We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

Street parking right in front of the hotel was provided. It was a bit stressful to park so the reception parked for us.

The hotel itself was exelent and comfortable. Clean, easy to find and park, great breakfast, comfortable beds. The location in the town is relatively good especially if you are looking for a overnight stay on a long term journey along the coast. The hotel is located in the middle of an area with garages and car mechanics works. This location can result in quite early and noisy wakeup in the mornings. No quiet garden to sit with your tea :-)

Very unexpected. Do not be foolwed by the exterior look. Inside the rooms are modern, large, nice bathroom and the beds are large and very very comfortable. Staff wete very friendly and polite. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the centre and 5 minites to the Cay Carisi. Highly reccommend for a cuty centre hotel.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili, odaları ferah, asansörleri çok küçük bebek arabası tek başına zor sığıyor. Oda kapıları eski doğramalardan,yatak gıcırdıyor. Duşu bence iyi değil kapısı olmadığından yerler göl gibi oluyor, duş ahizesi yok sadece üstten akıyor, duşun habalandırma kapağı sarı sarı lekeler bağlamış artık. Otelin karşısında büyük bir market var, gürültüsü çok geliyor. Kahvaltısı vasat. En güzel yanı çarşı merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bir daha gelsem burada tabiki de kalmam.

Otelden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Odalar gayet güzel, temiz ve bakımlıydı. Özellikle kahvaltısı, ödediğimiz ücrete göre beklentimizin üzerindeydi.
