LOVELY stay all around. AMAZING views, AMAZING FOOD. The trout was phenomenal.

We loved just about everything.

My ONLY caveat was asking for a small cheese platter to go along with some wine and it was priced a bit too high.

The service, the staff, the place all get an A+.

We’d love to come back.

This hotel is a little gem. A bit too isolated for my liking but fairly close to the local town. The main dislike is the lack of clarity on check in. Clarity is always good even though one has good finances. The hotel itself is wonderful in every aspect: the surrounding countryside is the best in the world, the food is tasty and of gourmet class and the health facilities are to be recommended. The hotel is recommended despite its shortcomings.

Front desk staff was great. Tour desk did not deliver so I recommend looking for tours elsewhere. Our room was quite noisy as it was under the restaurant and near the elevator. It was also not quite what was shown in the pictures for a junior suite. We paid full price and expected more.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing location

This hotel lived up to eveything we had hoped and more. The staff were lovey and the location was just fantastic. We very much enjoyed evening swims watching the sun go down and the stars sparkle across the mountains. We would definitely come here again!

Correntoso Lake & River Hotel

My wife and I loved our stay at the Correntoso. Our room was clean and had an amazing view of Correntoso Lake and the Correntoso River. The staff was great and gave us some activities to do around Villa Angostrua including visiting the Los Arrayanes National Park. They also helped us set up a sunset boat cruise on the lake with champagne included that allowed us to see much of the lake that you cant see from the roads or hotel.

Quarto com boa vista, porém à noite percebi que o blackout não é suficiente para bloquear a luz pela manhã, o que compromete o descanso. Uma das janelas não possuía tela contra mosquitos e encontrei uma aranha grande no quarto, o que causou desconforto.
Também precisei solicitar a troca de toalhas.
No almoço e jantar, considerei os valores dos pratos excessivos. Além disso, fui cobrada por uma taxa de consumo de bebidas na piscina, apesar de o serviço ser ofertado no próprio local, o que me pareceu inadequado.

Hotel histórico - Pode melhorar o atendimento -

Hotel histórico com vistas muito bonitas do lago e montanhas nevadas. Café da manhã completo e fresco em geral. Restaurante com pratos Gourmet de bom gosto a preços altos comparado com restaurantes da região. Deixou a desejar a organização e o atendimento do pessoal do hotel. Exemplos: 1). Nós deram um quarto errado que compensaram 2 dias depois com um upgrade. 2). No quarto da minha sogra, perderam a chave do quarto, deixando ele aberto durante o dia até reclamarmos na noite (a atendente nem sabia desse fato) 3). No dia anterior ao check-out fui conferir a conta e misturaram gastos do meu quarto 409 com outro quarto de outros hóspedes. 4). Não deixam permanecer crianças abaixo de 12 anos na piscina após 18 hs sendo que geralmente é o horário de chegada do centro de esqui. A regra está clara para não \"atrapalhar adultos na piscina \" porém deveriam deixar isso claro no momento de oferecer o quarto pois nossos filhos tiveram dias que não conseguiram usar. Se soubessemos desse fato, talvez tivéssemos escolhido outra hospedagem. Parte da escolha do Hotel Correntoso foi para que nossos filhos curtam das opções do hotel após esquiar. 5). Não ofereceram ajuda para levar as malas no check-out. Era o minimo esperado para um hotel dessa categoría.

Tudo lindo demais. No entanto desde o primeiro dia o frigobar não funcionava e assim ficou por toda a estadia. Reposição do frigobar também muito ruim. Só com pedidos

La habitación era muy pequeña, probablemente la más chica del hotel (al menos del piso 3, según el plano de la propiedad en la puerta de la habitación, era la más chica).
Pensé que iba a recibir un upgrade que no nos dieron.
