Got there , dirty and under Reno’s. Had to move to a different place the staff want helpful at all.there was a lady there she tried to be helpful but a very rude male manager. Expedia stepped o. Tho Ana were very helpful with fixing this for me. I wouldn’t use any other booking other then Expedia they never fail to have best customer service.

The rooms are outdated, which was irrelevant but they were filthy and not clean. The place smelled like urine or rotten walking in I wasn’t sure. We did walk by a large bag of empty beer cans when coming in. We did find an eaten chicken bone under the table, beer caps and other food under the tv stand. There was food crumbs and a bread tag under the bed. There was something spilled on the stand next to the coffee machine, and something on the door handle to bathroom that I’m sure was poop. The ironing board had gross stains on it. The bedding had stains. The curtains were moth eaten. Breakfast is provided but you get three options and you have to order from the front desk prior to getting it. It’s also only available until 9am even though check out is 11. The ceiling has multiple cobwebs as well as there is severe water damage on the walls throughout the entire building but specifically our room. The coffee machine had old dust and crumbs in it and wasn’t cleaned in a long time, through multiple guests. The windows and vents had dead flies and thick dust and had also not been cleaned in a long time through multiple guests. There were hand prints on our headboard so also not cleaned well. Absolutely felt like we were booked into the ghetto and the pictures online are deceiving compared to what you actually get, and walk into. Absolutely does not measure up to the Wyndham or Ramada name. Definitely got taken for a ride.

Breakfast was ok but not many options. Would be better with a buffet style breakfast. I booked the hotel for it having a pool table, gym, and sauna. The pool table was in the lounge so me and my son couldnt play. And the sauna and fitness centre were out of order. All the reasons i booked the hotel we couldnt use. I was very disappointed. Service was good and its not the staffs fault for any of it. Breakfast was good but not alot of options not even butter for the pankakes or toast.

The room was not clean. I booked a 9 night stay due to work. We ended up being release early from the job and only used 5 (6) nights due to night shift. Hotels.com and myself tried to get a refund. But the manager said no. I was told to contact hotels .com which I did and they tried as well but the manager would not refund the 3 days not used.

The rooms are dirty. Open plug ins (wires showing ) behind the bed. Very poor breakfast Dirty kitchen (when you have to pick up breakfast, you can see unsanitary kitchen). I tried to be reasonable and look at big picture as it was economical. However. The refusal to refund the last 3 days sealed it. I am back working in the area, but they lost out on many more days . I am at a different hotel

I would not recommend staying at this place in whitecourt, the photos that are posted are nothing like when you show up and actually see the place. It is run down and the rooms are not clean/sanitary. Dirt and grim visible as well as tiny beetles crawling on your bed. The manager seemed to turn a blind eye to the fact we found tiny beetles on our bed and did not resolve the issue for us. Please take your money elsewhere if you need a place to stay in whitecourt.

The staff were really helpful and nice to deal with. The place is very dated though and really shows its age. The main thing though is that the bed was worn out and the cleaning was poorly done. There was splatters of dried liquid on different surfaces and the toilet wasn’t well cleaned. You could see it even in just how streaky and poorly cleaned the front door glass was. It’s what you get for $80 though I guess.

Window screen was broken, no lock on the window and only a screw put in place for safety of the window fully opening- so the window would not open completely, and could have easily been broken into. I took measures into my own hands by blocking the access to the window while I slept. The bathroom sink was backed up, when I washed my hands it would fill the sink and take over 5 minutes to drain. Darker water coming up. I did not feel safe sleeping in this room. I have a video of you would like to review. The room was less expensive on the hotels website than what I paid Expedia. This room was not worth $100.00. I feel ripped off and won’t be using this company again.

The hotel was very outdated and not nice. Rooms didn’t seem overly clean or smell nice. Surrounding the building is an abandoned building on one side, highway on the other and the river on the other side. Staff was nice and helpful. You get three breakfast options (just different combinations of eggs, toast, hash browns, sausage and pan cakes) which was fine.
It was cheap to stay there but the photos defiantly made it look better than it was.

Fast check in, It was a clean bed and shower, exactly what we needed with a almost midnight check in. the outside has been let go long grass and weeds by the building, empty cans at the balcony.
Will definitely book it again if we need a cheap place to stay at a late hour for just sleep, the breakfast was food but complimentary so no one could complain.

Well all was good, then went into the bathroom to find dead atleast they were dead water beetles. Would have left but after two ball games, it was a bed. The breakfast was half raw bacon, even though i ordered sausage. The sandwich with cold eggs. Went to get a coffee since it wasnt in the restaurant but the lobby. To find a cockroach or a big red beetle in the lobby. Would not recommend. It was cheapish but stay away.

No plugs in rooms
Staff was annoyed when I asked for a towel
Complimentary breakfast was nasty. Cooked to order and came out cold.
Eggs were not cooked and pancakes tasted like raw batter.
Food was served in paper plates and wooden utensils.
Parking lot was not cleared after a snow fall
For a one night stay we received 5 texts and 9 emails. Way too much.
This property is not up to the standard of the Wyndham hotel. chain. Will NOT stay at one of these hotels again

I booked a room for my parents since they were driving to Edmonton but wanted to rest on the way, when they arrived my mom was gonna shower and out of the shower head a lot of junks of dirt came out and all the dirt went on my mom while showering. After ahe cleaned and rinsed herself again they were gonna go to bed with my dad and pulled the bed blankets back to lay down and the bed sheets had a big yellow stain in it so my dad went to the front and complained and they just gived them a new blanket where they had to put it on themselfs. Over very dirty and not recommend anyone to stay at Ramadan

Counter staf was so helpful polite and webt out of their way to help. Hotel need reppair for sure wholes in the walls cracks bathtub plug broken. Heater intermittent. Resteraunt was great if you ordered indian cuisine was really good but western food was terrible breakfast cold sausage under cooked and tasted like cardboard. Rooms clean. Bed was broken so everytime i moved the head board would fall. Suana was AMAZING. Wor out room maintained well but bathrooms pretty bad.
