We stay here often with our family. Great for kids. Safe, nice view of the lake. Staycation heaven. Otherwise, not much anything around. Huawei European Village is nearby by inaccessible to non-Huawei persons.

I was truly impressed by this property. Walk paths in an area with lots of nature and a huge beautiful lake. I got upgraded to a Lake View room in a top floor. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Quick check in and check out. Luxury hotel.

Nice place for sports stuff and relaxing

the hotel is huge and in a nice location. great for long walks etc. not all hotel facilities are well maintained especially outside and you can see that it's old for China.

The gym, pool and spa are is the super good! Good hotel if you just want to do stuff like that, there's not much else

Very nice stay

Expansive hotel on Songshan Lake. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of food options including a large multi-station buffet restaurant. Fork out for the lake view rooms - I think most have a bath on the private balcony. A conference hotel during the weekend but a very busy vacation hotel on weekends. Good value and decent property.

awesome value with minor lapses in quality

I found bugs/droppings on a few occasions granted, they probably snuck in through cracks in the door and were plentiful in the rainy season.

My shower heavily leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

The bathtub on the balcony combined with king sized bed and regular room service is in total, an awesome value, sure, there are blemishes in quality in some spots but for the most part, for the money, this was a wonderful room to stay in.

Nice modern hotel. Good service for a hotel in China, where service from local employees can be underwhelming. Check in could have been better. The lady who checked me in didn't bother to make eye contact and didn't bother to let me know where the elevators were located or what time breakfast would be served - something that's regular at 5 star establishments.

The room was clean and modern. Wifi was good, and the breakfast spread was adequate.

The property is amazing. Right on the lake and there are fruit trees everywhere.
Service was top notch with employees walking you everywhere you need to go. On two ocassions I asked where something was and the staff stopped what they were doing and walked me where I needed to go.

Not a good stay this time. Service was surprisingly bad. When we checked in, the staff seemed not to welcome us. The pillows were not comfy. The indoor pool was not clean enough. Staff instruction wasn't clear. Quite a few of them could only understand Mandarin, which making them not at a high standard.

A Beautiful Hotel

The Hyatt Regency Dongguan is situated on the Shon Shan lake and is a beautiful property surrounded by many gardens. The restraunts are high end and the service is excellent. Although a bit pricey compared to other hotels in Dongguan and there is poor access by foot to food outside of the hotel, I will stay here again if possible.

Huge hotel, large rooms, very plush!

I had an enjoyable stay, I particularly enjoyed the free yoga and the spa. The buffet is extraordinary. The rooms are a very good size and very comfortable for working in or relaxing. The only thing is that is such a large hotel, I tend to prefer smaller ones but the staff were really attentive and friendly which made it feel a bit more intimate.

Won't feel like you are in Dongguan

The staff was very friendly and helpful checking in and when we needed to call a cab. Our room overlooked the lake and the weather was nice so we could keep our balcony doors open and get a nice breeze. The standard size room was more than big enough for the two of us as well as the bathroom. You have to call for an iron which is fine if you are not in a hurry. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Amazing Dongguan Hotel

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. It has an amazing park-like setting with nice walking paths. Beautiful view from the window. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Convenient to the many factories I visit in Dongguan.

Really great service, especially for China. Restaurants were good. Gym was also very nice, but the pool water quality was substandard - but was closed the next day for routine cleaning. (Clean the pool more frequently!) Huge, and located right on Song Shan Lake - very nice - in a park setting. Skip the scorpion soup (not worth it) but good restaurant choices in the hotel and an ex-pat oriented looking place outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at your hotel over the weekend and would like to share my experience.

Building Size and Age: The hotel buildings are impressively large, though they are showing their age, being over 10 years old.

Service During Breakfast: During breakfast, the servers seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, resulting in slower and less attentive service.

Room Issues: I booked two rooms, and unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of them didn't function properly. It took a long time to cool the room, which was inconvenient during the summer heat.

Outdoor Swimming Pool: The outdoor swimming pool did not meet my cleanliness expectations.

Despite these issues, my overall experience during the 2-day stay was good.

行政酒廊的尴尬体验

我们入住的房间是可以享受行政酒廊待遇的，之前在其它酒店行政楼层，有朋友来拜访，都是可以在行政酒廊一起喝喝东西，聊聊天的，没有说具体限制多少人；但是这家是一个房间最多只能两位，我们一家三口入住也只能两人享受这个待遇；有朋友来访想去坐坐，竟然不给，或者是补一个人138元，实在是有点无语也很尴尬，体验非常不好。

코르나 기간 가족과 함께 숙박하기엔 가장 적합한곳 같습니다. 실내수영장및 호텔주변 산책, 송산호및 드라이브코스 따링싼의 등산코스 적당한 아침조식 그리고 완커쇼핑몰이 가까이 있어 식사해결도 가능하구요. 하지만 3인조식 포함으로 지불하였지만, 호텔쪽에서 2인조식만 가능하다고 해서 당황했지만, 호텔쪽에서 호텔스와 해결하겠다고 해서 원만이 해결이 되었습니다.
