Overall I rate this property a 6 or 7. The adult pool was extremely and not look appealing at all. I was never able to get in the pool during my stay. It would be nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile. The food is average.

The place isn't a hotel it is a huge villa complex.
Its for locals with a car as totally isolated. When I arrived on Sunday it was a 20 min walk with my luggage to the villa. In 40°C heat. The TV never worked. 20 min drive by uber to an ATM. Nobody had a clue how to go whale watching the only activity tourists go for.

Water is not clean smells nasty cloths smells bad after been in the pool. Beach is not what they shows in picture there is no sand beach just rocks their advertising is total false. will never go back to.

Super friendly staff. Helpful honest and amazingly clean rooms. Would not hesitate to stay at this place again. They do try and sell you a time share but VERY friendly and not aggressive at all. Food was good. Not amazing, but good. Drinks were well resort prices. Cheaper than other countries. It was a great vibe! Definitely recommend when in the area.

While the staff did go above and beyond, i am disappointed in other areas. They charge for litteraly everything. I asked for iron, $10 for use. Even the water, $1. Anything you needed , towels etc, extra charge. I understand it is not an all inclusive hotel, but to charge for everything is ridiculous. They offered for an extra fee, ofcourse, buffet meal. The funny thing is, you can only serve yourself once. Thats not the idea of a buffet.

This has a good customer service at the reception but when I was checking out I had to wait for someone to go and check the villa to be sure that I guest i didn't take anything it was uncontrollable moment like if was a criminal
The shower door was really hard to close and open
The villa had so many insect every were every single water or soda or food that we order i need to be signed
The cleaning lady did a great job but someone how insect were able to get inside
The access to the beach is very dangerous
I had to pay about $180.00 for two days of food for two persons but it doesn't includes sodas o alcoholic drinks and so i had to spend and extra $110.00 on drinks so in total $290.⁰0 plus what i pay for my staying so for me it was to expensive for the low quantity of place

I stayed for one night, and that was more than enough.

To start with the positives: the staff at the lobby were very pleasant and welcoming. The master villas were spacious and clean — no complaints there.

Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The kids’ water play area was closed for maintenance in the middle of the day, and when it finally opened, only two slides ran for 15 minutes before being shut down again.

The restaurant area was disorganized and lacked enough seating. While the staff tried their best, it was poorly managed. Even worse, stray dogs and cats were walking around the dining area — extremely unhygienic.

The promotions on social media do not reflect the reality of this place. Stay away! I will not return and do not recommend it.

Unfortunate the unit that was given to us was not up to any standart or condition to be rented out, unit had a leaking HVAC unit that cause one of the main beds to be soaking wept and unfortunately we did not discover this till late, reception and customer service was close as they close early 7pm. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and both of the sinks on the unit were loose and unstable. They did end up moving us to another init the next day but were really not apologetic for except of one individual that identify jimself as in charge of cleaning crew. The resort is located in a popular beach area but if you are vissiting keep in mind that the beach is rocky and only have small areas were I would considered safe to swim. The overall service when using the club is not good, service is slow and waiters only come around when you call them, the food menu is limitted and food is not good for the price. Would not come back to this resort.

i didn't have a good experience at all, the resort didn't give me the wooden thing to put on the door to come clean my room and give me new towel, the phone in the room doesn't work, the reception didn't answer my calls when i called off my phone. nowhere does it have in the description that the resort is mostly for people with a car and is not really accessible for people who walk. then when i was gonna check out i was changing and the maid opens the blinds outside and looks inside without knocking and invading my privacy. the pool was dirty and not maintained throughout the day just once in the morning and night with a lot of people coming in and out. poor customer service and i will be making a video on my bad experiences at this resort. poor quality.

My shower did not drain and wifi was poor, at the bar, service was also very average. I feel like for the price it was not all great.. very difficult to get to the rooms as there is not transportation and also going to the lobby is a terribly long walk with no sidewalk and there were no phones connected when trying to call from the room. I would not waste my money here again

Property smelled nasty drain or dead animal, second one the street barely fit my suv, in the room first thing the bed build with concrete my fiancé and I have many accident hitting the concrete corners with are legs it’s unsafe and the bed really hard can’t sleep now I has to go to the chiropractic with my girl, not internet at all many problems we called technical and never fixed horrible don’t have Netflix, the pools all dirtier and smelled all areas either closer to the restaurant, the beach area rocks everywhere and really dirty and smelled, one restaurant food it’s fine, attention good, but we are try in the future NOT going back or recommending to our family or friends, thank you

Not a memorable stay at this resort

The hotel was not a very good place to stay at. Finding the villa after I checked in at the reception was a challenge as there was no light. Coffee machine in the room, but no coffee. Was told I had to buy coffee powder at the reception. Very difficult to communicate if you cannot speak Spanish.
Upon arriving, they said I had no vacation. Had to wait outside the security area till they figured out my reservation.
Not possible to stay here without a rental car.

This place is the worst to stay in. Everything about this property is TERRIBLE. If you can, please avoid staying with them at all cost. I was supposed to stay there from Nov 3 to Nov 6, we ended staying until Nov. 4 2024 (one night).Since we got to the property the security was rude and clueless. You would think the administration and the security are in constant communication, but NOT here. We had friends drop us off at the property to check in because we had no car, since the very beginning the security team followed our friend's car to the administration to make sure we checked in and to make sure our friend's left after dropping us off. The security treated us like we were there asking for something from free. They harassed us like if owed them something or we went to the property to steal something. When we finally settled into our room we noticed that the property only has ONE outlet IN TH BATHROOM. There is no outlets in the night stands or the little kitchen area. literally none, not to mention that the mattress's base is just cement with white paint, this made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The rooms are extremely inconvenient like if the property doesnt want its guest to use electricity or use the least possible. The tiny TV's are meters and meters away from the bed which is literally impossible to watch it. There is also NO HOTWATER. We complained to the administration and they did absolute nothing they have zero customer service. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Too many signatures for each time you order something to eat or drink. The room was dirty found some hairs on the bed. The pool area was dirty as well as the beach I picked up and pulled some trash from the beach. The food was not good at all and overpriced. I was chased by the agents trying to sell me a membership and when I declined she walked away upset and with an attitude I was actually looking forward to leaving the place.

The concept of the property is nice. It's supposed to be resort but it has a lot of work to become a resort. The service is extremely slow and the food just ok. The rooms good news some basics. Like coffee if you're offering a coffee maker sugar salt considering there's the mini makeshift kitchenette. However the pools are probably my favorite part they were nice and clean and the water was perfect
