Nice hotel very close to everything.
A few downsides:
- Very slow internet
- The design of the room makes it impossible to darken the room: there is a glass window between the room and the bathroom, the curtain over that window is semitransparent, therefore the lights from the street lights illuminate the bathroom and through that window - the room itself.

There is nothing I can criticise other than my inability to adjust the air conditioning, but that might be my problem, not theirs.
I was caught out by a sudden national general strike, which meant I couldn’t leave the country on the day I planned, but the hotel accommodated me seamlessly for one extra unplanned night. What might have been a major inconvenience became a minor hassle.
I would have no difficulty in recommending this place to other travellers. The location is very central, I walked every where. I can’t comment on their restaurants or housekeeping as I didn’t use either.

The hotel property is in the centre of the city, perfect for the first time travellers. Also main attractions are nearby, you get good cafe nearby hotel.
Perfect hotel for a family or solo travellers.
The breakfast spread is also good.

The Hotel was conveniently situated in the city which I love. I had 2 issues though. Why do we have to pay city tax as a tourist for each day?? and 2, the bathrooms needed proper cleaning. That is my biggest concern that must be rectified ASAP.

This was the perfect location for our 2-day station! Near everything including bus route, restaurants café etc roof top offers a magnificent view of the city! Staff at the desk spoke in English which eased our communication know Spanish a little. I will recommend it to my client as a travel consultant!

This truly was a boutique hotel. We were located right in the middle of all the activities that you would want to do in Buenos Aires. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The staff was helpful with directions as well as tending to the baggage before and after check-in.

Stayed at property for 2weeks. Rooms are very large,quiet and clean. Lots of storage, great view. Staff was very kind. Especially Anna,Angie Fabio. Breakfast nothing fancy. No real gym. Smaller than rooms. Pool area not good. Very small. Not good for swimming or laying out. Very old need of repair. No one ever asked or assisted us with our bags?? That was strange. Close to alot of things. Easy walking. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WITHOUT BREAKFAST OPTION. We WERE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY. THAT WAS WONDERFUL AND APPRECIATED AFTER A LONG JOURNEY FROM USA

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was large, but the facilities were run down. There was black mildew in the shower, stains on the lamp shades, the wallpaper was peeling below the window, the towels and sheets smelled clean but didn't look clean (not white), and the upholstery on the chairs in the dining area had holes worn into the corners.

There are protests with literally hundreds of people that apparently occur 4-5 x per week where demonstrators set fire on the road to block any ongoing traffic. The morning receptionist had no idea what was going on or didn’t want to say but the evening receptionist told us this is a frequent occurrence. Buses of police vehicles arrive toward the evening. We stayed in another area of Buenos Aires for part of our trip and in this location for the remainder. If it weren’t for the prostests as you are near gov buildings then it would be ok. I wish I would’ve known prior to booking as we didn’t feel safe in the area especially traveling with children. The last thing you want to see on vacation while looking out your window is police with guns on one side and protesters setting fire on the other side all within 1/2 block from your hotel. Traveled July 2023. Wanted to post this as a courtesy to future foreign travelers

Housekeeping service was very good and room always prepared well each day. Unique needing your room key every time you use the lift (up and down) but no problems. Unfortunately the first hotel I have checked out early from. Few issues at this hotel - the first is breakfast. If you pay the additional cost to have breakfast included at present it is a paper bag with a bottle of fizzy drink, a croissant and small piece of cake. It is not substantial or worth the value being charged for it. We did not receive breakfast on the 2nd day as they forgot to buy it from the shop. We did raise this point and were told to wait 10mins, but it still didn’t arrive.

For English speakers, I would recommend another hotel also as quite a few members of staff do not have a grasp of the English language. It meant it was problematic when trying to resolve issues.

You can not enter the building without someone letting you in. On arriving back from an evening late, we had to wait around 10mins until someone returned to the front desk.

The price may be attractive, but I would recommend another hotel for slightly more with better service.

The staff we disappointing they put us next to a room where we could hear the next door person using the toilet yes the toilet I kid you not that is the sound we kept hearing
The staff were not welcoming and they did not discuss with is the hotel facilities did not give us maps and we were told 15 minutes before the buffet breakfast was finish that time was running out and they were taking the food away and they proceeded to clean the breakfast up by taking the plates and cups away

And when we requested to speak to manager to give feedback the manager was “sick” and could not see us and we had to speak to the staff , they gave a bottle of wine as an apology but it did not make up for how they made us feel overall
We were extremely disappointed ☹️
The staff made us feel so unwelcome like we were a bother and not the paying customers that we are

However, the rooms are very dated, not a 4 star rating in my opinion. I asked to change my the room due to dump smell and water damage marks on the ceiling. The room given was smaller but in better condition. Overall good experience mostly due to welcoming and helpful reception staff.

We had a wonderful experience with Natalie at the reception desk. She was very coooerative and pleasant all the time. I can same the same of the door man. The shorter door man. Dirty room carpets, Bathroom shower flooring needs improvement, The fridge is just a show ( doesn't work properly and power cord plug connection issues. Very poor breakfast quality and options and awful kitchen staff. The reception staffs were nice and helpful but not the management.

The hotel was perfectly situated to enjoy the main strip in Buenos Aires. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was very nice, and the views from the rooftop were amazing. That said, there was a very, very strong smell of petrol or gasoline emanating from the lobby. It even permeated my room. When I asked staff about it, I was met with confused looks as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I was visiting with friends who stayed at another hotel, and when they met me in lobby of the Eurobuilding before a tango show outing, even they mentioned that the smell was overhwelming. For this reason alone, I cannot at all recommend this property. In addition to how uncomfortable the smell was, surely it is unhealthy too. They need to fix it ASAP.

Pool is closed! Hotel staff super unfriendly!

They've been promoting their hotel with pool-photos, while the pool was closed and a total construction area. Furthermore they were doing some construction works in the early Sunday morning. :( Couldn't sleep at all. This is probably my first negative feedback ever, but since I spoke with the hotel staff, I'm even more sad about all that. The staff didn't help us at all. No refunds, nothing.

The hotel could be fine, but I would never come back again.

It's actually a nice hotel, but our experience with the staff was really negative. We came for the pool, but the entire pool-area was closed. Even tho this hotel is promoting themselves with their pools on the first photo.... When we spoke to the staff about a fair refund, they only offered us a bottle of water. After 1.000 hotel nights this was my worst experience!

I'm happy that hotels.com helped me out after all... But I wouldn't stay at this hotel a second time. That's for sure.

Stayed for 5 days on 11/26/2018. We were given a better room bath tub didn't clog. there was separate shower, but water overflowed outside the shower door and toilet not cleaned well. asked front desk to have it cleaned well but stains were still there. Breakfast for 5 days was the same. Location was great though and the front desk, Natalia was helpful.
