The room was clean staff very good and a great location. Tea and drinking water was replaced in time.
As regards amenities the safe deposit vault in the room was outdated and not working. Since our stay was short I didn’t complain.
The Indian restaurant was below expectations.
But overall we loved the stay and would recommend to fellow travellers and friends.

We arrived early so we needed to check in early to rest before our meetings. Check in was a nightmare as for 2 hours each employee kept on coming back with a different opinion! After we checked in we were chocked by the fact that hotel was under renovation! So drilling and hammering until 6 pm and still charged the full price without even a simple apology!!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! I spoke to many and they were all very helpful, especially Mohammed in guest services. My room was very nice, only issue was hot water took a while, nothing major. You will love this hotel and it’s location.

Convenient area. Nice lobby. Nice Sea View. Dirty bath tub. Furniture is dated. Walls dirty in bathroom, or could be mold. Iron was broken and dripped ALL the water out. Another iron was brought and the steam button was pressed in and didn’t work. Not for me, will stay elsewhere next time.

The property is well presentable when u walk in but the pool area requires attention broken tiles that cut my child’s foot and now has an infection from it the staff take forever to respond having to ask twice or sometimes three for requests soup took over half an hour Air conditioning way over board especially it’s winter season gyms and male and female pools were excellent needs a bit of attention with the staff attending to housekeeping and the ac and tiles would’ve had a more comfortable stay

Enjoyable, recommended, careful with hotel service

The hotel is well-located, with everything within walking distance, which is a great advantage. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the hotel itself was impressive.

However, for a 5-star hotel I expected more compared to other 5-star establishments.

There were a few issues: the service in some areas fell short, especially with basic tasks like restocking supplies and cleaning either came very late or not at all. the hotel buffet was a really good experience but HIGHLY overpriced. we were 2 adults and 1 child, SAR 800, compared to other places where the same would have been half the price or less.

That said, the stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is worth considering if you value the convenience of its location and a generally good experience by the seaside, beach promenade and meeting local people. Jeddah is a buz of a city and with a taxi 20 mins you are pretty much in the old town full of history.

The checking process took us at least an hour to the the rooms, our reservation was for 6 people, 4 adults, a child and an infant. The rooms we got were for 4 people. A room with king bed the second was with 2 twin beds, when I asked for extra bed I was asked to pay first then I’ll get the bed, went down to pay was told no more beds. Not sure if the staff communicate to each other. This is not the Hilton I used to stay at.

Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for.

Receptionist at the check in desk needs serious training in professionalism and diversity training. From the very get go his interactions with me was a nonstarter. Had booked 2 Sea view rooms and requesting for upper floor for better view. Even I said that we would wait but he is keep insisting it is not possible while he said that there are guest who would check out soon. Also refused to honor request for breakfast that we were ready to pay for one night as we were leaving the very early morning on the following day. Never had such experience with Hilton in other countries where we had been before. Quite disappointing.

The worst experience ever for me after check in we went to our Room number 0419 then 10 minutes later another guest opened the door of our Room they gave him the Same Room and another key that was very bad , I called the operator and reported what happened asking for the duty manager but unfortunately when they came us they reaction wasn’t good they said system Error and we would offer you dinner for two which I reject then they charged the room to me all what they did was not professional and didn’t show respect for us at all

I stayed at the Jeddah Hilton several times over the last 15 years, and have always been satisfied. Location of the hotel by the sea, cleanliness, hotel restaurants are all very good.
In particular, I would like to thank Al Amin, who cleaned my room every day to perfection.
I hope to stay at the Jeddah Hilton again in the future.

Reception was horrible I have to wait 30 min to get to the counter once in counter everybody needs training they are so slow and have no idea how to use the system so instead of servicing other customers one counter is filled with atleast 2
Breakfast at the executive floor I can say service knowledge zero I have to ask them for everything like salt and pepper or the sugar which should be at the table

Unfortunately the hotel was under construction which was really annoying and no one gave us heads up. The outside pool is for men only and after reserving and confirming that the ladies pool allows kids we realized upon arriving that it’s not allowed. But the staff are one of the best teams I’ve seen and the taste of food is so good.

I hope Hilton Jeddah give more attention to electrical appliances and consider adding a universal electric sockets. The hotel is BIG and has big space around it you can explore alot around it , near the beach which is awesome
-The reception was good ,polite and welcoming
- the room was awesome , balcony is great , clean ,bathroom is clean as well
- space is great
- The breakfast was great and pool was awesome , gym
-over all very nice
keep in mind : the gym - billiards are allowed for men only so if u come with your wife u cant even play billiards
- upon check out i called 3 times for to get someone to come help but no response
- they will charge extra 10% that is not mentioned anywhere

Disaster !!!!

We had 2 interconnecting rooms . En-suite toilet was blocked after first use .it would not flush away any toilet content!!! Over a period of 3 days the toilet kept getting blocked and plumbers cane 7 times .I demanded to be moved and was told hotel fully booked !!
On our last day I was told that they had a room and were getting it ready for us
The room was not ready by 9 pm and we had a very early flight the ne t day with young kids so decided not to move in the end !!
Demanded a refund as was not happy to pay for the room . I had to argue with the manager who finally agreed to refund 2 nights as it was out Choi e not to move rooms on the last night !! Told it can take 90 days to get the money back
When we arrived back home found a £945 charge to our credit card for breakfast that had already been prepaid for !!!! Trying to resolve this as well now !!!
Officially the worst hotel stay ever !!!

The whole experience staying at the Jeddah Hilton is excellent. When entering the hotel the doormen and women are all excellent.
The hotels of women and men at the front desk are very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, and they make all their customers and guest feel at home. The executive lounge staff and food and accommodations are also wonderful
And the location, room size food and restaurants are all excellent.
The management at the the hotel is doing a good job of creating a vibrant and welcoming culture at the the hotel and the hotel staff are to be commended on their excellent work.

The room and bathroom were a little tired but it was generally ok. My only negative of the room is the adjoining door. Our neighbour came back in the early hours and put on the TV. The door let all the sound through.

Otherwise, the staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good with lots of choice.
