Looking for a convenient overnight stay near the Athens airport? This property fits the bill. It is about 10 minutes from ATH. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The woman at the 'desk' was incredibly helpful and suggested a seaside restaurant which would provide free transportation. It was great and a perfect finish to our last night in Greece. We had an 8:30 am flight and were picked up at 5:30 am right on time. So glad we chose this hotel!

The room we reserved at the Comfort Stay Hotel was large and extremely clean. We were comfortable and pleased with the room we had for one night. There is not a restaurant near by, but the hotel for 10 Euro will shuttle you to and from a wonderful restaurant in town. Food was fantastic and the view of the Agean Sea was great!!! I recommend this hotel for a quiet, peaceful place to stay!!!

This hotel was a gem and the staff were excellent. After a long day of delayed travel we were greeted by a lovely lady who even placed a pizza order by phone for us since we didn’t have service. The pizza was delivered and it was delicious!
We slept well and our airport transfer was on time . Highly recommend.

The room was clean and well maintained. We had air conditioning. Small kitchen area was well supplied. Courtyard was lovely. Great location close to the airport.
Lucy was so welcoming and friendly! She helped order delivery food, and gave us lots of tips for our next trip. She was very thoughtful and sweet and would definitely stay here again! Free shuttle service was great as well!

This property was not a hotel. It is located in residential/rural area. It is close to the airport and we did take advantage of the free shuttle but not really close to anything for walking. When we arrived our room floor was not cleaned. Spider webs, spider poop, battery, hair, crumbs. Because the door goes straight to outdoors we were constantly killing insects. First receptionist didn’t help after I told her about it. The Italian receptionist was very sweet that I spoke with the following day. Although they said they would clean the next day we were already unpacked and settled and then leaving in the middle of the night the following day so we declined. It would have been done before we arrived or when I complained immediately. If you are expecting a hotel this isn’t the place. You can hear the planes so if you are a light sleeper you won’t like it.

Not as expected from the marketing photos. Surrounding area did not appear too safe ( barbed wire around all properties)
On arrival the place looked delapidated, but appears renovations were under way.
Person at reception was lovely and very helpful. She helped us place an order for takeout.
Room was surprisingly well appointed and clean, comfortable and functional. Small kitchenette, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, fridge etc. Free bottle of water.
Transfers to and from airport were included and punctual, although vans had seen better days and smelled of smoke. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but it was very handy for a quick travel layover.

We arrived late and left early, thankfully. Basics were there…beds and toilets, but I would recommend upgrading from this property. The bed was in terrible condition (we slept on the overflow cots and sofas) and there were lots of bugs and insects inside. Rude lady as we were leaving…not sure she was affiliated with our room or not…the language barrier made it impossible to tell.

This hotel isn’t in ideal location but the staff is very friendly & accommodating. They offer a free shuttle to the restaurants at the beach, which is very nice. They’re still in the process in front of eating, but it’s a very cute boutique hotel. The shuttle to the airport is not that great because they drop you off in one general location and then you’re not sure where you’re airline is located to drop your baggage off. overall, it’s a good deal for the money.

Comfort Stay Athens was the perfect choice for our overnight stay. The beautiful little villa is conveniently located near the airport while still feeling quiet, relaxing, and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. Our airport pickup was quick and seamless, and check-in was an absolute breeze. Lucy and Marina were incredibly accommodating and always available to help with anything we needed.

We loved the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, especially the lovely breakfast basket provided for us. Another highlight was the complimentary shuttle to a beachfront restaurant for dinner and the ride back afterward—a wonderful service that made our evening completely stress-free.

A special thank you to Lucy and Marina for their outstanding hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.

The staff were very accommodating. They had someone pick us up and take us to a nearby restaurant that was located at the beach. They provided a driver to the airport for a very early flight. The room was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t get coffee machine to work but that was probably just me. Couldn’t ask any one since it was so early. The hotel was convenient yet in a hard to find location if you didn’t have GPS.

Good in virtually all respects but the room smelled musty upon entering it. The receptionist at the property helpfully suggested opening the window & airing the room out a bit - but that issue, plus the fact that the small sofa looked very worn and was stained even while the rest of the room was in good shape, made for a grumpy traveling companion. Another factor was that finding the hotel based on Expedia-provided address information proved difficult for our taxi driver, who blamed it on the confusing location codes in the area. He went to an address about 10 minutes away initially. A clearer explanation on precise location may have helped. So this merits the “ok” review. All that said, free shuttle service was on time and efficient and the room rate was definitely as good as you are likely to get for lodging in Athens airport area.

As an American family of four (with a toddler), who needed a hotel near the airport for an early flight home, this property and its manager were fantastic. The inside of the rooms were really nice. The surrounding area left was not “great”, but this property was perfect for our needs and we felt safe. The free hotel transfer was also amazing/timely.

This is NOT a hotel! I am amazed at how misleading reviews can be! This is a motel at best. Receptionist (2nd one is so rude - you feel like you a staying in a run down roadside motel. Oh and there is NO eating option at the property. Wonder how they call themselves a HOTEL?

Reception is a hole in the wall, no security and the bedrooms face dingy roads. It may be best suited for travelers who do not mind staying in unsafe, remote part of a village.

You had to bring out your trash yourself and had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels or sheets.

Reception was super welcoming and helpful. They even ordered delivery for dinner for us. The property was a safe and a nice place to hang out waiting for our 4am flight. We walked to the mini market for snacks and beers, ate dinner in the courtyard, and took a nap until it was time to go.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient with the free shuttle to the airport since it was about 15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we have was that the restaurant that partners with the property. We asked for the free shuttle to the restaurant and waited 30 minutes before the shuttle came. But the shuttle already have 4 people in it and we have 5, so didn't fit. I believe the staff called for our ride first. We were very hungry because we didn't get to the restaurant until 9:30 pm. The 4 stars rating reflects our experience. If the restaurant is a partner to the property, then either the restaurant or the property needs to work out the logistics for the future.

The room was very clean but it was very deceiving from the outside. I also feel that I had over paid. I paid $240 through Expedia and when I googled it there every website was showing about $150. Breakfast was not included. For $240 a night I feel free shuttle and breakfast should have been included. There was a great dinner stop that we were shuttled to and from.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was punctual and relatively quick, reducing our travelling stress. There is no restaurant on site, but they can arrange for take away or free transport to/from a local seaside (literally on the sand!) restaurant that was delicious. Breakfast (extra cost) was brought to our room and we ate in the charming courtyard.
We did have an issue that our coffee maker did not work, and we could not figure out the air conditioner. But we did not report that to the staff and are confident they would have sorted the problem.

All our thoughts and feelings about our stay are good. We loved the helpfulness of the staff; from the front desk to the wonderful lady that brought us our breakfast. So sorry that we didn't catch her name but she was exceptionally kind and was so personable. I'm specifically talking about the lady who helped us with the coffee maker in the morning to the friendly conversations before we left. I do remember she lived in Spain and was pretty and thin.

Perfect place for a one-night stay between flights. We arrived in the afternoon and a very kind driver picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. The next morning at 4 a.m., another very friendly driver came to take us back to the airport. For a short stay between flights, it’s ideal — very quiet and we rested really well.
Lucy was extremely kind and helpful. Although the hotel mentions having a restaurant, they actually work with nearby restaurants that can deliver food to the room, which was perfect for us. Lucy helped us order dinner and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Some reviews mention that the place is not up to “US standards,” but honestly we found everything very comfortable and practical, especially considering how stressful dealing with taxis and unpredictable fares in Athens can be. Staying here solves that problem completely thanks to the airport proximity and transportation service.

It was an absolutely ideal stay near Athens airport for the night before our flight home. It has everything needed and more. We were expecting one of those airport functional chain hotels and were surprised that it was much more. Marina welcomed us at the entrance, she was so nice and helpful and kind and gave us all the information to make our short stay a pleasant one. It is a small hotel, 9 units, they are not big, but very comfortable, with a/c, tv, coffee machine, fridge, modern large shower. There is a free shuttle to the airport and even a free ahuttle to a seafood restaurant on the nearest beach! The rooms are surrounding a lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy soring, with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. My partner had a cold when we arrived, so we could make fresh tea with lemon and mint from the garden. We had an early flight, and couldnt make it for breakfast, so Lucy kindly brought us a breakfast basket in the evening that had just what we needed to start our day. No need to add - we warmly recommend the place and the staff ❤️

We stayed here for one night before an early flight back to the States, and it was exactly what we needed. The location near the airport made everything simple and stress-free, especially for an early departure.

The host was incredibly hospitable and friendly. Since we arrived later in the day and didn’t want to go back out, she kindly helped us order food to the property, making sure everything was correct. She also spent some time chatting with us about Greece and sharing her experiences, which added a really personal and welcoming touch to our stay.

The room itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a short stay. Overall, this was a great choice for convenience and hospitality. We highly recommend it, especially if you have an early flight.

We stayed the night because we had an early morning plane trip. The hotel was wonderful. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful outdoor sitting area and new, modern rooms. The shuttle was excellent and arrived promptly to get us when we arrived and was right on time when we left in the morning. They also provided a ride to a local restaurant on the beach 10 minutes away that I definitely recommend. We had a great dinner there. I definitely recommend the hotel for travelers.

Cute, small hotel near the airport. Room was simply decorated but with good taste. Well illuminated. Spotless clean. Comfortable bed. TV and AC worked well. Small kitchen area with basic utensils. Staff was great: friendly, helpful, gave good recommendations. I had an early flight, so they arranged a breakfast basket for me the night before with lots of items and good variety. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Shuttle to/ from airport was fast and efficient. They work in coordination with a nearby restaurant that offers pick up/drop off to their site free of charge. They also deliver food to your room. I highly recommend this hotel for short stays near the airport.

The room was clean and had a nice kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport and the communication was great.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, but the hotel has an agreement with a really nice restaurant where they will pick you up for free and take you to a beachfront restaurant. That was a huge bonus as the restaurant was awesome. I wouldn’t want to stay here for any length of time, but it was fine for staying overnight before my flight especially since we could go to that nice restaurant. There is a nice courtyard if the weather is good and you could sit outside. My husband went for a run around the property and some big dogs chased him so it was a bit scary. Overall, I’d recommend it for a reasonable price to stay the day before a flight. Especially if you have the time to go to that restaurant.

This place is in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. This is not even a hotel. This is a collection of houses that are converted into stay. I am not sure how expedia even suggested this to me.

It did not feel safe to stay with the family. There are no stores , restaurants near by. And the address provided in expedia is wrong. It takes you the middle of nowhere.

The front desk was super rude when i called from the airport asking for where the shuttle will pick me up.

The shuttle that comes to pick you up will say 'Tina's Apartments'. I dont even know how they get to call themselves airport hotel. Its pretty far from hotel.

Even the uber and taxi drivers are confused with the route. This is probably a good option if you traveling solo.

Expedia should not list this as a hotel

The location is a bit off the beaten path. We had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel because noone was answering the phone (we tried for 6 hours) or calling us back. Once at the hotel it was very difficult to find someone to help us check in. The room was clean and updated and everything worked. Bed was okay too. We were able to arrange their shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport, and the driver was on time and very good. This is a 2-3 star hotel which we found to meet our needs staying 1 night before flying out the next day.

Odd hotel. Great with airport transfers, but little else. We called to ask where breakfast was. They told us at reception. There was no reception, no restaurant, no staff on site. Our driver dropped us off, gave us our room key, and he took off without telling us anything. We ordered from a local restaurant, which was good. No wine VIP perk, none of the promised amenities. They did pick us up on time, though. Would not stay there again.

I admit I booked this primarily for the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. It is in a more rural area but unique and beautiful. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early so we wouldn’t have to lug luggage all day. There wasn’t staff on the premises which was confusing. But it has the most charming courtyard and was a short drive the beach. They even offered round trip rides for 10 euro to the beach. It was a fabulous last night in Greece and much better than being literally next to the airport. We lived our stay.

Worst problem that they had was no hot water. I could not shower for 2 days. That is not responding for request and they ignored me with the hot water issue. The gate to get into the property has an issue with the luck which is very hard to open when you're returning in the evening. I will not recommend this place.

Comfort Stay Hotel we had booked is being renovated and is closed. We were booked into different 2 or 3 star hotel (Tina’s Apartments) which doesn’t have the amenities of Comfort Stay. Didn’t get what we paid for and no notice was provided to us beforehand. Big hole in bathroom floor in front of sink that smelled like sewage and was a safety hazard. TERRIBLE breakfast. Another guest was attacked by 5 dogs when walking to nearby store and needed medical treatment. Expedia provided small refund upon complaint.

The room was basic, the a/c did work, but the shower did not drain properly, the toilet seat was broken, no toiletries to speak off, no bottled water upon arrival had to pay!

Very quiet and easy shuttle to and from airport but room looked nothing like advertised and was very basic. I chose this property for the deluxe room jetted shower and there was just a basic shower. Would stay again for convenience and friendly staff but not worth the price paid

The room itself was adequate, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. But everything else about this booking was a disappointment driven by a seriously misleading listing.
This property is a distance from the airport in a farm like community down a strange, poorly marked roadway, far from anything. The taxi fare to the airport is 37 euro. The photos on the listing bear no resemblance to the reality of the location or surroundings.
There are no amenities nearby no restaurants, no shops, nothing within walking distance. There is no receptionist or staff on site, so you are completely on your own when you arrive.
The location and lack of amenities were so unacceptable that we chose not to stay, which cost us $300. For the price charged, this was terrible value.
If you’re booking this expecting a convenient airport hotel with services and nearby amenities, save your money. Book elsewhere.

The listing is misleading. There was no Comfort Stay signage nor the building pictured in Expedia. We were picked up by a mini van from “Tina’s Apartments” so I assume that’s where we stayed. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - not at all worth the price paid. It was not a “VIP” hotel and there was no “free welcome drink” as advertised. In fact, very little was as advertised. But the tiny bed was comfortable, the linens clean and the staff friendly.

The room I had looked nothing like any of the pictures; it was very small with barely room to move. There was no hot water so no shower at 5 am before heading to the airport. The owner/manager didn't even apologize. The shuttle drivers were rude, like they were doing us a favor. I would never stay here again.

It’s very basic motel and shuttle service, can’t believe people gave 10/10 for this. I booked a villa for a family of 3, since we were only they have a small room with all fungus on walls in grout, bad smell, when I went to spoke to reception they changed room, bathroom shower was leaking like hell and no drain for water leak. Shuttle ride was also very basic quality, 4 people will sit on 3 seater, even 2 people next to driver, crazy..not up to US standard..

The stay at this property left me disgusted and extremely disappointed. We booked based on the photos and descriptions online, but what we walked into was nothing like what was advertised. The room wouldn’t even qualify as 2 stars. The bathroom reeked of mould, with black patches around the shower that made it unpleasant to even step inside.
To make matters worse, when we arrived to check in, the staff had no idea who we were. We had a confirmed booking for 4 adults in a Quadruple Deluxe Room with a jetted shower, yet we were given a room meant for 2 adults and had to go back to reception to fix it.
When we finally got to the room, the disappointment only grew. Nothing resembled the online photos. Instead of a proper setup for four people, there was one double bed, a sheet and blanket thrown over a couch, and a rollaway bed squeezed into the tiny space. If I’d had a cat, I wouldn’t have been able to swing it.
We arrived late in the afternoon and were flying out early the next morning, so we reluctantly tolerated it for the night, but we cancelled our other booking immediately. This place is the definition of “what you see is NOT what you get.” Anyone considering staying here should be warned, you will not get what you think you’re paying for.
The only redeeming part of the entire experience was the free shuttle transfer. The driver was friendly, helpful, and punctual, truly the only positive aspect of our stay.

Pleasantly surprised at the room. The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep we had on our whole Greece trip. Had a heated blanket which was ecstatic with since use bed warmer at home in Ontario, Canada. The shower was amazing. Literally the best shower we have ever experienced with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was a great size for two people. Kitchenette amenities were appreciated as we were too tired to go to eat. So made use of kettle. Only two drawbacks of which one can’t avoid. One the noise of the planes overhead makes it hard to sleep but if you want close to the airport you will have that with any hotel within that distance. A good set of earplugs should minimize the noise level. Second drawback was the shuttle to take us to the airport for 6:30am flight. Driver told us to be ready for 4am. We were at the designated spot before 3am and waited until 3:10am before calling hotel. It sounded like we had woken someone up. Driver arrived around 3:30am and then stopped to pick up more travellers. We were not even on the road for 5 minutes when one of the travellers said they had to go back as forgot their phone. Needless to say we were stressed about getting through check-in on time with those two delays (one which could be addressed). Would stay here again and would recommend just be sure to reinforce pickup time if you have an early flight.

This Hotel is without question the lowest quality stay I
have ever had.

It is truly awful and I could not recommend anybody to stay there, it is hard to believe that people are leaving 10/10 reviews.

The hotel took over 1.15 hr to pick us up from the airport which was about 10 minutes away, that was nothing compared to the state of the room. it was dirty, poorly equipped, broken toilet seat, broken toilet paper bin, some electrical wiring hanging out of the walls the vanity unit in the bathroom was actually placed onto a concrete block with a brick on top, It really is a horrid place to stay.

We questioned the receptionist about the quality of the room 3 times and she said it was one of her deluxe rooms, I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

The breakfast was a small selection of poor quality products badly displayed ….We didn’t even consider eating it, We went to the airport for better food.

The Egyptian cotton sheets were 50% polyester ???

The room was cold and what would normally have been a coffee making unit had been pushed to the window so that the light wouldn’t come in – that didn’t work!

There were no tea and coffee making facilities, not even a single bottle of water in the room, nothing about this hotel is good in my opinion, I have not got a positive word to say!

Avoid it as much as you can, I want to get my money back, It was not as described.

More like a bad hostel than a hotel it is awful, the staff were unengaging.

I may be a nice property someday but is very much in construction. I booked a three bedroom place but got a room with a queen bed. You walk through construction to get to the room. When I told the person showing us to our room that it wasn’t what I’d booked, he replied “That’s all we have.” The room was nicely set up but obviously hadn’t been completed. Toilet seat loose. No internet, Close to airport only in proximity. It’s half an hour’s drive. Free airport pickup has to be arranged days in advance.

What a perfect stop for my quick turnaround in Athens. The free shuttle from and back to the airport was awesome and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes in either direction. The staff was super courteous, even with my late arrival, dinner and breakfast were lovely, and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight.
