Cabaña muy equipada, con excelente presion de agua y temperatura. La propiedad se encontraba muy limpia, a pesar de la zona en la sierra donde notoriamente es dificil mantener en estas buenas condiciones. Cobijas adicionales y cargas de leña complementarias, el personal muy atento y todo el proceso fue muy rápido. La zona esta cerrada y se siente seguro dentro de la propiedad y convenientemente cuentan con hotel cercano y restaurante muy muy bien abastecido. La actividad de tirolesa le gusto mucho a todos los participantes. En definitiva estaremos regresando.

Absolutamente genial. Solo recomendaría un poquito más de señalética para llegar, ya que está en un lugar remoto dentro de la Sierra y es complicado ante la ausencia de señal de GPS. El resto y ya estando en la propiedad, es maravilloso, hermosos paisajes y clima excepcional.

Tuvimos una estadía satisfactoria, los paisajes son hermosos, y el acceso al hotel aceptable, ya que son 14 kilómetros de terracería pero las condiciones del camino están adecuadas aunque hay que manejar con cuidado, preferible para vehículos todo terreno. La comida del restaurante es buena y el personal es muy servicial. La limpieza del establecimiento en en general buena y las habitaciones cómodas, el wifi excelente, pero solo en el hotel y el restaurante. El paseo a el Salto del Agua Llovida con paisajes increíbles!

Las instalaciones el lugar increíble lo único que está un poco retirado de la carretera y tiene que manejar como 1 hr en terracería hacen falta señalamientos que indiquen dónde está el hotel yo en mi caso me perdi ya que el GPS me mandó por otra ruta que no era transitado. pero todo lo que tiene que ver con el lugar y las instalaciones le pondríamos un 100

Me gustó la vista, la naturaleza, los cuartos no tienen TV, ni teléfono para llamar a recepción y aún que tiene menú en los cuartos, al no tener teléfonos, como los puedes los alimentos pedir ?, escuché gente gritando en la Recepción y nadie acudió al llamado, hubo un problema en mi habitación en el baño y no había ningún empleado en recepción o alrededores para atender llamado, ojo, duró min 6-8 hrs sin gente atendiendo recepción eso es increíble!, las sabanas al recién entrar a la habitación estaban muy empolvadas, hacía mucho calor y eso que vengo de clima de playa y ni abanicos ni aire acondicionado había en la habitación, Muy mala experiencia, no regreso la verdad!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este lugar, tranquilo y alejado de todo, no sé escucha nada más que el viento y los animales que habitan la sierra, sin duda alguna volveremos pronto, vayan bien abrigados porque todo el año es frío, mi agradecimiento al Chef Mario Lazarini por sus atenciones brindadas no duden en pasar a degustar sus platillos de excelente sabor y calidad!! Todo el personal es muy amable y están al pendiente de lo que necesites! Comentar que en las cabañas no hay wifi solo en el restaurante y el edificio de recepción, y desde antes de llegar al resort se pierde la red telefónica. Como sugerencia solo falta iluminación en el área del lago y los caminos que llevan hacia las cabañas porque está muy oscuro.
