The hotels across from Grand Central and very centrally located. I found the staff warm and friendly. I would stay here again. The room did not have a fridge or microwave.

Location was perfect for me and checking in and out was fast and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas was very clean. The only problem I had was with the room. Our AC unit was very loud and leaving it on auto it kicked on and off a lot making it hard to sleep. When you turn it off the room gets stuffy quickly. The king bed was just two twin beds put together and the mattress was also uncomfortable and after awhile part of my body was starting to sink in. Between the bed and AC unit we could not get a good nights sleep.

I stay here regularly and love the convenience, cleanliness and staff. The room I had this stay was probably the worst one - no bathroom door, which was really weird especially when you’re sharing a room with friends and the AC was so old. It was loud and still too warm in the room on 65 degrees.

Parking was on 51st street while hotel was on 45th street. Internet advertised a restaurant but hotel had no restaurant. We arrived at the hotel at 4:45pm but our room was not ready. Was told that the lounge had coffee and snacks....no snacks. Reserved a room with a King bed...room given had a queen bed but I didnt want any more hassle.

So this was a same day booking due to some circumstances and I can say confidently this place was an absolute gem of a find. The rooms were clean, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful and just plain kind! The amenities were great (free laundry!!!) And the rooftop section was just a nice touch. The location is great! The size of my room would have been fine except for the table that is bolted to the floor that takes up way too much room in such a small space. If I’d been able to move the table in or asked for it to be removed, that would have made a huge difference. The room was mostly clean but I still found other people’s hair in the bathroom and on the towels!!! The laundry was accessible but the dryer took forever to dry. Gym was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
