Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel.
Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone.
The air-con in the room was not very powerful, but was ok and we went by the pool during the day when it was very warm.
We did have an issue with the lock on the door and this was fixed instantly when we asked. Staff were really helpful apart from one staff member who was rude when I asked if he could translate a couple of words when I was trying to book a taxi through a Spanish app, as none of the phone numbers worked.

Pet tolerant rather than pet friendly!

As the title suggests you can bring your pet (and pay for the privilege) as long as it only stays in the room. You cannot take your pet to any outdoor space within the complex so cannot have a drink or dine outside with your pet. Disappointing.
Another issue is the lifts. We waited 30 minutes after check in to get a lift to the room. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were in operation. When a lift did arrive, twice, it was occupied by staff who refused to allow guests to enter. Unbelievable.

It is the end of April but already quite warm. Apparently the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning until the summer. That makes it difficult to sleep in a very hot room. I opened the balcony door to let in colder air. Unfortunately either the hotel or someone nearby thinks it is appropriate to do construction until 1am. The big beautiful swimming pool is also not open until summer apparently. Would have been nice to know. Breakfast was good but since it was included and there are a lot of guests it is beyond chaotic. This hotel could be quite good but would not recommend during the spring.

Great Location But Needs Improvement On Food

The hotel is good. Located in a goid area. Its clean and staff are nice and friendly. Its great for this attending Rototom Festival. I just wish they served more vegan friendly food. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend it and stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and location was perfect.

The staff was not friendly when we checked in. My relative drove into the parking lot just to show us where to park (we were following) and she had to pick up a parking ticket. When we went into the front desk, they charged her 6 eur for just driving in and out. She was approx 5 - 10 minutes in the lot. We thought that was extremely unfair. The gentlemen on staff was very rude. It was not a nice introduction to the hotel.

The staff was very friend when we checked out the next day.

Overpriced during festival and very dated.

Staying for the festival so prices jumped 300% though location perfect. Aircon in the room was pretty awful but did just enough so we could sleep. Anything better than a tent but this place at what we paid was definitely not worth it. Also had the cheek to charge for parking and indoor pool on top of the already high price even though the room advertised free parking. Rooms were always clean and staff were polite. Great for €50/night not so great for €200. All of the hotel very dated.

Hotel ideally - located for easy access to Rototom festival. 5 Min by taxis or 15 - 20 min walk. The hotel is located 5min walk from the beach, The hotel, it self was very comfortable friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately never really got to sample the many facilities that the hotel offered- Swimming pool , breakfast and dining rooms. Reception staff were helpful, The only down side was that we requested a early morning call for Breakfast - this failed to happen on on three separate occasions, When we finally got round reporting this to the reception. Only for an hotel engineer to attend our room and found that the room phone was not plugged in - Oh well !!!! Still Great Hotel and Great location for Rototom Festival goers

We had a good nights stay in Benicasim and the hotel was more than adequate for the price. However our trip was spoiler by being robbed by gypsies on the road..they cut our tire on the AutoPiste rest area and then swooped down when we pulled off with a flat tire. This area is apparently infamous for this although noone warned us.

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel in the middle of April 2012. We arrived at 5pm and the booking was quick and easy. Positioned only a short 5 min walk from the glorious beach, we were given a room on the 5th floor with an amazing view of the whole town, swimming pool and sea. Truly breathtaking.

The room was clean and warm, however, we soon found out that we were not alone as we noticed several tiny little ants running around the TV table but do you know what...after a 6 hour drive from Granada and a very good price for the one night stay, we weren't too bothered!!

The view was too nice to risk being given another room without one. By morning the ants had all disppeared and we did note this down on the hotels own stay review.

The buffet breakfast is fit for a King with a very large choice of fruit, tea, coffee, pattiserie, cereal, drinks and deserts. We loved it.

The hotel is very big and shaped in a tripod design. So I presume whichever wing you're on you'll get a share of the sun but try and get the pool view if you can and watch the sun go down.

The hotel has a huge car park but it does state that parking is at the owners own risk. The parking was free too. But with it being right across the street from the hotel it is pretty secure.

The surrounding area around the hotel was quite. with the town centre only a five minute drive away. The area is flat so we found a lot people or locals jogging, walking and cycling along the front. There are lots of hotels around so I can expect the whole area in summer to be heaving with people!!

There are coffee shops and bars at the end of the street and they're right on the beach too.

So I hope my short review does help you and I would love to stay there again, just as long as I had my ant trap. Joking.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit grosser Terasse.
Der Speisesaal ist schlecht schallgedämpft.Die Anodnung der Speisen beim Nachtessen wie auch beimFrühstück ist sehr unlogisch. Hier fehlt ein Engriff des Chefs. Gemüse und anderes in sig. Wärmebehälter scheiben nicht zu funktionieren. Das Essen war kalt. dirse grossen Mängel sollten einem guten Hotelmanager bewusst sein.

Estavamos em 3 famílias, em uma habitação o ar condicionado fazia um barulho em que era impossível dormir, solicitamos e nos trocaram de quarto, neste, o ar condicionado não refrigerava a contento. Nos outros 2 quartos, o ar tambem não refrigerava adequadamente e em um fazia bastante ruído apesar de não tão alto quanto o outro. Os quartos não tem telefone, assim que para entrar em contato com a recepção é necessário descer. Um quarto cheirava muito a mofo. A limpeza no geral era ruim. Roupas de cama e colchões de ok para ruim. O estacionamento e localização são os pontos positivos. O buffet tem preços razoaveis mas a comida não é saborosa nem há muita variedade. Em geral, uma experiência fraca para o custo.

Hotel bien situado con respecto a la playa, se puede ir caminando en apenas 10 minutos, pero con muchos aspectos mejorables más aún cuando estamos hablando de un 4 estrellas:
- Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas en cuanto a mantenimiento se refiere: desconchones en la pared, marcos y pomos destrozados, humedades en las paredes, puertas de armarios que se caen, olor a humedad en la habitación, mobiliario muy desgastado.
- Los baños tienen un leve lavado de cara pero hecho de forma muy poco cuidadosa, y peor mantenida.
- Los lavabos (de varias habitaciones) no tragan, y a pesar de haberlo comentado tanto a las chicas de la limpieza como en recepción, siguieron en tal estado.
- La piscina está a falta de una buena limpieza, ya que en las paredes en la linea de flotacion había bastante suciedad acumulada.
- Las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atrás del hotel tienen sufren un desagradable olor a cocina continuo y ruidos de motores y compresores.
- No tienen habitación de cortesía, ni vestuarios, cosa que es bastante relevante hoy en día y más tratándose de un hotel de playa de 4 estrellas.
- El buffet bastante normalito, y muy poco adaptado a las personas con alergias o intolerancias.
- El gimnasio y Spa no está incluido en el hotel, ya que se trata de una empresa externa la que lo gestiona. El hecho de incluir fotografías puede dar lugar a confusión y a pensar que si están incluidos esos servicios.

Lo único bueno a destacar, además de la ubicación es la nevera

El desayuno es bastante variado y para nosotros suficiente.
En la habitación lo peor era el armario muy pequeño solo estuvimos 3 días, de haber estado una semana la ropa estaría en las maletas.

Déçus, une fois de plus (2ème séjour), par la qualité des chambres très peu ou mal insonorisées. Deux premières nuits infernales avec la télé et les discussions animées dans la chambre voisine. Il a fallu appeler la réception la deuxième nuit à 1h du matin... Manque de chance la télé du voisin est accrochée au mur juste derrière les oreillers. Heureusement, il a quitté sa chambre le 3ème jour !
L'offre du restaurant, bien que convenable, nous a paru moins bonne cette fois-ci en qualité et diversité des plats. Le serveur du bar est très professionnel et très sympathique.
Par ailleurs, l'accueil a été correct mais quelque peu sec, sans chaleur. La catégorie de l'hôtel (4 étoiles) pouvait laisser espérer une attention plus marquée pour des clients.

Interesante por fuera, decepcionante por dentro.

Es el típico hotel de playa para grupos grandes. El check in fue lento y farragoso, especialmente porque la persona de recepción atendiá tres cosas a la vez. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia, que es lo importante. Pero al estar en la 6ª planta, el uso del ascensor era necesario, y cada vez nos tocó esperar más de 5 minutos. Sólo 2 ascensores para todo el hotel, más otro fuera de servicio, insuficientes. El comedor no está bien organizado, y la calidad del menú deja bastante que desear, especialmente en la cena, tremendamente masificada. Y esto no será responsabilidad del hotel, o sí, no lo tengo claro, pero el overbooking de mosquitos en la zona de la piscina era insoportable. No volveremos.

El hotel no está mal, pero el checking se hace tedioso y lento por las colas, los ascensores son escasos y pequeños lo que se traduce en mas colas, la habitación está bien, pero no hay smart tv, las terrazas se separan por unos muros abiertos por la parte de abajo, entoces cuando el de al lado fuma te llena la terraza de cenizas y las vistas son feas a la parte trasera a la basura, el baño está bien pero es pequeño.
En cuanto al buffet de comidas y desayunos la comida es escasa en variedad no en cantidad pero los platos se van reutilizando día a día ( el primer día que llegamos había judías para desayunar que también estaban el último día para cenar, muy resecas), el protocolo de comidas esta mal porque tienes que coger mesa y para reservarla tienes que dejar la bebida que te la tiene que traer los camareros, pueden tardar de 5 minutos a más de 20 minutos, depende de la faena.
La piscina es grande y espaciosa, con un jardín inmenso y tumbonas, pero el borde de la piscina que da al agua estaba lleno de mugre ( tanta que hasta la gente se dedica a escribir en ella), el agua al final del día está bastante sucio ( imagino que normal por la cantidad de gente) y el socorrista es bastante distraído, si vais con críos tener cuidado.
Por último el tema de los ascensores está tan mal que en la salida tuvimos que bajar desde un segundo con las maletas porque el ascensor no llegaba.
Los servicios de spa, GYM y parkin van aparte no están incluidos y no lo pone.
Es caro por lo Q ofrece.

Touristenhotel in Strandnähe mit großen Pool

Das Hotel ist sehr strandnah und hat sellbst eine riesige pool - Anlage. Das war auschlaggebend für die Buchung.
Das Bad und Zimmer war saniert, sonst sieht man den 70er Jahre Charme.
Das Frühstück hat viel Luft nach oben. Frühstück ist eine Abfertigung in einer Hotelanlage. trotzdem hatten wir das deutlich frischer ( Brot, Joghurt, Obst ) als hier. Es war uns nicht wichtig zu frühstücken, deswegen hat es nicht weiter unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt, war in der Übernachtung mit drin. Amplio hotel e instalaciones, hab semireformadas

Es un hotel grande, con instalaciones preparadas para muchos huespedes. Los puntos fuertes: la piscina y zona ajardinada, los espacios son amplios en el comedor y entrada y las animaciones son correctas sin llegar a ser agobiantes o sonidos fuertes de altavoces. Puntos debiles: las habitaciones estan semireformadas, a mi opinion son correctas, pero las puertas no abren y cierran bien del cierre superior y cada vez que abres piensas si se arrancara el marco de la puerta. Resultado: repeteria para el tipo de estancia vacacional, sin duda alguna.

Check in tardio a las 16 h. Almohadas estropeadas e incomodas. Pedimos otra y no tenian. No funcionaba el telefono. Manchas de humedad en el techo y agua en el pasillo. Falta de personal y servicios.

Fint rum med balkong. Fanns 2 stolar men bord saknades. Sköna sängar. Bra städat. Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte så bra. Saknade en vattenkokare på rummet. Ville ha hett vatten till vår termos till resan. Kunde inte ordna detta i frukostmatsalen. Fick ösa med en kaffekopp från kaffemaskinen. Stor och fin pool med stort grönområde med solstolar. Kaos vid incheckning då en hel busslast kom samtidigt. Kunde funnits 1 kö för övriga gäster. Receptionister a väldigt hjälpsamma.

Me encanto el hotel Intur Orange y sobretodo su personal.
Solo una cosa q debería ser comentada. La planta 7 q es donde nos alojaron no tiene ascensor. Las vistas preciosas pero antes de dar una habitación sin ascensor creo que debería ser obligatorio informar al cliente.

Pensión completa y no entra ni agua,no está ni notificado ,ni informado en la reserva que no entra ni agua,que no se le niega ni al más enemigo,4 estrellas,sopresa!
En la terraza del hotel,2 sillas de plástico quemadas del sol,sopresa!
Recomemsacion,alojamiento solo y comer del consum que està al lado o en los bares,
Para mí 4 estrellas no tiene,menudo chasco.

El alojamiento está cerca de la playa, los baños están reformados, y la piscina es amplia y por esa parte está muy muy bien.
Lo único que las camas son muy antiguas y en mal estado, el desayuno le falta calidad, y el parking debería de ser gratis para los clientes del hotel.

Gebrek aan personeel in deze coronatijd, lange rijen voor het inchecken. Parkeertarieven terwijl men 50 m verder gratis kon parkeren. Animatieteam verschrikkelijk zodra men door had dat je geen spaans sprak liet men je links liggen. we hadden half pension ; ontbijt kon er net mee door. echter het diner was een aanfluiting voor een vier sterren hotel. wederom lange rijen. steeds koude friet en goedkope en steeds dezelfde gerechten minimale keuze, ondanks de goede recensies. Kan aan corona liggen.. Echter neem dan een paar kwalitatief goede warme gerechten...
