I have to say I was a bit worried when I was driving to the property as it’s not easy to get to, but once arriving, I was amazed by how beautiful both the whole hotel the grounds and the rooms were. It was like an oasis just beautiful. The staff was fantastic and giving recommendations for dinner and sites to see! Highly recommend recommended recommend!

A wonderful family run B&B. Very nice rooms and property with orchard and nice plantings. Plus a very nice swimming pool! It feels secluded even though just a couple miles outside of Agrigento. Breakfast was wonderful with many homemade items right from the property and a great outdoor terrace to eat. I would highly recommend this place! Only tricky thing is driving there. The owner needs to give you specific Google maps coordinates to plug into your phone before you arrive. Otherwise gps takes you to the wrong place. Make sure to text him on WhatsApp to get specific directions before arriving. Since we had a rental car we much preferred this than staying in the old city center. Much easier to park once you get there. We very much liked this place! Also, great sea views from our balcony!! Loved it!!

The reservation made by our traveling companions was not honored. It was pre paid and a confirmation was presented however there was no room reserved for them. My reservation, also prepaid through Expedia was valid but since we were traveling in one car we did not want to be split up. I will report back if and when B&B Leykethos refunds both of our prepaid reservations.

What a beautiful and serene property with the most wonderful breakfast! The twin sons that own it are so kind and helpful. The rooms are dark and quiet. The only difficulty is that without a car you either have to walk to town or take expensive taxis. So if you stay there, rent a car. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay!! Highly recommend.

We stayed at B&B Lekythos for one night to visit the stunning Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. A lovely, serene little oasis, off the beaten track and a little tricky to find. Full of character and beautifully appointed room, with an incredible view over the landscape all the way to the Med. Traditional Sicilian breakfast was very enjoyable on the terrace. Great pool and beautiful gardens. Only drawback was the room had very few surfaces to put your things down - e.g. no shelves in the bathroom or shower area. Overall a lovely place and I would happily go back for a night or two.

Peaceful and clean country charm near the city.

This is a very nice place to stay if you are visiting Agrigento. It truly is outside all of the hustle and bustle of city life. My husband and I stayed here and would absolutely go back. It is a family run place with friendly and nice people. I highly recommend it.

Villa Lekythos is an oasis! The property is a garden filled with a variety of local plants and pathways. The swimming pool area is relaxing, inviting and quiet. The pool is great for starting or ending one’s day. The breakfasts display local produce and delicious baking and lovely specialty items. The staff is marvellous, very hospitable and thoughtful in their interactions. The rooms are fantastic with its decor, facilities, the views, and storage. Very modern in approach while highlighting local features. So much pride has gone into developing this welcoming and beautiful villa!

Exceptional property with wonderful views of the coast in the distance and trees in the grounds. Extremely quiet and lovely traditional farm house but with modern decoration and quality fixtures and fittings. Bed was so comfortable offering a wonderful nights sleep. Host was very knowledgable and provided good guidance of the local area and valley of the temples. Finally breakfast with home made items was absolutely delicious. Can not fault this property at all as everything has been well thought through to offer visitors a unique and comfortable stay.

The site is quite unusual, being an old family-owned farm, so quite rural, in an otherwise very urban setting. The 'apartments' are very contemporary and well-appointed. The breakfast is generous and the owners and staff are accommodating. I loved the pool.

What a lovely facility! The pool is gorgeous, the bedroom we stayed in + bathroom where nice and roomy. The gardens we’re so pleasing to the eye. The breakfast featured the best pastries I’ve ever eaten. And I eat A LOT of pastries. Friendly staff. Even if I was told I should learn Italian even though I’m from Canada and it isn’t an official language.

This property was great! It’s just outside the main town which can be a bit tough to drive through for foreign drivers. It looks like an oasis in an otherwise desert type environment, especially in the summer. We were in the panoramic black room and it was beautiful. I might suggest a rig or two since coming from the dusty outside made noticeable footprints all over the nice black tiles.

Just a few minutes (easy) drive from the Valley of the Temples which has we visited at sunset followed by dinner reservations made for us by the staff at Villa Lekythos. Breakfast was a very nice Sicilian spread with local cheeses and meats that added to the charm.

Even with the GPS coordinates sent via email Google Maps took us a roundabout way that placed us on the dirt road much earlier than necessary. I’d only suggest a couple more signs with arrows to reassure visitors they’re heading the right way.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place!

This B&B is beautiful. It is located in an olive, almond and orange orchard. The rooms are spotless and the one I had was a suite that was a good size. The property is like an oasis in the vicinity of bustling Agrigento. Just a short drive to the valley of temples. The breakfast was delicious with the best croissants I’ve had in Italy. Along with cheeses and delicious salami. The house olive oil is great too and I bought some to take home. Don’t let the lack of a paved road deter you, just take it slow and enjoy this beautiful property.

B&B Lekythos was a wonderful hideaway just outside the city of Agrigento. If you find if hard to find this place (we found a couple of roads were blocked) - do not give-up, it exists and it is worth it. The gardens surrounding this property are paradisiac and well cared for. This is a great base to explore the Temples and White Cliffs. We ate each night at B&B Lekythos, the food was delicious, lots of it produce from the garden, the family also catered to my food allergies and were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

I loved it because the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicous. However, there aren't any good restraunts nearby so you have to go by car to find a good restraunt. There was also private-beds so I could sleep by myself comfortably in the night.

Difficult to find, but gorgeous atmosphere

Very nice hotel and friendly owners. A bit difficult to find though, as it's not on a Main Street. It took us a long time and went the wrong way and passed the entrance a couple of times. But once inside you'll love it!

Lovely spot with a beautiful garden and pool. Very friendly family run business. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is not much of a "temple view" - you would need a telescope, but that's a minor point. The road leading to the property is truly difficult to find. Even though I read about it in advance and thought "how hard can it be", it took several harried attempts before we managed to find the property. Driving in the town is a nightmare even by Italian standards. But once at the property, enjoying the garden and the pool, it was truly an oasis of calm and beauty.

Peacefully relaxing place.

It was a bit of a challenge to find. In earlier reviews a guest put in some really good directions to get there follow these and you should find it in no problem. Once you have arrived it is beautiful. It is very easy to get to the valley of the temples from here. Have a great stay as we did. The breakfast was amazing very spoilt with home made jams and bread along with fresh crostini beautiful.

I can't imagine a better place to stay if you plan on being in Agrigento and visiting the Valley of the Temples. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with the views and the pool, the room is sparkling clean with AC, and the hosts are extremely nice and professional. The breakfast was lovely, with jam and olive oil the mother made from the orchards on the property. Our GPS sent us to a closed road, but accessed from the driveway at Via Dante 105, the property is easy enough to reach.

This is a great place to stay. Like other reviews, it's difficult to find and you're tempted to abort when travelling down the long dirt drive to the B&B. We however like others were very pleased that we stuck with it. The private estate is beautiful and the hospitality is amazing. The owner speaks good English and directs you where to go for eats and sights in the area. The room is clean throughout. Everything is new and done well. Good AC and shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is provided with fruits from trees on the estate, cakes, cereal, croissants, cheeses, coffee, tea. Very kind people. They take pride in this B&B. Can't beat it for the price. We without a doubt would stay here again. Only recommendation: GPS

So as you are driving to this B&B you might think about turning around and reconsidering your stay. You take a right at the little yellow sign, you drive down a long dirt road, keep driving! Once the gate is open... it is darling! Gerlando and his mother greet you, the property is beautiful, the rooms super updates, clean and big! Gerlando was super helpful; giving us places to visit for ice cream, food and sites! The Temples are just 7 min. away, so perfect for a quick trip to Agrigento!

Our breakfast was wonderful; delicious homemade jams and olive oil. Fruit, juices and coffee. After breakfast Gerlando was gracious enough to share his beautiful grounds with us; Olive, Almond & Berry trees plus so much more to explore. They have a sacred tomb area on their property that he also let us tour.

Our only regret was not planning on staying longer! Wonderful family owned property that should not be missed!!

Excelente estadia próxima a Agrigento!

É um hotel maravilhoso, um pouco afastado do centro de Agrigento, mas que vale totalmente a pena. O quarto é muito espaçoso, confortável e conta com uma banheira e uma vista linda da região. O café da manhã é excelente, variado e muito bem servido.

O atendimento foi impecável — a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e nos deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes, passeios e rotas para conhecer os templos e a cidade. A acessibilidade também é muito boa.

Devido a chuvas recentes, alguns trechos de acesso estavam interrompidos, o que tornou a chegada um pouco difícil no início. No entanto, o hotel nos orientou perfeitamente sobre o melhor caminho, e depois disso tudo ficou bem tranquilo.

A parte externa do hotel é maravilhosa.

Um ótimo lugar para relaxar, explorar os templos e aproveitar Agrigento com conforto e tranquilidade.

Séjour magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli avec gentillesse et toutes les infos concernant Agrigento nous ont été données (visites, sites, restaurants, endroits où se garer en ville, accès plus facile à la villa). La villa se trouve éloignée de la ville ce qui est parfait si vous souhaitez du calme. La chambre était propre et le jacuzzi était juste parfait. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! À bientôt peut être 😁

Sehr schön gelegen, am Rande von Agrigent. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Sehr netter Eigentümer, verpflegt und sorgt sich um die Gäste und informiert über mögliche Ziele in der Nähe. Außenanlagen ist im sehr guten Zustand, zum relexen nach einem aktiven Tag in der Umgebung. Preis und Leistung ist okay, ich kann es empfehlen.

Pequeño oasis a 5 minutos del centro de Agrigento. Lo mejor es la maravillosa piscina en la que uno puede refrescarse después de un día agotador de calor y polvo recorriendo los templos. Nuestra habitación se encontraba en la primera planta y todo bien excepto el colchón, al que no le vendría nada mal un cambio.
El único pero es que las avispas acuden en masa tanto a la piscina como a las mesitas que tiene preparadas para el desayuno en un patio exterior. Si se prefiere existe un comedor cerrado para desayunar. El desayuno muy bien surtido y con productos de calidad.

un oasis cerca de la caotica Agrigento.

Pros, vistas hermosas al valle de los templos, de los mejores desayunos tosdo casero, piscina muy linda, muy lindo el lugar, habitacion comoda y con pequeños detalles personales.
Contra, no es facil encontrar el camino al hotel, solo para ir con auto.
