I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Christian, the manager owner, was extremely helpful and gracious in all matters. As an English speaker I had no problems at all. Their bistro serves excellent food, which I recommend to anyone who stays here. My room was both clean and stylish. Damme is a beautiful town that's only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding countryside was also beautiful, and reminded me very much of my home in Ohio, USA. Should I be coming to this part of Germany again, I will definitely try to book another stay here. Hyvä majapaikka maaseutuympäristössä

Paikka oli mukava ja rauhallinen. Ympäristö maaseutua. Kaikkialla siistiä ja hyvin hoidettua. Hyvä aamupala.
Varasimme saunavuoron, kun huoneessa olevan infon mukaan se olisi hotellivieraiden käytössä maksutta. Kuitenkin pois lähtiessä meiltä perittiin saunamaksua 5€/henkilö.

Vi boede på hotellet 5 dage -
min mand og jeg + hund.
Vi er vant til at få de dårligste værelser når vi har hund med, og fuld forståelse for det.
Men al den luxus vi blev mødt med på dette sted har endnu aldrig prøvet før.
Super skønne, rene værelser, fantastisk morgenbuffet, super restaurant og meget venlige, hjælpsomme og imødekommende personale.
Eneste lille minus var at vores værelse kun var adskilt af en dør ind til “naboen” og det gav en del støj

Wir haben uns, obwohl nur eine Nacht, sehr wohl gefühlt und haben sie bereits weiter empfohlen.
Das neu renovierte Zimmer mit ebenerdiger, rutschfester Dusche war hervorragend. Ebenso das Restaurant mit Abendessen und am Morgen das reichhaltige Frühstück.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Zimmer im Neubau sind sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere Ausstattung und die Terrasse sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und für jeden ist etwas dabei.

Das zugehörige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben an zwei Tagen unser Abendessen hier eingenommen. Gute Küche!

Die Gegend lässt sich wunderbar mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß erfunden.

Hotel was goed , de kamer was netjes en schoon. Minpunten zijn doorgezakte matras en gehorigheid kamer.
Ontbijt was bovengemiddeld goed. Parkeer voorzieningen was ook in orde.

Fantastisch hotel,zeer geschikt voor lang verblijf

In alle opzichten een fantastisch hotel. Mooi gelegen, prachtig aangelegd groen rondom de gebouwen en veel terrassen/terrasjes. Kamers zijn groot en modern ingericht met voldoende stopcontacten én als klap op de vuurpijl; een koelkastje. Badkamers zijn tevens ruim en modern ingericht. En alles brandschoon. Ontbijt is ook fantastisch, weinig hotels evenaren dit. Medewerkers zijn allen uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een en al lof voor dit hotel en komen zeker terug.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Damme

Wir haben das Waldhotel am Bergsee für einen Radausflug in die Dammer Berge für zwei Übernachtungen genutzt. Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es sind ausreichend breite Parkplätze sowie zwei E-Ladestationen direkt am Haus vorhanden.
Wir konnten am Abreisetag netterweise unseren PKW bis zur Beendigung unserer Radtour noch stehenlassen. Dies ist auch nicht die Regel. Die Fahrräder werden sicher in einem Schuppen untergebracht, der ausschließlich (wie auch die Zimmer) mit einem Code zu öffnen ist. Zahlreiche Stromanschlüsse für das direkte Laden der E-Bikes sind vorgerichtet.

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse im Neubau gebucht.
Die Zimmer sind ca. 30qm groß, gut ausgestattet und haben bequeme Betten. Das Bad ist großzügig und mit ebenerdiger Dusche ausgestattet. Klimaanlage vorhanden.
Die günstigeren Zimmer liegen im Altbau, aber haben auch einen kleinen Balkon direkt vor dem Zimmer.

Wir haben am ersten Abend das Restaurant genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Leckere Speisen, gute Qualität zu einem ordentlichen Preis. Das Servicepersonal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte eine außerordentlich vielfältige Auswahl. Es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Damme, aber dafür gehen zahlreiche Wander- und Radwege direkt vor der Haustür los.
Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen...

In general okay

In general ok. If I had to stay for longer than a night or 2 I would probably stay elsewhere however for our short stay it was good.
The room needs to be updated and better cleaned. Repair the broken parts. As it’s right next to a horse staple there are lots of flies and it smells of horses (not bad however it’s nice to know).

Jederzeit wieder...

Wir waren ganz spontan für eine Übernachtung zu hast im Hotel.
Es war sehr sauber und unser Zimmer für drei Personen war sehr geräumig und hell.
Der Service an der Rezeption und auch im Lokal war sehr gut.
Das Essen im Lokal kann man nur empfehlen und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es war rundum hervorragend.

ok hotell. gir det en femmer av 10 mulige.

Dette er et helt greit hotell, som ligger litt utenfor motorveien. stille og rolig området. Her er det også el-bil lading. Det er ett stort pluss for oss. Enkel frokost, men eggene var kalde, de burde vært varme. og de burde vært en brødrister, syns vi. rommet var ok, helt til vi oppdaget spindelvev i taket. badet var rent og pent. gode senger med deilige dyner. kunne godt hatt en ekstra pute til hver i dobbeltsengen.

Mycket trevligt hotell med närhet till naturen.
Trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Underbar frukost med stort utbud.
Det enda som jag inte förstår är att man inte kan få en riktig kudde. Kan inte sova bekvämt med en jättemjuk stor kudde. Får alltid nackspärr. Det verkar vara vanligt i Tyskland med denna typ av kudde.

Alles Top, gerne wieder!

Zimmer war neu renoviert, großer Fernseher und ein gutes Badezimmer. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Besonders angenehm war das man direkt vorm Zimmer Parken kann.

Neues Hotel, schöne Restaurants, Top Service

Wir waren sehr überrascht vom Komfort und dem überragenden Service des Hotels. Alles ist neu und auf dem absolut technischen Spitzenstandard. Das fängt mit dem Parkplatz fast \"direkt vor der Zimmertür\" an und setzt sich dann in der Ausstattung der Zimmer fort: HighTech Klimaanlage im Zimmer, zusätzliche Fußbodenheizung im Bad, überbreite und sehr angenehme Betten, wir haben geschlafen wie auf einer Wolke. Was sonst noch POSITIV auffällt: ein Restaurant mit angenehmem Ambiente, kein großer \"Speisesaal\", der Außenbereich mit viel Grün lädt zum enspannten Sitzen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt und abwechslungsreich, die Mitarbeiter füllten das Buffet immer wieder auf.
Es gibt nichts NEGATIVES zu berichten.

Kurzum: ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem fantastischen Hotel, das Waldhotel zum Bergsee Damme ruft uns zu einem Kurzurlaub noch in diesem Jahr sofern es unsere Zeit erlaubt.
Wir bedanken uns für den exzellenten Service, wünschen Ihnen ein gutes Durchkommen durch diese *Pandemie* und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
