The cabanas cosmetics need some work. If you're looking for something new & modern, this is not it. What I loved is, it really is in a rainforest, with all the sounds of crickets and birds chirping 24/7. It is within walking distance to the bus to the Iguazu Falls park, but not to markets and restaurants in Puerto Iguazu.

Staying in the cabanas, you do have access to the restaurant, pool and pool bar of the associated Rainforest LaSelva hotel, which is more upscale, and Argentine breakfast comes is included in the price.

Excelente atención y servicios

Excelente servicio en todo sentido, aire acondicionado bien frío, cuarto amplio y cómodo, baño impecable, todo funciona bien, área de piscina cómoda y con parque acuático para niños, para destacar el personal, son todos muy amables y expeditivos, con muy buen asesoramiento en actividades y resolución de requerimientos, quedamos muy contentos

While the property and main hotel had lots of charm, the cabana that we stayed in had lost much of it. It clearly had not been upkept over the years. There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again.

Stay away from this place. Now if bringing in prostitutes rather than family is your thing then definitely stay here. There’s lots of shady characters who stay here so be on the lookout for your family and your own sake. The road to access this hotel is something straight out of a horror movie. Room service left their cleaning squeegee inside the bathroom. How touching!

The staff go out of their way to make things more complicated. They make mistakes and make you pay for thier mistakes without taking any responsibility. They made me miss a tour and spend an extra $80 in transportation costs and were very rude to me when I tried to find a solution with them.

A true jungle experience

If you want to experience the jungle this is the place. Surrounded by lush vegetation and jungle sounds. They are clearly trying to keep up the maintenance but the jungle has taken it’s toll on the property and shows some wear and tear. However, the friendly and helpful staff make this a most enjoyable stay. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was refreshing. Good value for your money.

Family trip with our tween-age boys

Staff were nice and helpful. We were able to get a room configured with one queen and two single beds for our family. Hotel has a fleet of cars and drivers so taxi service was available whenever needed. It’s a long but doable walk to get into town (half mile to a mile, though does require walking for a stretch along the side of the highway).

very dodgy hotel

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The receptionist tried to tell us we didn't have a booking when we had prepaid via Wotif, then she tried to tell us the hotel had no available rooms which was untrue,and then she told us the manager was not available which was a blatant lie as we could see her behind the glass. I am very surprised that Wotif even has this hotel on its website. Do not stay here.

Good location, poor service

The only advantage of this hotel is the location,as it stands in the rainforest. Though the hotel is not old, it looks quite exhausted and shabby. Our room was in need of proper cleaning and fixing. The breakfast selection was very scarce.

The hotel and the room are not as clean as shown in the photos and my room smelt mold...Plus, the hotel staff was not helpful to give me enough information for transportation. (Plus the info the staff told me was not reliable.) I'd say that the stay was not pleasant.

High price for what it offers

They have a great photographer because the photos give a wrong impressions that this might actually be a somewhat fancy hotel.
In reality it;s half under renovation and it is hardly close to \"fancy\".
The restaurant is not always open and during the day they give you an order menu to order from a delivery place.
The Wifi connection is good, too bad i could only catch it in the bathroom.
The staff - very friendly although being a receptionist and wearing a dirty t-shirt, crocs w/ socks hardly makes for a good impression.
Surprisingly good breakfast!
Costs of taxi from the hotel to Brazil falls - 600 ARS (return); Ar falls - 500 ARS (return); Airport - 350 ARS; City center - 300 ARS (return)

Location is fine but too much under construction

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fine, within walking distance to the city center if required. But there is a lot of work going on at the hotel. The pool was out of commission and the wifi went down for at least 36 hours.

The hotel is half finished but as it's in the middle of the jungle this adds a certain charm.
Do not be tempted to eat dinner here, even for convenience, simply awful.
The Taxi drivers who work from the hotel are really helpful.

Nice hotel in the middle of the jungle

It was beautiful, the jungle started 4 feet from our window. Staff very helpful. It's a 20 minute walk into town. Nice restaurant on site.

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível. Uma pena que está sem cuidados e a limpeza e a manutenção das áreas externas também não são um ponto forte do local. O pessoal da recepção foi bem atencioso e nos forneceu tudo o que precisávamos.

O hotel necesita de um valor de 50 dólares para ser deixado na recepção como garantia até o fim da estadia, achei um absurdo,e também não fui informado disso no momento da reserva, pois caso eu não tivesse, não poderia me hospedar no hotel

A localização do hotel é boa e o atendimento é excelente. Porém o hotel é bastante antigo então tem muita manutenção, os quartos sao espaçosos mas previsão de reforma urgente.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, cuando yo llegué las áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias, empolvadas. Les falta motivar al turismo y no es agradable que soliciten una tarjeta de crédito como seguro incluyendo código de seguridad de la tarjeta. Pero agradezco la atención del recepcionista Darwin (no sé si así se escribe) fué muy amable.

Muy buena ubicacion,gente amable y educada.Mi unico problema fue con la pagina web de Hoteles q hice la reserva,ojo,xq dice al final despues de reservar q los impuestos y tasas estan incluidas!!!(tuve q pagar el 21% mas),al llamar obviamente te dicen q si vas a tal ventana y abris tal item tenes el monto total!!

Buena ubicación y limpieza, pero mala calidad en las instalaciones. Tienen restaurant pero para salir del apuro. El desayuno no es bueno y reponen con lentitud. El wifi es malo en cualquier lado.

La ubicación y la atención del personal son muy buenas. Respecto a las instalaciones, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la parte edilicia está en condiciones, aunque se nota que hay áreas que todavía están en obra, como ser el área de recreación y el sector que rodea la pileta. La cocina del restaurante cierra a las 21 hs.

Fint, men ikke helt i top

Pænt nok, men det virker som hotellet ikke er helt færdigt. Stort potientiale dog. Noget af personalet var meget venligt - andre mindre imødekommende. Bad dem fx om at tænde for bolblerne i boblebadet udenfor - de sagde at de ville komme straks og at vi bare skulle vente udenfor - der kom aldrig nogen.
Mad er fin, men ikke gourmet. Morgenmaden består mest af kager og søde sager.

Stanze comode. Immerso nel verde. Molto tranquillo e rilassante, sia l'area piscina che l'idromassaggio. Il servizio di trasporto è da migliorare (il trasporto dall'aeroporto all'hotel, seppur concordato, non era presente).
