The hotel is faultless for your needs on a city break to Napoli. Very clean and staff are excellent.
The position is good for a very busy city, a bit tricky to find at first but the parking is very handy in this area of the city. Many thanks to Vincenzo and Bella for a memorable stay.

Difficult to Find!

People booking a room at this hotel need to understand that it is difficult to locate and a long distance from the city/downtown. The breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet. But the location is very out of the way.

The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great. Antonella and Adriana are so friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Safe and clean but not central

The location is difficult to reach from airport or train using public transportation however it is in a nicer area, less trash and away from crowds so that is a plus. We used many taxis and they are expensive. We were initially disappointed until we saw the rest of Naples. We felt safe and the area was clean. The woman who served breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Pleasant stay

The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel.

This was a great place to stay for a quick night in Naples. Close to the subway and many restaurants. We loved the area in Volerno (about a 15 minute walk away). Much better than center city Naples. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Maryna was an absolute pleasure and helped us with so many questions and provided great information and directions throughout our night.

This villa is a hidden sanctuary in one of the best shopping districts in Napoli. It’s surrounded by gardens so you feel safe and tranquil. The interior is completely new with artistic lighting and tile work throughout. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure of your comfort. The breakfast is abundant so don’t skip it!

What a lovely hidden gem! Right in the center of the best part of Napoli - and walking distance from the best shopping district in Vomero. The hosts are gracious and the rooms are bright and well appointed. Our room had its own little garden area just beyond the French doors. Because the property is an historic villa, you get the feeling of space and tranquility even though the city is just beyond the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was included and was incredible with so many options. I would certainly stay again and I recommend to anyone wanting the perfect getaway in Napoli.

Le personnel était très serviable, surtout la dame en charge du petit-déjeuner qui est extrêmement serviable et sympathique. L’hôtel est dans un écrin de verdure tout en étant proche du centre. Mais venue là pour me reposer j’ai eu la malchance de tomber sur un soir où le jardin attenant avait été loué pour une fête donc la musique et les cris ont été incessants jusqu’à minuit…
