Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. I have to mention by name deputy manager, Mrs. ANIA, who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in making our stay memorable (even without AC) :). All in all, beside the shortcomings of the hotel itself, its location, private beach and manager Ania made our stay truly memorable.

A great hotel and well positioned right next to the beach.
Rooms clean and looked recently refurbished. Nice pool area. Food good and well presented. Reception staff excellent.
Bar/restaurant in the evening - the staff need to engage with guests. The bar was often unattended, and staff seemed to hide in the kitchen. One waitress called Ania was excellent but others need to understand something of what is required to work in the service industry.
There is a nightclub next to the hotel (not part of the hotel) which seemed to have a licence to play music until 4am. This was an issue on one of the nights of our stay.
Overall, this is a great hotel and we would return, just ensuring we had a room on the side of the hotel that was away from the nightclub.

I have been living in US for over 20 years now and apparently I take some things for granted by now... an example is the parking... while booking the hotel I assumed I will have also parking place available if needed, well I was disappointed that there was no parking available when I arrived, because apparently I had to book it separately while making the room reservation... I am not use to it. Well, I asked to be informed the next day if something will change about parking. So I was disappointed the next day that nobody contacted me about that and only when I approach the front desk myself and inquire about the parking I found out that it was available. Second example... In America, all staff is always smiling, happy and eager to help, in polish hotel staff is sad, avoiding eye contact, and rude... or this is the polish mentality? Amber Baltic, although 30 years old hotel is still a very nice hotel; that said I've seen dirty walls, peeling paint, or rust here and there... Now the food was great, breakfasts were real feasts. So overall, great accommodation, great food, but customer service needs to improve.

Disappointed, will not return

The customer service was unprofessional, bad mannered with a lack of communication and transparency between the customer and front desk/ management.
Very disappointed with how the management handled our check out. We made reservations online for one room king size bed. During reservation and check in we were never told we need to pay per person.On our last day we were told we still need to pay for one more person which cost us almost 100 usd more. We travel all over the world and never were charged per person before only per room. Left us with unpleasant ,disappointing feeling. Great location ,nice hotel but poor customer service.

I liked the view from the room. However, the room was very tiny and had a weird setup with bed in the middle of the room. The hotel restaurant does not serve wine with lunch because the bar does not open until 3 pm. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day.

Don't bother with this hotel

Our first impression of the Amber Baltic was not being able to park in the hotel car park as it was full. After parking in a car park nearby we checked in. We spent 10 minutes queuing at reception and just as it was our turn 2 Germans arrived at the desk and we were ignored while they got served! The breakfast was okay although a little over crowded. During our stay we had body treatments at the spa and used the indoor pool and sauna. This was the best part of the hotel. Overall this hotel is tired and in need of a refurb. We would not stay here again.

not exactly 4 star hotel...

- arriving & parking - the receptionist wasn't aware of possiibilities of parking at the hotel so we were directed to an outside parking place
- we had an executive room which was very small; wonder how regular room look like???
- 1 of 2 elevators didn't work; the 2nd one was quite faulty and we could never reach 5th floor
- staircase (had to use because of above story with lift) looked like undergroung parking one; certainly not 4* hotel!

Die Zimmer haben alle Meerblick, das Hotel liegt direkt am breiten Sandstrand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut deutsch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Gegen Voranmeldung und Gebühr kann der Hund dabei sein und das Fahrzeug bewacht parken. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Innen- und im Sommer auch über einen Aussenpool. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison (ab 1.10.) dürfen Hunde mit zum Strand.

Mega Hotel

Es war traumhaft. Man hat alles was man braucht. Ob man einfach in den Bademantel schlüpfen möchte und im Hôtel eigenen innen oder Außenpool geht oder zu Hotel eigenen Strand mit liege und Sonnenschirm. Es ist einfach alles dort. Man kann sich Räder leihen, bowlen und auch für die kleinen ist dort mit Spielräumen sehr gut gesorgt. Mega

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auch wenn wir zum 5. Mal hier waren, man kann von Jahr zu Jahr sehen, dass nichts passiert. Nur die Preise stehen. Parkplatz 165 zloty pro Tag. Wahnsinn! Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück, es ist gut, aber etwas Abwechslung wäre doch gut. Der aussenpool ist so eiskalt, dass ich in der ganzen Woche nicht einen Menschen darin gesehen habe. Es war gerade wieder Festival und da dreht sich dann immer alles um die polnischen Stars! Bus morgens sehr laute Musik, selbst wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist.

Leider keine 4 Sterne wert

Ich kann diesem Hotel leider keine 4 Sterne geben.
Das Zimmer war altmodisch, der Teppich voller Hundekot-Flecken, und das Bett war viel zu hart. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, doch stattdessen ein schmutziges Zimmer mit Flecken und Urinspuren bekommen. Obwohl ich selbst einen Hund habe, halte ich mein Tier sauber, da wir regelmäßig nach draußen gehen. Es war enttäuschend, ein Zimmer vorzufinden, das durch andere Gäste derart verschmutzt war.

Zusätzlich wurde eine Gebühr von 22 € pro Tag für meinen Hund berechnet, aber es gab keinerlei Ausstattung für ihn – keinen Wassernapf, keinen Hundekorb, nichts. Für diesen Preis hätte ich zumindest grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten erwartet.


Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend – die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und es gab nur ein kleines Frühstücksangebot. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt nicht zufriedenstellend.

Die Umgebung war sehr schön, mit Meerblick und der Möglichkeit, gemütlich zum Strand zu spazieren.

Beste Lage mitten in der Stadt und direkt am Strand. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Parken kann man gegen einen kleinen Obolus direkt neben dem Hotel.

Die Regelung, den Saunabereich in Badebekleidung zu nutzen, empfanden wir als unhygienisch und unpassend, da dies nicht dem üblichen Standard in westlichen Wellnessanlagen entspricht. Zudem fanden wir die Parkgebühr von 35 Euro pro Tag unverhältnismäßig hoch

Fantastisk hotell! Läget är perfekt vid stranden.
Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Poolerna rena och fräscha. Stranden är superfin.
Vi blev överraskade över att det var så många restauranger och butiker utanför hotellet.

Minus- hårda sängar. Ingen AC (vilket jag fattar när det är mer kallt än varmt under året)

Das Hotel ist gut. Nah am Strand,Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit wie Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.Parken ist zu teuer!!! Der Umgebungslärm am Abend ist abends viel zu laut so das schlafen erst nach 2 Uhr möglich ist. Auch eine Klimaanlage wäre toll.

Auf Nachfrage ein größeres Zimmer zu nehmen
wurde uns erzählt das das Hotel nur diese Standardgröße an Zimmern hat 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ein super Wellnesshotel mit toller Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Pool von 7:00-22:00 Uhr geöffnet, Wassertemperatur 29 Grad. Sauna geöffnet ab 8:00 Uhr. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt. Hotel am Strand direkt an der Promenade. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Parken sollte man nicht auf dem Hotelparkplatz der ist teuer. Gleich nebenan ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der ist preiswerter muss aber gleich in bar bezahlt werden in Zloty oder Euro Umrechnungskurs war 4,18. Parken am Straßenrand geht auch man muss aber dann die Parkautomaten mit Münzen (Zloty) füttern.

Jeg har overnattet mange gange på dette hotel, da det ligger godt lige ned til vandet.

To gange har jeg fundet små fluer i min juice om morgenen. begge gange har jeg informeret personalet, som ikke virkede overrasket. Så juicen drikke jeg ikke

Ich bin mit meiner Familie für einen 2 tägigen Ausflug zur polnischen Ostsee gefahren und übernachteten hier im Hotel. Beim Einchecken erhielt unsere Tochter direkt ein kleines Präsent was ich sehr großartig finde. Oben im Zimmer angekommen findet man ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV und ausklappbarer Couch und noch ein kleines Präsent für die Kinder (Budelsachen). Das Bad ist ausreichend und ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man auf den Balkon und hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Das anliegende Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Großen Doppelbett, TV und großem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für alle was dabei und es wird immer frisch nachgelegt. Es gibt für die Kids ein Spielzimmer und einen internen Pool. Einen Außenpool und Privatstrand gibt es auch den man als Gast nutzen kann inkl. Liege und Sonnenschirm. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Super Majówka !!!

Naprawdę wspaniały hotel , najbardziej zachwycił mnie widok na morze z pokoju i restauracji . Taras i zejście z hotelu na plażę już bliżej do morza być nie może . Bardzo miła obsługa . Pyszne śniadania . Naprawdę Super !!!

Det var er rigtig god hotel, alt var rent og pænt men de skulle oppe sig ved morgenmad de ting som skulle holdes varmt så som røræg, bacon, pølser og pandekager var kolde selv da der kom nye fad ind til bordet :-( og den sidste dag vi rejste var deres boller bløde som om de ikke var varmet nok.
Det rigitg skidt i betragtning af at sleve hotellet er pænt nok

Super Lage und gutes Hotel

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Komfort ist Spitze. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstück. Es wäre gut vorher einen Parkplatz zu bestellen, da nicht genug vorrätig im Hotel vorhanden sind. Dies war leider nicht über Hotel.com möglich. Aber das Hotel hat uns ein Platz direkt vor der Tür für 13 Euro pro Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim privaten Nachbarparkplatz ist das Parken auch für 8 Euro möglich. Aber auch da sind Parkplätze knapp.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit schönen, sauberen Zimmern u. direktem Zugang zum Privatstrand!
Strand: ist sauber mit weißem Sand!!
Spa-Bereich: Schwimmbad u. Sauna / Kostenlos!
Sehr freundliches u. fleißiges Personal!!
Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist teurer als die daneben liegenden bewachten Parkplätze!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!!
Wenn möglich 6 Stockwerk mit Blick auf's Meer buchen!!!

Amber Baltic - Miedzyzdroje (den polske lido)

Har brugt dette utallige fange til morgenmadsbuffet ved rejser til det nordlige Polen. Afprøvet som feriested med 5 overnatninger skuffer ikke.
Buffet om morgen er selvsagt stor og god (derfor de gentagne møder der).
Værelse med strandudsigt, samt kig til pool udendørs samt indendørs - perfekt. Godt supervisor værelse, dog ikke så stort men ny istandsat.
Byen byder på masser af restauranter, oplevelser mm til en meget fordelagtig pris. Som at være på lidoen i Italien, specielt da vi oplevede sol hver dag.
Parkering i udkanten af byen er klart billigere på bevogtet P-plads. Gratis transport i lille sightseeing bil til promenaden. Kører hele tiden - og ellers er gang overskueligt.
Vi kommer klart igen!

Es war ein Urlaub mit vielen Einschränkung, da es die ganze Woche Filmdreharbeiten im Hotel gab und wir mit viel Lärmbelästigung, Zutritt Beschränkungen zum Hotel und zum Strand die Woche verbracht haben. Nach zwei Tagen war man einfach nur noch genervt, weil man nicht wusste, welcher Abschnitt im Hotel wieder gesperrt ist.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den phantastischen Meerblick vom Balkon und das Frühstücksbuffett.

Super nettes Personal, wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt! Super Hunde freundliches Hotel und ich habe einen großen Hund (Boxer) kosten werden pro Nacht berechnet (15,-), sowohl auch die Parkplatz Gebühren. Das Frühstück war super! Lautstärke Pegel war im Zimmer sehr gering. Das ausweich Angebot im Hotel war hervorragend. Ich war rundum zufrieden und werde mit Sicherheit wieder meinen nächsten Urlaub mit Hund bei ihnen buchen!!!! :)))

Der erste Versuch nach der Pandemie

Ein sehr freundlicher Service an der Rezeption.
Unser Zimmer war nicht fertig! Deshalb wurden wir sehr freundlich ins Café eingeladen
Dann das falsche Zimmer. Dann wieder nicht das reservierte Zimmer! Nicht das reservierte Doppelbett. Wir gingen einen schlechten Kompromiss ein, da es NUR drei Nächte waren.
Eigentlich für diese Hotel Kategorie miserabel!

Wir hatten in diesem Hotel besserer Erfahrungen gesammelt.

Miejsce które oczywiście staje się podróżą w czasie dla fanów filmu Młode Wilki i wyobrażeń o „cudownych” latach 90-tych. Pokoje i hotel po remoncie, w doskonałej lokalizacji. Pokoje małe ale funkcjonalne, chyba wszystkie z widokiem na morze. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Lohnenswert !

Das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber, nur ein Duschbad/Shampoospender hat uns gefehlt. Es gab zwar kleine Tuben, die hätten aber nicht gereicht, da wir zu dritt waren. Ansonsten möchte ich das gute Frühstück hervorheben, welches wir am ersten Tag noch in Buffet hatte, die folgenden Tage coronabedingt dann in Bestellform. Verhältnismäßig teuer fanden wir den Parkplatz, hatten aber auch keine Lust im Ort etwas zu suchen.

Bis zum nächsten Mal

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, die Zimmer sind sauber, der Ausblick aufs Meer einfach schön und das Personal sehr freundlich – bis auf die Damen an der Rezeption, was ich sehr schade fand, da dort der erste und letzte Eindruck des Hauses entsteht. Alles andere jedoch sorgt jedoch für Erholung. Auch das Frühstück verfügt über ein ausreichendes Sortiment und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Und es ist eine schöne Idee mit dem Apfel an der Tür, wenn man auf eine Zimmerreinigung verzichtet. ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Riktigt bra hotell

Steg in i foajén på hotellet och kände direkt att detta är bra. Snyggt, modernt med leende personal.
Fick hjälp med vårt bagage upp till rummet och incheckningen var snabb. Vi hade bokat superior rum som uppfyllde vår förväntan. Modernt, snygg inredning, bra säng, balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt. Hotellet ligger precis stranden.
Frukosten var riklig och mycket god.
Vi beställde mat från a la carte menyn sista kvällen och det visade sig var riktig gourmetmat.
Hotellet kan beskrivas med ännu fler superlativ! Vi kommer definitivt åter!
