Great Value. Impressive hotel.

Built in 2002 as a 5 Star it is showing its years and the 5th star is a bit shakey. Staff are great with a stand out team member on most shifts. Download Google Translate before you go.

Short walk to Aeon Shopping Plaza. Across the road (pedestrian tunnel) from Metro station. 10 minute walk to a small plaza of restaurants down Kouan Ave. Not really a tourist district. Were there primarily on business.

Very clean - Great Service - Would stay there again.

Excellent Service

It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one.

The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall.

OK to stay for its location

The room is spacious and clean. The furniture is old but useable. Will be great if they have newer furniture to blend in the hotel design. Very poor sound proof. I can hear horning sound even after 10pm till past midnight on the first night. The next night I can hear a group of people having motivation talk downstairs. Did not ask for room change as only smoking room is available.

Not the best

Second time I’ve been here now. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside it’s like an ageing ‘China’ hotel. The interior is way beyond its best and is very dated. English isn’t widely spoken either with only a few staff members understanding or able to communicate. As a hotel for a nights stay, yeah it’s fine, but wouldn’t want to be here for a week.

MOLD smell rooms and Construction Noise

Construction across street in Plaza to build new shopping center & Subway station is constant 24 hours of NOISE. The Buffet was minimal at best and the service was limited. The rooms had a MOLD smell and the Hallways were OVER perfumed to cover up these smells. Price was not discounted for the Noise and construction. I would not go BACK or REFER this Hotel to ANYONE.... Its suppose to be 4 star, i give it 2.

Wow this hotel is broken in so many ways. Avoid if you can!

Next door is a building site
The pool is rubbish

Great location. Hotel needs a bit of love.

Tried two rooms. First was a king bed. Strong cigarette smell, ashtray in \"non-smoking\" room, which is pretty typical of chinese business hotel. The room was ok, but furniture, carpet and drapes all from another age. There is an enormous construction site across the street (like there is on seemingly every street corner in China !) so I requested to change room as the noise was unbearable. All king-bed rooms face that side, so no go on the king bed. Changed me to a double, on the other side. Room was much bigger, quite less worn down and overall quite pleasing. Had I not seen the first room, my rating would have been higher, but like many other hotels, management needs to realize that it's time to put a bit of money in the rooms. Buffet restaurant is spectacular with western and asian choices.

Great Choice for Business in Panyu District

Staff generally very good and helpful, and English spoken. Very wide choice in breakfast buffet. Room very satisfactory & well appointed. Only real disappointment was terrible internet speed. OK to use in the middle of the night, but very very slow at normal times. Tips for first time visitors: right beside Line 3 Metro (airport line) and about 30 mins to Canton Tower & Pearl River New Town. Try to avoid metro in morning rush hour (7.30-9.30 am) - you literally have to fight your way on and off the trains. Google does not work well in China. If you want to use Google or Google mail make sure you have a VPN installed on your laptop.

Breakfast inclusive for 1 person only and was not specific on the confirmation.

Aircon couldn't reach lower than 21C for the entire night even set at 18C with high wind speed.

Best hotel in Panyu - but hotel needs updating

The hotel is located right next to Panyu Square very close to the main highway. While the hotel is still the best in Panyu, it is starting to show its age. The biggest complaint is that the hotel had shut off its main A/C unit so the room was warm regardless of the thermostat setting. The fitness center is very poor. The treadmill seized up twice while I was running and almost caused me to fall off. The breakfast was decent both in quality and choice of buffet menu. Overall, a good value. A 4 star hotel for a 3 star price.

It's a 4 star, not five.

It is so call 5 stars in Panyu, but when it comes to international rating/scores, it should be around 3.5 or 4 stars closest. Breakfast buffet is always soso, not very organized so many people are tight up having the meals together. This time I stayed at room 653, a standard room, but the bath room was flooded every time after shower. It's winter time with low temp outdoor, somehow they managed to shut down the entire A/C system, so there is just a noisy fan running after you turn your AC on in your room. Enough said for now. I would instantly jump to another hotel if there is a better one in Panyu.

Not bad for the suburbs.

Every year we stay here since it is a reasonable distance from our factory visits. Every year we have the same problem requesting non-smoking rooms and getting either smoking rooms or alleged non-smoking rooms that reek of smoke. Had to really battle this year fighting off excuses with \"not-acceptable\" as we are staying 6 nights for two rooms, we want true non-smoking rooms. Finally got on non-smoking floor, but one room still had some lingering smoke odors. Thermostat seemed not to work. Put up temperature, and gradually the numbers went up but the room got no warmer. Strange. Food in high end restaurant quite good. Service OK, spacious rooms, faster internet this year.

Stayed at this hotel december the 30th. That's a holiday in the west, but not here. The hotel was super quiet, only saw three other guests at breakfast. The food there was what is to be expected, maybe a bit overpriced. Room was clean, and the shower blasted out water like I've never seen before.

전반적으로 편안한 분위기의 호텔임. 다만 가구등이 많이 낡았으며 관리가 잘 되지 않고 있다는 느낌이었음 직원들은 대체로 친절하였으나 고객응대에 대한 기본적인 교육은 다소 부족하였음.
그럼에도 주변 편의 시설등이 나쁘지 않아 출장 시 숙박으로 괜찮다고 생각됨

いつもとても過ごしやすいホテルなのですが、今回だけは不満の残る滞在でした。理由は部屋の上部小窓が開いていたため、部屋に蚊が入ってしまっており、夜中ずっと刺されて眠れなかったためです。
開いてるのが気づきづらい場所ですからホテル側でしっかり管理して欲しいです。

兩人住的房間，只提供一人早餐，太不合理了！一定要改善！！我也見到有在進食早餐的客人向職員表示不滿。

餐廳的楼頂也比較殘舊，也有部份發霉，要裝修一下了。

大致上環境不錯，酒店大堂也佈置得非常華麗。

駅から近くて商業施設やコンビニもあるとても便利で綺麗なわりにリーズナブルなホテル。

台風直撃に広州滞在となりましたが、備え付けの傘もお借り出来てとても助かりました。このホテルは部屋も広く、リゾートっぽい綺麗な作りの割に料金もリーズナブルでとても良いです。
海外からのビジネス、旅行客にとって番禺付近はタクシーが少なく足だけが唯一の難点ですが、駅もすぐでバス停も目の前なのでその点も良いです。
朝のブッフェもそこそこ種類もあり美味しいです。

Schönes Hotel welches Europäischen entspricht.

Das Hotel erfüllt Europäische Ansprüche an ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber trotzdem noch schön. Wie bei vielen chinesischen Hotels ist auch hier die Klimaanlage ein wenig schwach. Die muss man einfach 24 Stunden laufen lassen - dann passt das. Das Hotel-Restaurant mit Buffet ist für Gäste die nicht unbedingt chinesisch essen möchten sehr gut. Wer mit der U-Bahn fahren möchte - findet hier eine perfekte Anbindung an das U-Bahn-Netz.

駅に近い便利なホテル

広州番禺駅に近く、イオンもすぐそばの買い物にも便利なホテル。
朝食もおいしいですし、南特有の雰囲気がとても良いです。
設備が少し古いことだけが残念なところですが、それでも綺麗ですし十分です。
旅行はもちろんビジネスでもリラックスできます。

広州に珍しく暖房が

何度か宿泊しているが、初めて暖房が入っていて驚いた。暖房機能はないと思っていたので。二日後少し暖かくなったらもう機能しなくなっていたので、冬季は継続してほしい。フロントスタッフの足元にはポータブルの暖房器があるのに。
前の公園が工事中なのは残念。

2系統あるWiFiの片方がダウンしているのに、部屋にある案内はダウンしている方。聞くまでわからなかった。
部屋によっては夜カラオケがうるさい。
フェリーのシャトルバス掲示も不適切。
この地域ではそれなりのホテルだが、施設が古くなりつつある。

Shuttle bus service between ferry port

It's convenient to use free shuttle bus service between Lotus port. One of the best way to go there from Hong Kong.
There is a nice park for walking in front of the hotel. Unfortunately it has been closed for a while.
