Rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. I had daily maid service. Location was great to proximity of Nuevo Progreso. Owners had very little personality, but for the price and cleanliness I didn’t care

Lobby door was locked @7:00pm for check in. The lobby door was also locked @10:15am for checkout. Everything was unplugged in the room. Stains on the chairs….. don’t want to know what stains. NOT A FAN

Not a Holiday Inn but nice

Overall, it was a great day. The only reason I won’t give it a full five star is because it’s an older property. By no means is it a Holiday Inn Best Western for an older property? It was great. I really enjoyed coming in too fresh clean bed made up Every day. There are no extra amenities for ass weight room business center breakfast for a place to sleep for the 13 days I was there. I was OK with it. There are tons of Mexican restaurants around the entire community . I would stay there again.

I Don't want this whole review to be negative so I'll start with the beds are very comfortable. Okay, they have no coffee available in the rooms, stayed there a couple of years ago and they had coffee available in the office, mornings. Now the office is closed and looks to be used for storage. To check in you have to walk up to the after hours window. No matter the hour. Not very inviting. No microwave in room and the shampoo/ shower gel had be stretched/ cut with water to the point that it had the same viscosity as water. As a former business owner I understand keeping you overhead low and watching your cost where you can. But I also know you can cut too much or in the wrong areas. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more not have to get dressed and drove to a convenience store at 7 am for my coffee.

NO amenities- no ice, no wi-fi, no hand soap. Sheets had stains and holes in them. Towels also were stained and had holes in them. For the life of me I can’t understand how this place got 8.4 on Expedia. Stay away

Run for the hills! I honestly do not know how this place is still in business and am in disbelief that third parties even assist with thier bookings. Everything is falsely advertised! I assisted my elderly parents in booking a room and just because my mom had stayed here a few years prior (which i did not know) and asked the person assisting her if they still had cockroaches, he got so offended and told them to leave and that he was not going to give them a room and did not refund our money back either after having paid so much through a third-party site. I completely get that there are policys and it stated non-refundable, but this is just WRONG!!! All over a simple question! Seems to be a pattern because this has happened in the past after reading other reviews. It’s just not right that they can keep your money based and not rent you a room based off a valid question. Normally i read reviews and make them myself, and this time I went off of the star rating which was an 8 out of 10, boy do i kick myself in the butt for not reading further into it. Serves me better for the next time. OH and they do still have roaches, my parents drove by a couple days later and the white exterminator truck was outside, good luck ridding those. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent here!!

I can't believe they allow motels on this website. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was ancient something had bit me and there were little black things on the ground and the shower.
