It was a great hotel overall. We traveled with our family and booked two villas, which worked out perfectly for us. The food was very good, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was responsive and helpful, though the level of service isn’t ultra-luxury—but that’s understandable given the natural, remote setting.
One of the things we appreciated most was how close you feel to nature while still feeling safe for kids. There were no concerns about dangerous wildlife, and the property is very family-friendly. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, but they were functional.
Another nice touch is that the hotel allows you to order items from town, which makes your stay more convenient and flexible.
Overall, we’d rate this a solid 4 stars and would recommend it for families looking for a relaxing, nature-focused getaway.

Todo hubiera sido fabuloso si el servicio del bar y la comida funcionaran hasta más tarde ya que no todas las personas vamos a el hotel a descansar también queremos divertirnos en la noche y sé que alrededor del hotel ay lugares para eso pero yo no me sentía seguro sería fantástico que alargaran el horario del bar y los show nocturnos

Llegamos al hotel a las 7:30 pm a hacer el check in y el cuarto no estaba listo, tuvimos que esperar cerca de una hora La música proveniente de una de las villas del hotel al lado de nuestro cuarto duró casi toda la noche hasta las 4 am. No obstante escribirle a la recepción vía WhatsApp, que es el medio para comunicarse dentro del hotel, no nos respondieron Las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal muy amable pero deja mucho que desear la operación del hotel. El desayuno muy normal, nada especial. El el comedor una vez nos servimos el desayuno no había cubiertos nos tocó esperar 10 min a que limpiaran algunos

Het hotel zelf is prachtig aangelegd en de kamers zijn super.
Enkele punten die ons absoluut niet zo goed bevallen zijn… ten eerste het water is niet gezuiverd zodat alles bruin/ geel is. Dat betekent dat je het water uit de kraan gewoon niet kan gebruiken. Het zwembad is hier ook mee gevuld waardoor je zwemkleding ook gelig wordt.
Het ontbijt is voor deze ‘klasse’ hotel zeer onder de maat, gewoon slecht. Een lepeltje bij je koffie ontbrak s’morgens. Dus elke morgen vragen en dan was het wachten want ze vergaten het weer, zelfs na meerdere keren vragen.
Als laatste en dat was voor ons het meest kwalijke, er stonden dingen op onze rekening van de minimarket. In goed vertrouwen getekend maar omdat het handgeschreven bonnetjes zijn niet helemaal opgelet elke dag dus aan het einde stonden er zaken op die we moesten betalen die we niet gehad hebben. Let dus heel goed op waar je voor tekent!

La infraestructura es espectacular, es enorme y extremadamente bien decorado. Tomé la villa 100 y era perfecta. Las piscinas son lindas, la comida deliciosa. Hacen un esfuerzo enorme por mantener el lugar bien en medio de una selva. La playa no me pareció linda, casi no tiene playa , el mar es bravo, agua oscura y algo de piedras. Definitivamente la playa no es una fortaleza ahi.
El lugar es enorme y tienen unos tuk tuk para movilizarse dentro del hotel que hay que pedirlos a recepcion. Tomé un tour a la Guajira que salia 5 am y no tenian a esa hora, tuve que caminar a las 4h40 am y es facil perderse pese a que hay una señalizacion que no es mala pero a veces un poco confusa. Deberian entregar un mapa digital al menos Cada villa deberia tener un paraguas , ya que cuándo llueve es facil empaparse, el hotel tiene paraguas pero no suficientes en todo lugar y para llegar a las villas hay que caminar varios minutos al aire libre

Debería haber cafe de cortesia al menos en la.villa dado el nivel del.hotel.

Un principio, compramos la casa deluxe y a la llegada nos entregaron una villa sin previa información de cambio, me tocó devolverme al lobby (las caminatas son largas) a reclamar y efectivamente el hotel nos había realizado un cambio en la reserva, inicialmente nos dieron una solución y al día siguiente nos hicieron el cambio a la casa deluxe (nos ofrecieron un arreglo económico que cumplía con las expectavitas) durante toda la estadía tuvimos problemas con el mal servicio, mucha demora en comidas y los meseros no tienen la suficiente capacitación para brindar un servicio de como quieren vender el hotel (tipo premium) al final cuando hicimos el check out las condiciones ofrecidas por el cambio no fueron las que nos realizaron y nadie respondió, la gerente del día que nos fuimos muy tajante y falta de empatía, en general hotel lindo pero con pésimo servicio. Y para terminar los mosquitos eran insoportables

El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones son buenas, les falta mantenimiento, el servicio es muy malo, no ofrecen un valor agregado a los clientes, como tener agua en la recepción, a las cabañas les falta mtto y terminar de instalar accesorios y equipos.

L’hôtel et les chambres sont splendides. Sans doute l’un des établissements les plus spectaculaires de la région. Mais il vient d’ouvrir et va sans doute se roder. Le service, malgré la bonne volonté et l’extreme aimabilité du personnel, est encore approximatif. Parmi les choses à améliorer: le restaurant, pas très avenant et trop lent, qui ressemble à un réfectoire, limiter la musique à certaines heures, réserver l’une des trois magnifiques piscines aux adultes pour pouvoir nager ( et laisser les deux autres aux enfants et à leurs jeux de ballons), équiper les chambres de sèche-cheveux, etc… mais nous avons aimé l’ambiance bon enfant qui tranchait avec l’architecture ultra luxueuse du lieu

El sitio es espectacular. El concepto, las habitaciones y el lugar es magico. Al ser un hotel nuevo, aun tiene detalles por mejorar que seguramente con el tiempo ya no los tendran y el lugar sera 5 estrellas.
