The front desk staff seemed unaware of the EV charging facility and could not provide proper assistance.

The restaurant service was extremely disappointing. On a Sunday night, with hardly four tables occupied, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive and around 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. After another 30 minutes, they brought papad, but basic accompaniments were still missing.

When the biryani was served, we asked for raita, and the staff said they would bring it but completely forgot. I had to remind them twice, and by the time the raita arrived, I had already finished most of the biryani.

The same poor service continued with water. For three guests, only one 500 ml bottle was served, and no refill was offered unless repeatedly requested. Overall, the dining experience and service quality were very poor.

Someone smoked in a non smoking room and it was not cleaned properly. Insyead of the suite which we booked we had to move to a regular room as they dont have an6 suites available

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The service was horrible and the food options were pretty bad. We waited for 15 mins for just a cup of coffee. The people working there looked like they didn’t have any interest in customer service and didn’t care for the reputation of the brand ITC.

Room was stinking. Arrival and departure managed well. Room service needs huge improvement, extremely poor trained people. House keeping was poor too. People cannot speak language that travelers speak (English or Hindi), that was really hard for me as I could hardly communicate the issues.

1. Service is very slow especially during the breakfast.
2. Food taste is very average for the price being a star rated hotel.

Great hotel in Guntur. Stayed there few times always happy with customer service . Staff are very accommodating and helpful and always go extra mile to help .
Dinner buffet could have been better with choices and change of menu.
Room is clean and spacious and minimalistly decorated to what needed .

Very good hotel

The hotel was inaugurated just a month before we stayed there, so it was very neat and clean, the staff were very courteous and service was very good. The location was central to most parts within the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Negatives:
From the time of arrival until departure, we never felt welcomed! Poor service in the restaurant, reception staff answers calls but you never get what you asked for. It felt like every person in that building works in silos!
