Perfect place to stay in busy Mumbai in a safe neighbourhood Goregaon.
Staff are very attentive and happy to help in every way possible to assist.
Rooms need to be brought up to modern standards in few areas but not a major criticism. Rooftop pool is perfect to cool off.

The check-in was smooth. I appreciate they helped me check-in earlier.

There were few problems to the washroom door inside the door which took around 45 mins to be fixed, which I didn't like to be honest.

Another thing the right door key was not provided. Initially I stayed for an hour without electricity in the room. Even after calling multiple times I got the right key after 1-1.5 hours of my checkin.

We understand it’s covid times but the food was very disappointing.The menu is so limited and if ur staying for more than 2 days u are ready to bawl your eyes out! Plus they take an average of 45 minutes even for a simple sandwich.Other than the food everything was as usual amazing!

My expectations for this Radisson were high, sadly disappointed. Service was terrible. Breakfast was not at all upto standards expected .Tables were not spotless, floor under counter were not swept - observed for two days in a row . Called Room service no answer, rang up front desk to connect no answer... After frustrating half hour I gave up idea of eating in the room , staff were okay but not impressed.
Sorry but I don’t see myself ever staying at this place.

The as shower leaked, TV did not have western channel
And the ironing boards really need to be better for a Radisson hotel... the cheese was stale and the same block appear to be placed served to eat. I know this as was there for 9 nights.. and passionate for cheese.

This is a recent addition to the Radisson chain in Mumbai. Google maps doesn't recognize it when you search for this location. The outdoor bar on the second floor is a happening place on the weekend that pops up on Google when you search for the hotel. You get what you pay for at this property. It is not the swankiest hotel in Mumbai, or even in this part of Mumbai, but this property is a third of the price of the other hotel down the street. All in all, it met my expectations for a Radisson in this part of Mumbai.

It was ok not that great . The beds are very tiny. When asked them they said they have the same size of beds in every room. It was very uncomfortable. When asked for the bottle of water they said you have already taken 3 bottles a day and over it you will be charged. I am not staying for the 1st time in a 5 star and I know it well that bottles of drinking water are complimentary and they cannot charge you how much ever you need it. Breakfast was ok not that great. Would not recommend it to anyone for leisure .

Overall OK but traffic bottleneck is an issue.

Initial impressions of the establishment were good. I had arrived close to midnight. Check-in was smooth. The assigned room was clean and tastefully designed. Internet access worked smoothly. The breakfast buffet spread was also rather good.

It was only on the second day upon returning from my day’s excursion at about 4pm, that some of the feedback from the other reviewers hit home. It took nearly 20min to cross the bottleneck of about 100-150m to reach the hotel entrance due to traffic congestion from the flyover construction in the front of the hotel. Essentially, 4 lanes were merging into 1! Then again, being on holiday, I wasn’t really pressed for time, but until the issue is resolved, business travelers may view this more negatively.

My main reason for a slightly less positive review is that on the last 2 nights of my stay, there were repair works being carried out in the evening in one of the adjoining rooms. There were worker(s) hammering and drilling away, way after office hours in the evening. At first, I had shrugged it off, thinking that they could be carrying out urgent works, but apparently not. A call to the front desk did stop the noise on the first night at about 8pm – so, I clearly wasn’t imagining it after-all. But, it did in fact continue on the following night. Being slightly tired, I had actually already dozed off, only to be awaken by the sound of on-going renovation at 10pm! Again, I had to call the front desk to resolve the issue.

Overall super hotel.

This hotel is great.From check-in to check out every thing was very good.The staff from front desk /house keeping/bar/restaurant and all other services were exceptional.
It is between 7/10mins electric rickshaw ride to excellent shopping malls the inorbit and oberoi.
There are other places close by for all needs.
The rooms were clean and the hotel the same.
It has a rooftop swimming pool great to chill in the the hot weather.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to mumbai.

It shouldn't call itself a five-star hotel. Service was poor. We had to follow-up at least two-three times most of the time to get something. Once, a tray in which the fresh milk was brought in was so horribly dirty and stick with food, that it was worse than a roadside hotel.

We have complained about water coming out of shower and flooding the bathroom at least three times before but it has never been corrected.

Service has always been average or below. You have to keep following up to get something. Housekeeping, front-desk, all are same. It is simply not to the level of even a three-star hotel. Also, the bathroom door is not leak-proof and the bathroom is always flooded. The attitude of the hotel is very poor because we have been staying there for more than two years now and have always complained about this but nothing has been done so far.

The housekeeping once brought fresh milk in a horribly dirty, sticky and filthy tray. We realized it after she left. It was astounding that a five-star hotel should accept such poor quality.

Everything was standard and comfortable. The hotel is well located in Goregaon. The room was spacious and clean although there was some
Plumbing issues in the washroom with the shower. The pool on the rooftop terrace was great but access to it could be updated and cleaner. Wifi worked fine and the staff was quick to respond and make us feel comfortable.

I would stay again at that hotel if I was in the area.

I wish breakfast was complimentary with all room reservation.

Great hotel for a business trip to Mumbai

The hotel and staff are wonderful and I would definitely book there again. The only improvements I can suggest would be faster WIFI to enable video streaming and double glazing to cut out the traffic noise.

The stuff is very supportive and responsive, the place is clean, the price is OK for this category, the shopping possibilities are good and not so far from the hotel.
The only drawback that might disturb is the location as it is located on a cross roads point where it is daylong crawdad with a lot of traffic jam, for some people this can be disturbing.

Great for business trips

The location was good for our business trip as it is close to the Convention Centre. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable but the highlight was the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you're here sightseeing it's over an hour to South Mumbai.

Un-ethical practices in this hotel

I made a reservation at Grand Sarovar Premier, supposedly a 5-star hotel through Hotels.com for Feb 22. The reason I chose this hotel was because my niece's wedding reception was planned there at 8 pm Feb 22. Plan was to attend and leave for US the next day. I arrived at the hotel 6 pm. They said that there is no water in the hotel and that they would put me up at their other location a few km away (Hometel) which is not a five star hotel for which I paid. They said that it is as good. The manager Altesh further said that he will have a car available to take me back and forth from Hometel to Grand Sarovar. They did make available a car but each trip I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes. As I was waiting for their car at their 5-star location, I could see people being given rooms while I was denied the room a short while before. I wonder why that was. They did not give me the difference from a 5- star rate for which I paid the the 3-star rate where they put me up.

This hotel is in a very noisy location. Right on the busy east/west linking bridge and near SV Road. There is traffic and noise of horns almost 20 hours of the day. The room no facing the road are somewhat quiet but not all the rooms have international power sockets. Also my room had a terrible mouldy smell. To suppress the smell the hotel uses a overpowering amount of perfume and air freshner everywhere. Pay a little extra and get a 5 star hotel around the airport area in Andheri if you want to have a good night's sleep.

Excellent Business Hotel with Express Services

I found a good deal on the hotel through expedia and let me assure you the hotel is one of the best in the area. It was located very close to the Bombay Exhibition Center. My room was very modern and clean. Best part of the hotel is their restaurant which offers ample of spread during breakfast and lunch. The staff is very courteous and they go out of their way to help you. Bathroom shower is terrific with hot water and the pressure is amazing.
Great Hotel would def book this next time.
Also try to use the spa if you get a appointment open.

when i walked into the room, i can smell mold, request for room change. they pretty much said no and send someone to spray fresheners around the room to cover up the smell (which did not work).

other than that, food was good, service was good, water was hot, electricity didn't fail. but still, hotel is for sleeping, and i slept with tshirt wrapped around my face to protect my lung.

The Grand Sarovar Premier is a very pleasing hotel to be in for business or on a family trip. The environment in the hotel is relaxing and welcoming with pleasing staff who endeavour to be of every assistance to you. The hotel in located at the junction of four fairly busy roads; so the traffic noise may be an issue in respect of the rooms overlooking the road. However, the rooms located to the rear of the hotel were comfortably quiet. The facilities such as the wet room were a bit worn but not to the extent that it defeated their purpose. The pool was chilly though and did not make for a relaxing swim. The morning buffet was very extensive and thoroughly warming after the cold dip. However, on the whole, the Grand Sarovar Premier is a pleasant place to stay.

Overall nice hotel but far from site seeing area!

Location of the hotel was far away (over an hour) from the colonal area for site seeing which was dissapointing. This is really a business hotel, the rooms are modern, spacious, clean with comfy beds, free wifi and fab breakfast. The hotel did offer us the hotel car for the day but do charge a fortune. My travel partner left mobile in the back of hotel taxi. We realised as soon as we got back to the room within 5 mins and called down to reception. The message came back saying it was not in the car. We insisted on checking ourselves as we had been looking at pictures on it in the back so knew it was there. The driver said we must have lost it somewhere else. We knew it was in the car and checked the seats, somehow the mobile then got magically thrown at us whislt we were searching which was a little suspicious. We got the phone back though which was the important thing. Mall about 15 min walk from hotel which is handy but beware Tuk Tuk's do not seem to want to bring you back to hotel at night.

The hotel overall was good. However, upon arrival, the manager wanted to charge us additional money for my 16yr old. Told him that at time of booking, child's age was stated & already calculated in payment and that nothing in the booking stated I would have to pay additional amt. (I had booked 2 rooms- each room 2 adults & 1 child). After he read my confirmation, he agreed not to charge us. (No extra bed was sent). **** Also, at time of booking I had requested adjoining rooms which when we arrived we were told their hotel didn't have any adjoining rooms. **** One room faced the street and was really loud at night, the other room faced the back of the hotel was much quieter **** Taxi service thru hotel was convenient. However, at time of request we were not told we would have to pay for parking and tolls- we should have been told upfront. ***** Our reservation included breakfast- food was really good per my family memebers (unfortunately, I was too sick to enjoy it). **** Close to malls and shopping in Andheri and my relatives **** Complimentary airport shuttle was convenient. ************ Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

We were on 5th floor – 1st night stay totally ruined, outside traffic noise till late night and again started early morning couldn't sleep, Reception Staff played same tape – whole hotel is fully booked! And no other rooms are available, finally request to Hotel Manager worked and we were transferred to other room. Typically Ridiculous reception
Location not good for family holiday – traffic is major problem.
