Terrible property. We checked- in and were told that our room was ready. Upon going to the room, the cleaning staff were still there and the room was not ready to be occupied. We quickly got a glimpse of the view from the balcony… The PICTURES and DESCRIPTION of the room were NOT ACCURATE. I booked a SEA VIEW room (which was a premium price) and the view was of the stores and restaurants on the walkway. No sea view at all. We went back to the reception to ask if there was a mistake in the room number and were rudely told no. I showed the reception a picture of the view from the room (balcony) as well as my reservation (and the pictures attached to it) and the reception woman rudely said that this is the only room they could give me… no apology for the clear mistake and misrepresentation. I was told that Expedia is just an affiliate and that it’s not her problem that the description on Expedia was not accurate. Very disappointed in how rude she was. I asked for a refund and then had to search for another property to stay at for the night. I wish that I could rate satisfaction at 0. I can honestly say this was the worse experience at a hotel I have ever had.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin im Getümmel, hat im Zimmer dennoch seine ruhe. Super ist das extra wenn man über Expedia bucht. Die Rezeption zu finden ist etwas umständlich. Sie ist etwas versteckt nicht auf der Karte zu sehen an der Promenade.
Sonst wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Geburtstagsfeier da.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass mir vor der Buchung zwar \"Zahlung in der Unterkunft\" angeboten wurde, ich dies auswählte und auch so eintrug, ich dann aber auch eine Kreditkarte eintragen musste, weil die Buchung sonst nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür, dass der Betrag offensichtlich bereits zuvor abgebucht wurde, denn als ich an der Rezeption zahlen wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass schon alles bezahlt ist. Die Option \"Zahlung im Hotel\" hatte ich ausgewählt, weil ich die Zahlungsmethode (EC-Karte, Kreditkarte, Barzahlung) erst im Hotel auswählen wollte. Dies wurde mir letztendlich verwehrt.

Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht Zimmermit seitlichem Meerblick erhalten. Zimmer für fünf Personen gebucht, Bettwäsche aber nur für vier Personen vorhanden. Erst nach dem dritten Besuch in der Rezeption wurde uns die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die fünfte Personen gegeben.

Unser dritter Aufenthalt, wieder beim Check in alle Angaben ausfüllen. Diese sollten doch mittlerweile vorhanden sein. Meerblick gebucht, wieder nur die Bäume gesehen. Die Restaurants im Erdgeschoss haben die Musik abends so laut, das man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann wenn man schlafen möchte. Auf der anderen Seite am Eingang triffen sich alle Mitarbeiter bei Feierabend und entsprechend laut ist der Geräuschpegel auch hier gegen 23/24 Uhr. Nie ist ein Platz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar, auch auf tägliche Nachfrage.

Es fehlen bequeme Sessel. Die große Schlafcouch ist durchgesessen und nicht lange zum Sitzen aushaltbar. Die weißen Kuststoffstühle sind auch nicht geeignet, einen entspannten Abend zu genießen. Außerdem gibt es eine starke Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abflußsystem, wenn man nicht immer wieder Wasser in die Abflüsse laufen läßt.

Nie wieder für den Preis !!! Wir hatten schon einmal SUPERIOR MIT MEEBLICK gemietet, 2 SZ, 2 !!! Bäder, riesige Terrasse, direkter Meerblick. Jetzt nur 1 Badezimmer ( ein 2. wäre mir wichtig gewesen, hätte sonst nicht gebucht) , da nicht alle App. eine Terrasse haben ist klar, aber jetzt hatten wir nur \"seitlichen Meerblick\" und Balkon. Antwort der Rezeption: Man bucht nur die Kategorie und nich ein bestimmtes Appartment. Das Schlafsofa im WZ war durchgesessen, Heizung in einem SZ defekt, das Klo war nicht geputzt, Rückstände in den Zahnputzgläsern. Der Expedia-Kundensevice wollte sich bei mir telefonisch zurückmelden---ich warte immernoch!

Wakacje z rodziną.
Największym atutem apartamentu była lokalizacja tuż przy plaży oraz widok na morze z tarasu. Pozytywnie oceniam również możliwość wynajęcia miejsca parkingowego w garażu, chociaż cena była dużo większa niż w innych apartamentowcach, w których byliśmy poprzednio. Plusem była też możliwość skorzystania z aqaparku . Natomiast największym minusem była rozkładana sofa w salonie, na której nie dało się spać ,ponieważ deski i sprężyny wbijały się w ciało. Lepsza by była nawet najtańsza wersalka. to niestety zepsuło nam cały pozytywny efekt. Brak było również klimatyzacji i to zarówno w pokojach, jak i na korytarzach. W czasie upałów na korytarzu i w windzie można było się udusić od zapachów kuchennych dobiegających z restauracji znajdujących się na parterze. Mimo wszystko będziemy miło wspominać ppobyt w Świnoujściu.

Waren zum zweiten Mal da, weil wir letztes Jahr so begeistert waren. Leider ein Fehler! Wollten gerne wieder das gleiche Apartment haben, wurde uns telefonisch und per Mail bestätigt. Nach Anreise hat sich herausgestellt, dass es doch ein anderes ist (mit viel kleinerem Balkon und keiner schönen Aussicht). Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, man könnte keine bestimmten Apartments buchen, nur die Kategorie. Die Reservierungsabteilung würde in Kolberg sitzen und wüsste gar nicht genau, was zur Verfügung steht... tolle Organisation!!!

Unser Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht gesäubert, und wir mussten sehr lange anschließend noch Warten bis wir endlich unser Zimmer beziehen konnten.

Unterkunft super, Service eine Katastrophe
Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dort Urlaub zu machen. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet. Separates Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, WLAN. Der Service war schrecklich. Die Reinigung der Zimmer musste man bis 11.00 Uhr an der Rezeption,die sich außerhalb ca.250 m entfernt befand, anmelden. Die Reinigung fand dann zwischen 15.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr statt oder auch nicht. Keine täglichen Handtuchwechsel, nach Toilettenpapier musste regelrecht gebettelt werden. Bei den anderen Verbrauchsmaterialien nicht anders.

Wir hatten 4 erholsame Tage mit unseren Enkelkindern, die beiden Apartment waren schön.
Leider müssen wir das Klappsofa mit schlecht bewerten, es war kein erholsamer Schlaf.
Das Bett in 506 war ebenfalls nicht gut, wir bekamen noch einen Topper um es besser zu machen... leider war es nicht der Fall. Das Bett hat irgendwie eine Schieflage, hier würde ich das schlafen mit befriedigend bewerten.
Ansonsten dient die Apartment‘s schön und gut eingerichtet. Das Thema Betten ist ja meistens ein Thema.
Leider müssen wir das Klappsofa mit schlecht bewerten, es war kein erholsamer Schlaf.
Das Bett in 506 war ebenfalls nicht gut, wir bekamen noch einen Topper um es besser zu machen... leider war es nicht der Fall. Das Bett hat irgendwie eine Schieflage, hier würde ich das schlafen mit befriedigend bewerten.
Ansonsten dient die Apartment‘s schön und gut eingerichtet. Das Thema Betten ist ja meistens ein Thema.

Das Bett war angenehm bequem, es war frisch bezogen und 4 Bademäntel lagen darauf; von den 4 Bademänteln war 1ner heile, bei den anderen waren die Schlaufen abgerissen aber es gibt schlimmeres... Das Waschbecken war nicht richtig befestigt und der Toaster hat den ersten Abend die Sicherung durchgehauen, der Hausmeister kam schnell aber einen neuen Toaster gabs nicht, Backofen war auch nicht vorhanden.

Unser alljährliches Familienwochenende haben wir in diesem Jahr in Swinemünde verbracht. Unsere Appartements waren sehr großzügig, die Bolkons riesig, so dass wir abends nach dem Besuch des Aquaparks auch mal zusammen sitzen konnten. Bademäntel lagen schon auf dem Bett, Badetücher gab es noch mal kostenlos im Aquapark. Gefrühstückt haben wir in einem Cafè an der Promenade.

Sehr schöner appartmenthaus....angebunden an das Redison Hotel...saubere und schön eingerichtete zimmer mit grosszügiger Terasse und tlw.Blick auf die Ostsee...Service ist gut....beim einchecken leider etwas verstecktes Büro was für die Appartments zuständig ist...tiefgarage oder aussenstellplatz preislich völig in ordnung...5...bzw.7 Euro....enttäuscht waren wir über den geforderten frühstückspreis...der sollte pro Person 21 Euro betragen....Wahnsinn...geht draussen auf der Promenade...dort isst man für ca.15 Euro zu zweit...das spassbad ist tägl.1 Stunde umsonst für Gäste....leider der Spa Bereich auch...jede weitere Minute ist kostenpflichtig..geht aber auch da es sich um etwa 4.00 Euro die Stunde handelt....der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet....schwimmbadbereich auch ..aber ...Achtung bei der blauen Rutsche.....man wird dort sehr unangenehm hin und her geschmissen wenn man zu schnell wird...Ich und meine Partnerin sind mehrfach mit dem Kopf auf bzw.angeschlagen...und wir sind keine rutschneulinge....

Im selben Haus befinden sich im Erdgeschoss mehrer Restaurants und Bars. Die Eingänge der Küchen befinden sich direkt unter den Balkons. Früh am Morgen wurde bereits Ware geliefert ,was unheimlichen Krach verursachte. Nachts wurde dann der Müll entsorgt und Glasflaschen wurde in die entsprechenden Container geschmissen.

Først vil jeg nævne det største plus ved lejlighedskomplekset. Beliggenheden i byen er absolut den bedste, der er. Det ligger meget tæt på stranden og små hyggelige spisesteder.
Selve lejligheden var rigtig fin og med de faciliteter, som man har brug for. Derudover var der en hyggelig balkon, hvor vi kunne sidde og slappe af.
Garagen i kælderen var meget overskuelig og ren.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Hotel toll aus; auf den zweiten Blick offenbaren sich Mängel: absolute Billigmöbel von Ikea - für ein Hotel undenkbar!! Das Schlafsofa war absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, weil völlig durchgelegen. Wir haben die Sofaauflage vom Sofa genommen und auf dem Boden geschlafen. W-Lan funktionierte nur bei eingeschaltetem Fernseher.
Hier die positiven Aspekte: Das Frühstück im benachbarten Radisson Blu ist hervorragend. Der Aquapark ist traumhaft und die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll. Wir haben relativ günstig gebucht, daher war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung, aber mehr als 100 €/Nacht für ein 1SZ-Apartment würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht bezahlen.

Der direkte Strandzugang ist toll. Die Nutzung des Radisson Blu muß nochmal überarbeitet werden da nicht alle Mitarbeiter dort wissen das man den Kids Club mit nutzen darf. Das war sehr ärgerlich!

Alles sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, Nutzung des Aqua-Parks täglich 1h kostenfrei ist top, \"Qualität\" der Couch im Wohnbereich ist katastrophal, völlig durchgesessen und man rutscht immer in die Mitte, zum Glück war das Wetter so, dass man die Couch kaum benötigte. Das war aber unser einziger Punkt zur Kritik. Würden wieder dort buchen.
