great variety on the menus. we enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. These incidents made our time relaxing on the balcony less enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall this was an \"ok\" stay. Convenient but expensive to park ($29/day😩). They booked us in what appeared to be a handicap room judging from the low bed, wide bathroom door, and roll-up to shower. We are not handicap. The shower leaked water consistently, and we weren't the first ones based on the rusty bathroom door frame. Our balcony view consisted of the generator, trash dump, and employee entrance (which was not great... But turned out to be pretty interesting... That's another story). The lighting in the room was not good enough to see the thermostat setting, but we easily improvised. The room was otherwise clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. We'd stay again, but no vehicle, and would insist on a better balcony view.

Quick and friendly check in and out. Clean decent room nothing over the top. Loved the balcony leading out to the pool. I don't like paying $29 nightly to park plus resort fee. The pool and surrounding deck/patio are nice. I would have liked it better had there been a jacuzzi. To get ice, had to go to the floor above and halfway down the hall with an undersized ice bucket. Loved being at the pretty Marina. Very close to Key West without the chaos. All and all a nice hotel experience.

Fantastic property with amazing staff and amenities. Jayme and Mitch were fanastically hospitable and supported all of our needs at checkin and beyond. Free shuttles available on the hour (didn't use) make it easy and cheap to get into the heart of the action with the chill vibes of Stock Island a welcome retreat. Ubers are never more than a few minutes away and some solid restaurant options allow for staying away from the hustle and bustle if needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Good location and proximity to the main attractions in Key West. Hotel has a free shuttle that runs to Key West historic seaport every hour.
A nice restaurant and a pool bar on premises. Attentive and cordial staff. Rooms are pretty basic but all have balconies and some of them large enough to accommodate 3 lounge chairs.
Do not get a room facing the pool. Although it has a nice view of the marina, you will have a difficult time sleeping due to incredibly noisy roosters that start yapping at 3am and don’t stop until 7. Staff will not help you with it as these birds are protected by state.

The property was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly. The main reason I gave this hotel four stars instead of five was there were amenities listed that were supposed to be there that were not in fact open. There was supposed to be a coffee shop that had closed. There was supposed to be a taco place that had also remained close the duration of our day. Normally that wouldn’t make or break things, but that part of the island is not super walkable. There are not sidewalks that take you to other restaurants you may want to go. So I wanted to give the place five stars. I just don’t feel like I could with that not what was advertised.

It is a beautiful hotel, the food at the restaurant and dockside bar is excellent, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. There are restaurants within walking distance. It’s about 15 minutes from the shopping and tourist parts of Key West, and they have a free shuttle bus that runs hourly.

We felt the bars shut a bit early and breakfast hours were limited.

A kettle in the room for hot water would be appreciated- we used the coffee machine to heat water but all of our tea therefore tasted of coffee.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle to Key West was very convenient and way easier than driving. We had a marina view which was beautiful and had a large balcony to two lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs; great place to hang out, enjoy the weather, and have a cup of coffee.
The food and drinks were well prepared and served in a timely manner.
We would certainly return should our travels take us back to Key West.

The room was spotless… atmosphere was wonderful. Service was always top notch. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were delicious. The pool was beautiful and very nice. Overall, it was great.

The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in.

The Perry Hotel was a great experience. Traveled with a friend and stayed in a Mangrove room. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Pool and outside area is clean too. Although outside of downtown, there is a free shuttle that takes you downtown. If you are planning a specific time to go into town, you should ask if the shuttle is typically busy or not. It is first come first serve. Restaurants are great for breakfast or lunch when you arrive. It was a great quiet place to stay with the benefit of being on the water and being able to walk around the docks. Some excursions go out from the marinas as well.

The place was very nice, clean, and the was staff friendly. My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely stay again the next time in Key West. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the marina, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was a relaxing way to start the day. The food was delicious as well. We definitely recommend this hotel. If you are lucky you may get to see Ellie the Golden Retriever with her owner at the concierge desk.

The pool is beautiful, the walls are a little thin and we could hear the room next to us puking in the am. But other than that it was a great stay. The staff from day to night is super helpful and friendly and they offer a shuttle the runs until 10:30 to Duval. The restaurant on site is okay but there is great restaurants in walking distance

Place is super expensive for the what it offers (which is hardly anything) - we fell for the Michelin rating for this place. Not even sure why Michelin gave a rating. The front desk staff do not smile, they don’t make eye contact, one of them is outright obnoxious, the ceiling fan sounds like a coffee grinder, the hvac fan does not run independently of AC so no running air in the room at all- it made me stay uncomfy all night long for two nights. The shower pressure is low despite informing the housekeeping and despite replacing the unit. The inhouse restaurant does not offer any veg options. No complimentary breakfast, marina view is average. We ran out of facial tissues and I call the front desk, she first sends another near empty box, then I tell the guy there is hardly anything in here he brings a full box. Paid over $500 per night and my previous $130 Marriot courtyard was 10 times better with helpful people. All in all- I’d like to forget this place even exists. Only good thing is there are two places to eat that are great nearby- Roostica and a French Cafe for best croissants in the world.

I suppose my only suggestion for improvement would be to ban the guy from doing diesel engine maintenance with the exhaust facing the back patio of the restaurant which gassed us out during our dinner. The resort was perfect for our elopement week. There are many Instagrammable photo opportunities. The front desk manager and Mary the night manager took every opportunity to make our week special. They were so thoughtful. We stayed in The Commodore Suite - spacious with an amazing pool/harbor view and excellent bathroom layout. We went slow dancing, under the stars out by the boats, and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip. We highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning.

Had a very nice stay and most likely will return my next trip down. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Snorkel/dive boat only steps away. Biking (or golf cart) is the way to go in Key West. Very scenic. You can bring your own or rent one right at Perry for only $20 for the day.

Only negative is the rooster in the middle of the morning, every single morning, all morning long. Think \"My Cousin Vinnie.\"

After googling the history of roosters in the Keys, I learned that there isn't anything that can be done, so it's certainly not the fault of the hotel. So, let's go with, \"They add to the charm of the Keys!\" Yeah, let's go with that.

I'll leave you with ***fried Hogfish sandwich*** at Hogfish Bar & Grill only a couple of blocks away. You'll thank me later.

Wow! Gorgeous hotel, immaculately kept, on the marina warerfront, with a beautiful pool, its own bar and restaurant, and hourly transportation to downtown Key West! What more could you want??? The rooms are large, with big balconies, and have all the amenities you need: refrigerator, iron, coffee maker, bottled waters, and even comfortable robes!
