I highly recommend this place specially if you are going on a cruise 🚢 walkable to ferry terminal as well as to cruise terminal. The food and the Americano in the restaurant are really good 👍 so many places to visits in the area as well like the Zea Marina.

Great pre cruise option. Good breakfast, safe, clean, established. Front desk helped me by printing my luggage tags I forgot for free. There is a Zara and H& M around the corner and a cute bistro right past them on the third floor with a view of the marina called Nice and Easy Bistro. Great Gnochi. Overall would stay again when I cruise next time.

First, I would like to start by saying the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean. I just wish the shower and bathtub was wider. That’s my only pet peeve. Also the gym could use an upgrade other than that the hotel was great, especially the staff.

We booked this as our overnight hotel prior to a Ferry to Hydra, but when we arrived the front staff advised us that the hotel is shutdown and all clients evacuated due to some issue with their water/environmental system.

They were kind enough to book us into another hotel in the area and paid for our taxi to take us there.

Lobby area looked impressive. Hope they sorted things out quickly.

Such a cozy stay! The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and the owner greeted us warmly and showed amazing hospitality. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the made to order breakfast made this one of my favorite stays throughout our trip ! Comfortable beds and warm rooms , the owner even lent me her iPad so I could do some work! Highly recommend

We booked the hotel because it was listed as a 5star hotel. At best it would be classified as a 3star or 2star hotel. The pictures sell it but our room 801 seems tired and worn. The elevator is narrow and the doors don’t close all the way. The bed was comfortable, but the place could use some TLC and an upgrade. The rooftop whirlpool is not heated so it’s too cool to use in October. The buffet breakfast is simple but nothing special.

The property on expedia is 5 star. I'm being very generous in saying 3 star. I truly value expedia ratings but their ratings are way off. Every picture online is at least 10 years old and the property is tired to be polite. Positive feeback I can provide - Staff extremely polite and courteous. Location to port excellent.

Nicely located in Pireaus, about a half mile from the bay. A little too far to drag a suitcase to the cruise port, but near lots of restaurants and bakeries. Room was nice sized and very quiet, even though we were street side. Nice complimentary breakfast. The shower is a little cobbled together, with a hand held sprayer, but a minor inconvenience. Roof top pool was not heated and the water way too cold to get in to.

Our room was quite dark and tired although comfortable. The room layout was quite odd with wasted space. The bathroom was cramped and when we used the shower the first time, water went everywhere as the shower curtain was shorter than the drop and did not meet the bath! They changed the curtain immediately. There is a small step up into every bathroom which at first I was very wary of. There was no tea/coffee or water (except water from the bathroom tap or gym area) freely available either in the room or in public spaces. You could though buy things from the minibar or bar. I bought a coffee at the bar and the waiter was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent although the hot food was often only warm but the staff were friendly and efficient. We used the pool a lot, you have to go to reception to get towels then back up to the roof to the pool. The water was cold but it’s a great facility. When we arrived we asked if it would be possible for a late check out as we weren’t flying out until late at night and had to wait until check out day to find out if it was possible. On asking again we were given an extra hour but told we could stay around the pool, use the open air pool shower and change in the toilets. Not helpful when you have been in the sun all day and you don’t want soaking ‘swimmers’ in your luggage. A private shower in the toilet area, which was very clean, would be perfect. Glad we stayed here, due to the pool, however would not rush back.

This is a great hotel, that really stands out in the neighborhood. The area feels a little sketchy, but it's not, the location is terrific for access the Metro Dimotiko Theatro station. It's about a 5 minute walk. Getting to the port is about a 1 km walk, so we just took the metro

Location is good, 10 minutes to ferry and train station. Area is decent, a lil rough in some parts but safe.
Property is nice from outside and lobby. Rooms are pretty good.
Carpets in common area were filthy, not acceotable fir a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Our view was not very good, abandoned buildings.
There was also a noise that was ongoing, all night and dat, and it was pretty loud. Machine room maybe? No parking either, thankfully found street parking.
All in all i expect better from a 4/5 star hotel.

Rooms were very clean, spacious and has very comfortable beds, and lots up closet space.
Breakfast was truly amazing; there's a great fresh variety of a hot and cold buffet and they also offer many different varieties of coffee. My husband and I truly enjoyed their amazing Cappuccino's and Espresso's.

There's a nice pool on their terrace with a spectacular breathtaking view of the cruise port, Piraeus and Athens.

Only disappointment is that the Hotel needs a simple paint job in all the common areas including the terrace of their pool area. It's clean but truly needs a refacing.

The Hotel is very well situated.
Walking distance to the cruise port; city center; bus stations, metro, restaurants, stores etc.. etc..

Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Great Location, Okay Stay
The location is convenient - about a 15–20 minute walk to the Marina or Cruise Port, and just a few minutes to the main road where you can catch a bus into Athens city center. The breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it does the job.

Overall, I’d say this feels more like a 3.5 star hotel. It’s a bit dated, and that includes the pool area. The view from the pool is great, but the actual condition doesn’t quite same to the photos. Also, the gym is tiny and stuck in a hot basement with old equipment—don’t count on getting a good workout there.

We had a one night stay after a cruise. Dropped our luggage at 9 AM and spent the day sightseeing around Piraeus. Staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, it was a great restaurant on site and the breakfast in the morning is OK. Room was nice and clean. There is a rooftop pool and some sun beds. Pool is clean, but kept cool as it is very hot in Athens the summer months. Overall, I was happy with the brand of the hotel and would stay at their locations in the future.

Overall it was good, the two biggest issues which my rating where, there was no not water in the shower, and for some reason they like to start construction at like 6am…so it was a bed with a toilet, that’s about it and it served its purpose but no frills beyond that…I would stay there again if they dropped the price a little bit…

Terrible hotel room. A room with separate beds was requested at least a month in advance, however, our flight to Athens was delayed 6 hours causing us to get to the hotel 7 hours later than expected and upon arrival a room with two beds was not available. The staff working at that time gave us a room and said that we could separate the king bed into two twins on our own and he would give us linen. This was not what we wanted to do after traveling all day and having a 7 hour delay that was unexpected. The toilet in our room was broken and. Leaking and freaked like urine. It was terrible and the air conditioning kept things very cold, too cold at times, and it blew the smell of the urine coming from the bathroom around the room. If air was turned off it hit too hot. TV did not really work and had limited channels. The area of the hotel was very run down and graffiti everywhere. The hotel is in a good location as it is close to the cruise terminal, but if not going on a cruise I would it stay there. Even if going on a cruise staying in Athens city or Plaka area is better.

This hotel is close to the subway and to the ferry. There was a taxi strike on the day we were going to take the ferry. The location is great for folks who plan to take the ferry or the subway. The subway was a great way to get to/from the airport. Breakfast was included so we wasted no time. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Mosquitoes in the room, the shower is ridiculous and impossible. The small to use the whole room needs to be updated. There was no corkscrew to use to open even the bottle of Coke. The front desk gentleman was not helpful. There was a taxi strike. I know other hotels helped their guests and offered transport. He was very ineffective. I would definitely not give it five stars more like to. I wouldn’t stay here again next time we’ll pick a better hotel with better service cleaner and more updated. I will say the lady in the morning was friendlier than the other front desk. People overall not impressed.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city & perfect for a pre cruise stay, its around €10 for a taxi to the terminal & 5 minute walk to the the metro station people are friendly & welcoming, i definitely will be staying in the future.
