Beautiful property, helpful staffs but it was not for us. The on going construction limits where you can go. We stayed in one of the coastal suites. The room was spacious with decent view from the balcony. The large window in the living room looks directed at the wall of another villa. Front of villas are nicely landscape but the villas are very close to each other so it feels like I was staying in some upscale manicure neighborhood and not at a resort. Breakfast was okay on first day, and we felt like bánh mì was not fresh. Breakfast was better on our second day. We prepaid for half board option and tried one dinner. It was very good. We cut our stay short because we felt too confined.

front desk told me check in is available at 12:30 then she said wait 30min more and then an hour.. I had early check in but check in took too long and every time I need to go to lobby or to take taxi I needed to call front desk for a ride to lobby. and a lot of mosquitos in the room even they helped me spray bug killer but it was still there and we all got bitten by mosquito atleast 8times.

Stayed in a villa that was very grand and luxurious. We were assigned a private butler and she was amazing ! The private pool and beach was very accessible and lots of fun. The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained.

I felt genuinely sad checking out—like I was leaving a little piece of heaven. Even after returning to my home country, I found myself searching for other places to stay, but honestly, nothing compares to Gran Melia. It remains my top choice. While it takes around 20 minutes to get into the city, it didn’t bother me at all. There was no traffic, and the ride back and forth was pleasant. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I’m definitely staying here again.

The Place:

One of the biggest reasons I chose Gran Melia was its stunning beauty. The design is simple, modern, and elegantly luxurious—every corner felt thoughtfully crafted and visually soothing.
There’s a serene swimming pool in front of the main building, and the beach is just a short walk away. You can kayak, paddleboard, and enjoy a variety of other activities they offer by the sea.
The small onsen near my villa was a delightful surprise. It was so relaxing to enjoy the warm water in the evening.
Getting around the resort is easy—on foot, by buggy, or by bike (which you can rent from the hotel). I personally loved riding the bike around the property.
The Villa:

I stayed in a villa, and it was incredibly spacious. With a dining area, living room, garden, private pool, bedroom, small walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, it honestly felt like a private paradise.
There was also a small toilet conveniently located by the entrance, which made staying with my friend even more comfortable.

장점: 직원 분들이 엄청 친절하다. 무료 프로그램이 많다. 키즈 쿠킹 프로그램과 요가 프로그램을 들었는데 무료임에도 매우 만족스러웠다. 자전거 대여도 무료로 잘 이용했다.
숙소가 깨끗하다. 조식은 종류는 많지 않으나 괜찮다.

단점: 여행기간 동안 바람이 많이 불고 흐려서 온천, 메인풀, 바다관련 프로그램을 하지 않아서 이용하지 못했다. 숙소 풀장도 물이 차가워 수영을 거의 하지 못했다. 풀장 물이 조금이라도 따뜻했더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있다.

Overall, it was a good stay!

We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and Gran Melia did a wonderful job! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a private pool and loved the layout, with the second bedroom located on the second floor, complete with a full bathroom.
All the staff were very friendly and greeted us every single time. Our butler, Truyen, did an excellent job coordinating our schedule. I was deeply touched by Louis from the FO team, who was detail-oriented. My grandmother is 95 years old and cannot be as active as someone in their 20s. However, Louis helped her get into buggies every single time and brought a chair for her. Another butler, who wore black-framed glasses (sorry, I couldn’t get his name), was not even our assigned butler but was always willing to help us without being asked. All the staff from Hispania were amazing. Their service was top-notch and food was great. Lastly, the Song Spa was excellent. I regret that I only experienced it on my last night.
The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast, which needs improvement! If you go after 8:30 AM, it is chaotic and extremely disorganized. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and 20 minutes for food (à la carte) after asking twice. I understand that food can be delayed due to increased volume, but making tea and coffee should not take so long or require asking twice. It would be helpful if we were informed of the busy hours when we checked in so we could avoid them. Overall, it was a good stay and definitely wanna come back!

인생 최고의 휴양 리조트!

부부가 휴양하려고 라군뷰 1베드룸 묵었어요.
거실이 엄청 크고 게스트용 화장실과 메인 화장실 욕실이 따로 있어 편하고 아이들 있는 4인가족 와도 좋을듯~스위밍 풀도 꽤 커서 프라이빗하게 수영하고 쉴 수 있어요.시설, 서비스 모두 훌룡한 스페인 럭셔리 리조트 경험할 수 있어 최고였어요~
호텔 야외 비치 액티비티, gym, 요가수업 그 밖에 프로그램도 꽤 잘 짜여 있어 리조트 안에서 알차게 보낼 수 있어요!

신상 호텔이라 시설도 좋았고 룸컨디션, 청소상태 다 좋았습니다. 다만 직원이 부족한거 같습니다. 룸에서 프론트에 전화연결했는데 받지 않은적이 잦았습니다. 여러번 시도했는데도 그렇더라구요. 내부가 커서 카트타야할 경우가 잦은데 프론트 연결이 잘 안됐습니다. 그리고 비치가 연결된 점을 기대했는데 연결된 비치는 즐길 수 있는 그런 비치는 아니었어요. 다 풀빌라라그런지 풀장은 작은 풀 하나만 있었고 리조트 안에서만 즐기기에도 충분한 그런 곳은 아니었어요. 시설이 좋아서 첨엔 여기서 연박을 할걸 했는데 하루 있어보니 하루면 충분한거 같아요

풀빌라 대만족

풀파빌리온에 3박 묵었습니다. 성수기가 아니어서 그런지 전반적으로 조용하고 방해받지 않는 편안한 휴식이었습니다. 풀빌라 치고는 가격이 너무 좋습니다. 조식도 훌륭했어요.

샤워헤드가 필요없을 정도로 욕실이 깔끔했고 침실이나 풀장도 너무 좋았습니다. 욕실이나 풀장이나 둘이 쓰기에도 너무 커서 좋았습니다

공항에서는 다소 먼 지역에 있는데 나트랑 중심부까지는 그랩으로 한국돈 8천원 정도에 편도 요금 나왔습니다. 셔틀이 하루 두번 있다고 들었는데 24시간 전에 예약해야된다는 점은 이해가 가지 않았습니다. 셔틀은 포기하시는게....

액티비티는 한번 이용하고 하지 않았고 리조트 내 스파는 가격이 험악해 시내로 나와서 마사지 받았습니다.

그래도 만족스러운 휴가였습니다.

スタッフは親切で　施設も使いやすかった。
ベトナムにしては　マッサージは高めでしたが
それに似合うクオリティーではありました。
ラグーンビューに泊まりました１３２平米で２人でしたので　リゾート感を満喫できました。
多分近々又行きます。

꽤 넓습니다.
버기카를 타고 이동하게 되고, 큰 거리는 자전거를 빌려 다니면 됩니다.
리조트 전체가 아늑한 분위기예요.

[룸]
룸에 일단 들어오면 넓은 룸에 한 번 놀라고,
내부 인테리어와 세팅 되어 있는 어메니티, 모든 집기류의 디테일함에 한 번 더 놀라게 됩니다.
웰컴푸드, 초콜렛은 너무 맛있었고, 앞에 Pool은 물 온도가 딱 적당 했습니다.
화장실은 게스트용 화장실도 따로 있어요.
근데 변기는 비데는 아닙니다

[헬스장]
8시쯤 되면 모든 전등, 에어컨을 켜주시고, 작은에너지바(망고코코넛)를 여러개 가져다 두어주십니다.
(헬스장 자체는 24시간운영으로, 언제든 이용 가능합니다)
있을 것들 다 있습니다.
일부 부족한 파트들이 있어서 모든 부위를 완전히 만족하게 할 수는 없는데 충분히 만족히 할 수 있습니다.
물, 수건 충분히 있고,
샤워장, 탈의실도 만족스럽습니다.

[조식-Nature]
식당 충분히 넓고 뷰도 훌륭, 음식 매우 다양합니다.
맛도 매우 훌륭해서 만족감, 포만감 100%입니다.
적게 먹으려 했는데 배터질 듯 먹고 나가게 됩니다.
스탭분들 친절하신 건 두말할 것도 없습니다.

[전반적]
프라이빗비치, 온센 및 리조트 자체가 아직 한국인에게 덜 알려진 건지 생긴지 얼마 안 돼서 그런 건지 사람도 별로 없고 좋았습니다.
손님이 별로 없다기보단 공간 활용 및 넓이 활용을 적절히 잘한 듯 합니다

[기타]
프론트에서 자전거 대여가 가능합니다
편하게 마구 사용하다가 숙소 앞에 세워두면 매일 6시 즈음 태풍이 오셔서 수거해 가십니다
자전거 심지어 기어도 있고, 뒤에 사람 태울 수 있는 안장도 있네요

Amazing on all fronts, give it a visit!

One of the best hotel/resort experiences we’ve ever had! Amazing facilities, beautiful surroundings, incredibly friendly and service minded staff as well as great food. A special thanks to our butler Amy for the great service and lovely care taking, and also to our great bartender Marcus who showed us how to make three different cocktails, always with a smile on his face and positive energy. We highly recommend this hotel to any people who seeks out “the best of the best”!

This experience reminded me of the importance of both hardware and software in a hotel.

This is because although the hardware of the hotel, the facilities, were very well designed and very well managed, the software, the service, in the case of this hotel, was second-rate or even below it.

For example, if you dine in-room, the dishes are never taken down. This happens even after the cleaning staff has entered the room. In other words, this happens because the cleaning staff and the dish-clearing staff do not cooperate with each other. So-called “attentiveness” is completely lacking in this hotel.

Also, since the area around the hotel is not developed at all, the hotel restaurant is extremely boring and you will get tired of it after 3 nights, in spite of the restaurant and everything else.

The price of this hotel is not cheap, but not as expensive as a luxury hotel, so what is the use of this halfway position hotel?

It might be good for a family staying 3 to 5 nights, but if you are a couple enjoying the nightlife, it would be better to stay at a global brand hotel in the center of Nha Trang.
