The hotel itself isn’t too bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer communication. I booked this hotel because they advertised parking spaces, but later realized there may not be enough available to guarantee a spot. I reached out via message asking to be charged for parking upfront, but unfortunately, I never received a response. When I arrived, the parking was full, and I had to drive around the city for quite some time to find a spot. Better communication and transparency about parking availability would have made this experience much smoother.

Always stay there when i am in castellon. Hotel is nice and service great. The only negative point is that the room entry card seems to get demagnetized fairly easily. Underground parking is very conevnient too even for a big car. Will stay there again.

The lobby is the nicest part about the hotel. One of the reasons we picked this hotel because it advertises parking. When we checked in we were told parking is not available. We parked on the street, and someone hit our car. Our room was next to the office and in front of the lobby. The phone started ringing there at 6AM which woke everyone up in the room. Room is clean, but outdated, AC took awhile to cool the room.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, made it easy to check in. The room was absolutely perfect, air con was a life saver! The pool and terrace is exactly what you could ask for. The breakfast buffet was lovely - if I was picky I’d say there could be a couple more options. Overall fantastic stay, muchas gracias!

A shoutout to Omar at reception who 's courteous and put an extra effort to accomodate the king size bed room to us.

The hotel lobby is very nice, clean, breakfast is ok.

The bedroom though requires a huge effort to renovate and cleaning. The hairdryer is falling apart,, there are mosquitos in the bedroom.

Parking on site is full, but seems there are others on the same street, we got referred to Valencia parking, which we don't know why, and it is terrible.
Overall, 1 night is ok

i was told it was not far from Rototom but it was an hour on the bus there and 30 minutes in a cab in the early hours.
the room was not cleaned properly they dont have tea bags ir milk !! abd the pool is not a pool its about the size of 3 double beds. i wont be stopping at this hotel again and would suggest others don't especially for the Rototom Sunsplash festival

The staff are friendly but the problem is that it claims to be a 4-star, if it were a 3-star, my review would have been more positive, but it looks dated, the paint was peeling in parts, and the cleaning of the room was done poorly.

I stayed 3 nights. The hotel is OK and good value for the price paid. My room was slightly dated but everything worked. My bed was very comfortable. The free wifi worked well. The breakfast was varied and the fruit and the fruit juice were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful when I needed to print off a boarding pass. The hotel is close to the centre and to restaurants and there is a supermarket across the road. I didn't use the small outdoor pool or the gym.

Hotel was very nice but noisey we had a room on the 2nd floor at the front there was a lot of road noise
unfortunately for us there was a coach load of spanish staying they were like football hooligans very noisey and inconsiderate they were gathered in our corridor about 20 of them at 2o'clock in the morning shouting laughing and banging on doors including ours slamming doors generally acting with no consideration for other people three times we had them knocking at our door we complained to reception the poor young girl on reception tried to quieten them down but to little avail it was an awfull night we wanted to check out but the receptionist gave us another room on a higher floor to sleep in it was now after 3am and we had a long journey in front of us in the morning. We complained again in the morning the manager was very polite and appologetic for our experience she refunded our reservation fee and gave us a complimentary breakfast .It was agreat shame as the hotel and staff are very nice but it obviously spoiled our stay there and inspite of their assurances that this is not the norm we would obvi0usly think twice before returning a security gaurd is badly needed as the poor young girl on night duty could do nothing, But Full Marks to the Manager and Staff for their politeness and good will gesture of the full refund.

Got our money's worth

The hotel is in a central location to downtown. Although we asked for a non-smoking room, we received a previously smoking room, so everything still smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was no water kettle. There was a fridge. It was quiet and the restaurant food was excellent with large portions. The AC was old and did not cool very quickly. Your room key turns on the electricity so even if you get your room cool, you lose that luxury when you leave. Solution:Get two room keys. The bathroom had tons of counter space. A spacious room! Free parking included was so worth it! It's not a 4 star. If you are sensitive to smoke, this place isn't for you.

Very well located for town centre. Staff were nice, and very modern reception area. €10 per night to park which was a little steep....in my view it should be free for hotel guests, as there were loads of spaces. On the plus side, it is an underground secure car park, so feels safe. The room was comfy, clean, and spacious, but stunk of cigarette smoke. This was the only downside.....everything else was great!

Hôtel très situé si on cherche un centre ville.
Par contre, c'est très difficile de trouver a se garer à proximité. Le tarif du parking de l'hôtel est totalement dissuasif et exorbitant (17€ par nuit).
Autre point négatif, nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits et nous avons été réveillé les 3 matins soit par des personnes qui parlaient très fort à 8h (je pense aux femmes de ménage car notre chambre était située juste a côté de leur pièce), soit par les personnes qui faisaient l'entretien extérieur (karcher à 8h30 !!).
Les serviettes ont été changées tous les jours malgré qu'elles n'aient pas été au sol et que ce n'était pas nécessaire.
Je pense également qu'il aurait été bien de remplacer la pochette de mouchoirs que nous avions utilisée le 1er jour et de mettre à disposition au moins 1 bouteille d'eau gratuitement à notre arrivée.
Le personnel à l'accueil est agréable et professionnel.

Hemos estado una noche y el hotel está bien. Destaco la amabilidad del chico de la recepción ( Jose) que nos ayudó en todo momento , nos hizo recomendaciones y nos hizo sentir en casa.
Además, llevábamos piraguas para competir y nos cedieron una sala para dejarlas.

Superbe accueil, 2 femmes adorables souriantes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, service au top et aux petits soins. Le pain est excellent. La piscine n’est pas très grande comparé à la superficie de l’hôtel, sympa juste pour tremper les pieds mais pour les enfants c’est pas super pour jouer. Et surtout prévoyez 20€ par jour de parking à côté de l’hôtel. On reviendra quand même ;)
