Thank you for a very pleasant stay

We stayed 11 nights at Nour Arjaan in the one bedroom apartment - we requested a room with a mosque view, which we received. The view was incredible and really elevated our stay.

We had a very comfortable experience, the apartment was spacious and open, with windows that opened and a lot of natural light.

After you check in, they’ll bring cutlery, dishes, pots and pans to the room - and if you need more, just ask and they’ll provide more.

All the staff were so kind and caring.

I think the only thing that could’ve been better was if they provided a sponge & dish soap.

Overall, I recommend staying here for both short and long term stays!

Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things.

Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.

The hotel is well located more than one mall within short walking distance, behind it a beautiful Masjid, next to it a gas station, Fujairah Castle is less than 10 min away as well as other malls, Fujairah beach less than 15 min, khor fhakan is less than 30 min away, breakfast is delicious, staff are friendly, the only minor upset is the water in the pool is super cold.

Our stay at the hotel was very good and the staff were all very helpful. However I feel the hotel was let down by the standard as our room was tired looking and the curtains and windows were dirty spoiling the view of the MOSQUE.
This really let the hotel down.

I was pleasantly surprised by the easy flow of the room layout and the cleanliness of the room. I found it to be a much cleaner and nicer place than the Hilton where I normally stayed. I definitely would chose to stay here again when I am in town.

This is my 2nd stay at the Nour Arjaan, and is my business hotel of choice whenever I'm in Fujairah. Service and cleanliness are great. Rooms are very spacious with the separate sitting/living area separate from the bed. A slight downside is that the decor/furnishing feels relatively dated; might be a good idea to refurbish in the next few years.

This was a nice hotel, however, if you don't get a room inclusive with breakfast, then the breakfast buffet seems a bit expensive at over 80dhs. I also felt that most of the front desk staff had no idea about the surrounding area activities and couldn't help us locate most of the things we wanted to do. The room was quite nice, however, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for a 4 star hotel. Overall, we were satisfied with this Rotana hotel, but probably wouldn't return again.

Fujairah for a one night weekend getaway from Dubai/ Abu Dhabi might not be interesting for most people but the hotel was good. Given that there is very little to see and do for tourists, unlimited free wifi would definitely have improved our stay. Wifi is available, but is charged by the hour.

The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

The best value for money high end hotel I have ever stayed at. Will definitely stay again. Only negative is that the pool is in the shade through the middle of the day. Receiving sun only in the morning and late afternoon. This might be a poistive in the summer but not in February.

It was ok except for the expensive restaurant, the price for the buffet breakfast and christmas eve was way too much for what it was. No bathtube in the room that makes it so difficult for us to give a bath to our 4 months old baby and the baby bed they gave had no matress in it so i had put the pillows to make it a little more confortable for the baby. That was horroble for him that's reason why we didn't extend our stay.

Aside from the location of the hotel, the personal attention made up for the inconveniences. We enjoyed the meals and the service was excellent.Only drawback was that the poolside happy hour, although not cancelled, was the next thing to it! Although the weather was not great-everything was packed up and there was no indication that they would set a coule of chairs out for you to enjoy yourself.

What I like about the hotel is the atmosphere it places its customers in; cosy, relaxing, and chilling. Breakfast was good with a nice range of meals. The parking building was a surprising touch behind the hotel where it accommodates several cars. On the other hand, I had to change 2 rooms until I can settle in one where 1 had a water leakage in the bathroom and the other reeked of smoke even though it was told that a non-smoking room was requested. Opened dental kits were delivered to the room when requested which was disturbing. I specifically didn't like passing through the Service door every time I had to leave to the parking behind the hotel. All in all, I will be hesitant to return to the same hotel again.

To stay or not to stay

A good quality Hotel. However, it is nowhere near the beach. You need to drive about 15 minutes to the nearest beach. That's no hardship but if you are looking for something outside the hotel, all you will find is a busy street in downtown Fujairah and there really isn't a whole lot to do in this town. Food is good, though not exceptional. Pool on the roof is nice but small and not very deep at all. No swimming laps here. Good for kids. Staff are nice. There is a playroom for kids with some toys. Gym/fitness is ok too. Rooftop \"bar\" is a little funny because they go downstairs to get your drink but other wise the view from the roof is great! Rooms are nice and spacious.

All in all, a good hotel if you are passing through. If you want to be close to the beach and somewhat secluded, this isn't it. If you are in town for business, it won't disappoint as far as I can tell as they have all the amenities you need, albeit somewhat rough around the edges.

great for exploring Fujairah

City centre location, close to malls and shops, and also not too far from beach. New hotel, so in top condition with plenty of car parking and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a great place for a short stop-over in fujerah and reasonably priced for a rotana!

The resort hotels in dibba - approx. 60 km away - are far better for a beach holiday, but away from Fujairah town and also more expensive due to the beach location & great facilities.

Great rooms with cooking facilities and full size fridge and freezer. but no pots to cook with. Duvet covers too hot even with AC on at 21. No information pack in room (dinning options times etc) Pool area small. Self parking in the multi story car park behind the main building with no internal connection to the main hotel.(have to walk round the side of the hotel ) Very limited English TV. (not even the standard MBC channels. Great food and fantastic staff. will return again.

we book the studio suite (2 big queen beds).
Rooms are big, very clean, quite modern (very nice bathroom) with all amenities (fridge, microwave, ...). All the family enjoyed it a lot.
The staff is very nice.
We will come back here again on our next stay in Fujairah as this was excellent value for money.
