Property was beautiful and well maintained. Dockside restaurant and breakfast were delicious. Brought two young kids and they were entertained for several days with the beach, boat rentals, games on site.

We arrived by bike (3 day bike ride) and was greeted by two staff with great smiles, very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in! Room was clean, well equipped, excellent A/C that was so very quiet. Large king size bed and clean washroom. Dinner on the deck was excellent, well priced again served by great staff - so friendly! The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The main lodge is the best ever - clean, bright, cool (great A/C). So much history all detailed in 5 excellent binders to read. (well done!!).
Breakfast was a great experience - well done; excellent presentation; great choice; all served by excellent staff!! Overall, an excellent choice on a beautiful lake with the best staff ever! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie View. The 2 bedroom cabin was clean and modern and the amenities were nice. The restaurant and patio were closed but we found good food in town about a 8 minute drive away.

A really wonderful spot. Really enjoyed the restaurant by the lake, the indoor breakfast restaurant and a little ice cream truck open until 8 pm. The common room is super nice and if not in use for a function can use this space. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
If you are staying in room 34-36 keep in mind that these rooms are above the common area and kitchen/breakfast room so be prepared for noise (and music if a function is happening) that may keep you up and wake you up.
Would highly recommend!!

Awesome.

Fantastic. Lots to do. Didn’t have to leave the resort. Food amazing, friendly staff, clean, nice beach area with water toys and safety equipment and children play area. Campfire containment unit. The outdoor restaurant, great foods and beverages, super busy, but the staff worked so well together from bartenders, cooks, and wait staff, timed, they didn’t miss a beat, I was so impressed (and that’s hard to do). Congratulation on the teamwork!

Suggest an expansion of the bar and grill menu, maybe an adirion of more salads.

Staff and service are excellent and friendly. Stayed in a cabin that was cozy but a couple extras would be nice like some tea bags for those who don’t like coffee and maybe a toaster. It was a hot weekend and the cabin only had one fan so either air conditioning or some extra fans would help. All in all it is a great resort that I have been too multiple times and would gladly stay at again.

I traveled all the way from Burlington to Haliburton, took me around 4 hours. As soon as I reached Bonnie Inn, I was in awe. This place is a hidden gem in Ontario. I checked in at the reception, and I mentioned that I wasn't able to get the room with the Jetted tub, but to my fortune I was told that I was upgraded to the room with the Jetted tub. I was simultaneously told that there was no power in the rooms due to an outage (I am surprised that the rooms aren't backed up with generators in case of such outages) and was told it would be back by 6pm. I was excited about the jetted tub and rushed to city to find some bubble bath. Right after shopping for the room, I was given a call about the accidental room upgrade. Given the fact that I did double check that I was upgraded for the room with the jetted tub, I was really disappointed with this kins of unprofessionalism. To make up for this, I was given free breakfast that was already an \"buy-one-get-one-free\" offer. Forgetting all these issues I still tried to enjoy the experience, but at 7 pm I was told that they weren't sure about the power and I could stay or leave if I wanted to without any charges. The fact that had to drive 4 hrs back at night, did not seem like a good idea as I am still a new driver. They provided blankets as my room did not have any firewood. My wife and I were left expected to sleep in the cold room with a candle light. Moving forward next day, no power yet and I was told it \"might\" be back at 4pm. We

Excellent location in Haliburton. Staff was excellent. Rooms require some updating especially the bathroom. Wood for the room was very pricey and not having the dining room for food closed was difficult especially on a weekend of a snowstorm. Otherwise beautiful location and the ice rink, outdoor fire and option to snowshoe was great.

This is a lovely inn in an absolutely beautiful area. The cabin we stayed in was immaculate. Everything is modern and upscale. The bed was comfortable and the bedding extra cozy. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Excellent dining options and shopping are minutes away and outdoor activities abound.

We had a great stay and hope to return again.

What a beautiful location and amazing food! The service was also spectacular. Our concern was our room. We booked a standard room with a king bed. The room was tiny, there was no air conditioning and it we there during a heat wave, and the bed was so terrible! It was warped, uncomfortable, lumpy, and we both had serious neck and back pains after the first night.

So, my recommendation is to book an air conditioned cabin instead of a standard room.

The property and facilities are great! The view and location are second to none!

This is my 4th year in a row visiting Bonnie View. The renovated cottages and rooms are fabulous. Live music Wednesday was a great surprise. Great Dockside patio. Clean beach. Alteady reserved my cottage for 2025.

The Bonnie View was a fantastic place to stay. We loved the patio for drinks when we arrived and for lunch. The rooms were newly renovated and the staff were great. Highly recommend.

The Bonnie View Inn was cozy and welcoming. The property is lovely and the many amenities allow you to be as active as you like - or you can sit by the lake and relax. It’s the perfect blend of modern convenience and lakeside charm. Loved sitting in our cabin’s screened in porch to read my book in the evening, after sports and water activities with my teenage son. Will definitely visit again!

25th Anniversary stay.

First off, the personnel were outstanding in assisting us and very responsive. The lake side view was fantastic. Unfortunately, the resort was not fully open which surprised us considering the time of the month in June. The room we occupied was clean but a bit dated. The shower was very small with low end fixtures. Other than the front slider, there were no windows. As a lower unit we suffered the noise of the upper unit's guest walking around in their room.
