhaus für mein Motorrad. Pizzeria gleich nebenan.

Excellente adresse à ne pas rater...

Je n'ai mis que seulement \"bien\" à l'évaluation concernant le critère de propreté car quelques tâches sur les murs de notre chambre rendent nécessaires un petit rafraîchissement des peintures.
En dehors de cet aspect, il s'agit réellement d'une adresse à retenir car tout les autres critères sont excellents.
Petites précisions encore:
Nous n'avons fait qu'un bref passage d'une nuit dans cet hôtel, à mi distance entre la France et notre destination en Croatie.
Le Spa n'est accessible qu'uniquement si l'on réserve l'unique \"suite\" de l'hôtel...
Pour conclure: c'est une adresse que l'on gardera dans notre carnet d'adresses.

L'albergo è realizzato con materiali economici di mero impatto visivo.
La filosofia è quella del chiedi poco sul web ma se si sbaglia la prenotazione o si chiede qualcosa di non contemplato, si mazzola.

Non fidatevi della dichiarata disponibilità di culle per bambini. Hanno un'unica culletta fissa con sponde in doghette di legno che utilizzano per ben due strutture (hotel Verdi e hotel Palazzo).
Così la prima notte l'infante ha dormito nel lettone coi genitori.

Chiedono, oltre alla tassa di soggiorno, una non meglio identificata \"ecotassa\" di 2 euro al giorno.
All'arrivo in serata, l'unico addetto alla reception ha preteso, per entrare in stanza, il pagamento in anticipo della tassa di soggiorno e dell'ecotassa diventando aggressivo alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni e affermando che si trattava di un'imposta comunale. Alla partenza, ho dovuto chiedere la ricevuta. La signorina alla reception mi ha dichiarato che si trattava di una \"imposta messa dal direttore per sanificare le stanze\" e che corrispondeva alla sanificazione della stanza con una macchinetta per ionizzare l'aria.

Somma non prevista nelle condizioni di hotels.com alla voce tariffe obbligatorie che vale un giudizio negativo.

Ottima struttura, ristorante a fianco all'albergo, Auchan di fronte per comprare l'occorrente per i tre giorni in cui ho alloggiato, palazzetto della fiera a 3 km.
Quindi complessivamente tutto ottimo.
L'unica pecca la colazione, non c'è tanta scelta e finiva tutto subito, a motivo della tanta gente che ha alloggiato in quel momento. Ma comunque la colazione era buona.

Personale supergentile e cortese.
Ho dovuto chiedere il telecomando del condizionatore perché in camera nn c’era e mi era stato detto che se volevo spegnere o accendere il condizionatore dovevo chiamare loro ogni volta. Un po’ assurdo. Comunque comodo. Auchan vicino e ristorante/pizzeria proprio adiacente alla struttura.
