We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

Street parking right in front of the hotel was provided. It was a bit stressful to park so the reception parked for us.

The hotel itself was exelent and comfortable. Clean, easy to find and park, great breakfast, comfortable beds. The location in the town is relatively good especially if you are looking for a overnight stay on a long term journey along the coast. The hotel is located in the middle of an area with garages and car mechanics works. This location can result in quite early and noisy wakeup in the mornings. No quiet garden to sit with your tea :-)

Very unexpected. Do not be foolwed by the exterior look. Inside the rooms are modern, large, nice bathroom and the beds are large and very very comfortable. Staff wete very friendly and polite. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the centre and 5 minites to the Cay Carisi. Highly reccommend for a cuty centre hotel.

Hotel ist central in Einbahnstraßen, Park Möglichkeiten vor dem Hotel mangelhaft(3-4 Autos vor dem Hotel am Straßenrand möglich). Auto wird vom Personal zum parken abgenommen. Gegen über ist gleich eine Mosche und sehr viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Otel merkezi bir konuma sahip, otel içerisi eşyalar yeni ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı da açık büfe ve gayet yeterliydi. Bence eksileri; otopark yok ama yol kenarlarına vs parl ediyorlar. Duşakabin açık olduğu için banyo biraz ıslanıyor. Son olarak sular kesildiğinde yedek depo yetersiz kaldı ve üst katlara su çıkmadı en büyük eksisi bu bence.

Kahvaltısı icin bile tercih edilir, daha önce hiçbir otelde bu lezzette bir kahvaltı görmedim. Müthiş bir otel. Çalışanlar cok ilgili. Resepsiyonda çalışan gençler pırıl pırıl, cok temiz ve iyi kalpliler belli. Kesinlikle bir daha gelirsem kalırım.

Tuttuğumuz oda daire şeklinde, odalarımız ayrıydı. Çok rahat ettik. Klima ortak, banyo biraz küçük sadece. Bir de otoparkı yok. Kapının önüne park konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar ancak bir otoparkla anlaşsanız iyi olur. Kahvaltı ekibine özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Gerçekten lezzetli.

Biz 2 gece konakladık ,otel temizdi konum olarak merkezi konumda, personel ilgiliydi .1 puanı duşakabin camı olmaması ve kahvaltıdaki sıcakların lezzetsiz olması nedeni ile kırdık .duşakabinin bir kısmında cam olmadığı için yerler duş aldıktan sonra ıslanıyor ve konforu düşürüyor .
