The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the \"Do not disturb\" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though.

Staff were super courteous and breakfast was delicious. The heating system didn’t work and WIFI signal was weak. Next time indicate clearly in your email that the rides your hotel driver provides are not free of charge. UBER would charge 25% less than you. Clarity is kindness. Overall mark 7 out of 10.

Overall a decent mid-range hotel, but the noise was a real issue.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine for the price – clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. Staff were helpful and everything worked as it should.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street was a major downside. It was extremely loud well into the early hours and kept us awake until around 4am, which really affected our stay.

If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for a good night’s rest, this is something to be aware of. Otherwise, the hotel itself was good and met expectations.

Quaint hotel. I felt like I was in Prague vs a Hilton anywhere. The room feel is old world, but clean and cute. We were on the 1st floor (2nd for US) and on the street. Very noisy with window open, slightly noise with closed. If you prefer quiet ask for a room in the back.

Breakfast was really good. Self-serve coffee and juice machines, fabulous selection of cakes and pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit, plus other hot and cold breakfast items. The highlight was the omlettes cooked to order. Gluten-free options available too!
Front desk and breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel bar had a cosy feel in the evenings. The junior suite was worth every extra penny...the most beautiful room!

Everything about the stay was fine, except the service was just average. I think this is typical Czech. We ordered our own taxi at check-out (at half the cost of going through them), and they told the driver we were not in the hotel. Other than that, nice room, great breakfast, nice lounge. This hotel was simply amazing. It was built in the 1300s yet had all the modern necessities and luxuries you could ask for including an elevator, which is surprising for a building of that age. Martin is the best bartender ever and the staff were exceptional if you want to really cool old hotel, I highly recommend it and even though it was old, it had plenty of room for an American to be very comfortable in.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We did experience a very short period where the lift was out of action, and with a room on the third floor, that was a pain in the legs. We also had an issue with the door lock on the room failing, but it was sorted in less than an hour. The breakfast offering is excellent, with lots of different choices, whatever your normal breakfast routine. There is a quiet courtyard where you can retreat when city life gets too much. The location is very convenient, being about 30m from the entrance to Národní Trida metro station. Many of the convenient trams also run along the same road.

Quaint, historical hotel in great location with friendly, attentive staff. The junior suites are large but the bathrooms are not. The hotel is in a very walkable location as well as being close to a tram stop. The breakfast buffet has a good selection with choices that cater a bit more to eastern European tastes than typical American options. There is a good bar and cocktail lounge but no restaurant. A solid 4+ hotel.

I'd stay at Hotel Elite again. It's on a quiet side street in Prague 1 and within walking distance of Old Town and many great restaurants. It has a charming courtyard and a Bohemian bar (which unfortunately I was too lagged to take advantage the evening I stayed). Staff were efficient and courteous and cleanliness was excellent. Bed was firm and shower was awesome. Room was cozy but featured exposed oak beam ceilings. Five stars in my book.

We arranged airport pickup through the hotel. The driver, Andrew, was invaluable as he translated for us and helped us retrieve my husband’s wallet that was left on the plane. Had he not been so kind, I’m not sure we would have gotten it back immediately. The entire staff of Hotel Elite was exceptionally kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious. Great location also. We walked everywhere we went. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable rooms in a nicely restored older building. Conveniently located within walking distance of most of the major sites in the historic center of Prague. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. I truly felt special when, at breakfast one morning, the servers recognized it happened to be my birthday and brought me a small bottle of champagne and a slice of birthday cake!

Needless to say, a hearty and very tasty breakfast was included with the booking at no extra charge.

Location and hotel staff were spot on. Only things letting it down was shower poor, as screen didn’t stop water going everywhere and temp mixer taps very temperamental. Sadly our room was next to the street with the Brit Bar and drunks woke us many time with noise outside. Better window soundproofing needed. Otherwise great hotel

Great hotel centrally located next to a tram stop and train station. The staff were all very friendly and attentive from the receptionists to the maids. The breakfast was very good, good selection and the fresh omelette station was so a fab addition. The only thing was the room walls are very thin but the beds were so comfy and I had earplugs so if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must.

Beautiful old hotel. The rooms are not big but very charming. Our room had pictures drawn on the ceiling.

The breakfast choices were amazing, and they varied daily. We could also order omelettes to be made.

The staff were all really helpful and friendly.

Although not around Old Town Square, it eas very convenient and easy to walk, or use the trams at the end of the no-exit street. There are many eateries and shops close by and in the next street.

The only drawback was that the bathroom had nowhere to hang clothes to dry. Usually there is a line to pull out over the bath, or at least some hooks. But not here.

The hotel was located in a brilliant area with loads of transport links, shops and food options. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good. This was honestly one of the best hotel stays we've had in our travels.
We stayed for 11 days and just had a lovely stay!
Staff went over and above in being helpful, kind and accomodating.
We had an incident with a local pay laundry and were unable to get our clothes dry - the front desk staff immediately sprung into action and took our clothes and got them dried for us.
Daily breakfast was out of this world with rotating Czech dishes that we would have not gotten to try otherwise.
We had to leave at 4 in the morning and the hotel provided a great boxed breakfast to take with us.
Location is great with immediate access to trams, buses and subway.
We got a 30 day pass for about $23 usd which allowed us unlimited access to public transportation. We enjoyed using it and how easy it was to navigate.
There is a mall, many restaurants and bars, a couple of grocery stores nearby, plus several drug stores. I think I counted 8 total cafes and coffee windows in the one-two block area.
Downside - Brit Bar is just down the street and there was a LOT of highly intoxicated folks roaming around at all hours - not dangerous in the slightest, just a bit loud. That being said, you do not hear them at all inside the hotel.
The only note I would have on the room - a tea kettle would have been wonderful to have - we would have paid a bit more to have access to one.
I cant say enough good things about Hotel Elite and its staff - I hope you give them a try - it's worth it!

We had 5 nights here for our stay in Prague and will certainly look to come back here if we return again. A great location to discover the city from. Public transport a 30 second walk away, however we tended to walk everywhere and enjoy the sights as we did. Old Town a 10 minute walk away, and Charles Bridge 15 minute walk away. Our standard double room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff are simply amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Time in Prague

The hotel location is perfect, i was able to walk to main tourist attractions. I took Uber couple times, this application is wonderful here in Prague. The breakfast was incredible, with many healthy options. I have a mall just crossing the street from this hotel. Many restaurants and a currency exchange establishment. Love it. I will come back.

Amazing location near tram and subway stop at Narodni trida, the nerve center of the public transit network in Prague. Can get anywhere in the city quickly from there, including up to the castle by the 22 tram. Near Charles Bridge. The room I had was very small and not perfectly decorated, though nice and comfortable enough. Top floor, under the eaves of varying heights. Heaters were way too hot so I turned them off (midwinter) and was fine. Price and location were amazing. Slept great, quiet on interior courtyard. Windows open. Staff were great. Breakfast OK. Tremendous location and charm. Tourist grade inexpensive hotel in great location with great service team. Small rooms. Somewhat awkward pathway around hotel due to being old buildings put together. Quirky layout. Overall, worked nicely for what I wanted but I might find something a bit bigger and more comfortable with a desk next time.

Beds were a little hard for us and the shower over bath was a bit tricky as it was easy to end up flooding the bathroom! However overall a great hotel that I would recommend
