Les gens sont accueillants et serviable. Malheureusement quand je suis arrivé à ma chambre, mon frigidaire n’était pas fonctionnel. Étant là pour quelques jours, j’en ai vraiment besoin, puisque je me fais une Petite épicerie, on change de chambre. Je sais pas ce qui est arrivé, mais y a quelqu’un qui avait fumé dedans si c’était pas agréable en me rechange de chambre pour la troisième fois, moi qui voulais pas être en bas, je me suis ramassé au premier étage.

Two Night Harbour During a Rain Time
Motorcycle trip with four men. This was a great place and served us well. Because of bad weather we stayed two nights instead of one. Day time reception was very friendly and helpful regarding suggestions for restaurants and craft beer. The highlight is a breakfast hostess. She was a wise woman with rich experience. She did not just refill the food - she chatted with all guests (in four languages!) and listened and told stories. She was not obnoxious in this - she is charming. OTHER - the price of the hotel motel is a bit high. Bed was new and good.

Only 2 complaints My room was not cleaned after the first day. Was not a big deal though and I did not notify the front desk as I was fine until the next day. Also, when I drove back on the evening on the first night there were Budget vans parked everywhere and I could not park near my room.

We’ve stayed in some dingy Comfort Inns, but this one was actually pretty nice. We could park right outside our room on the first floor, and we liked that it was pet friendly. The room had hardwood instead of carpet which a bonus. My only wish was for better pillows. The bed and shower were both good.

Arriving they here no power not a problem we whent for diner and it was back when we came back. The next morning they ran out of breakfast food. The following morning there was a fight next room and the walls where shaking the coffee holder fell over lot of screaming etc then the last eavening lots of noise and door slamming till 2:30 am must say it was the festival of guitars in Rouyn still a nice stay and would recommend it to every one.

Garbage was never empty in the 3 days. And had to ask for clean towels and was such a head ache to get. Was not happy with this hotel.

I had a plane to catch at 5:45 and boarding was at 5:15. I was told to be there 90 minutes ahead of time. No-one could inform me that the airport only opens at 3:45. I ordered a taxi for 2:30 because I had read online that taxis often do not show up. I cannot understand that this commun knowledge was not communicated to me even when I had asked at least twice. I am from a big city airports are open 24 hours a day. I had to wait outside in the Northern Quebec cold -10C or even colder.

Comfort Inn have done renovations on the second floor. The room was very nice and comfortable. They got rid of the bathtub for a spacious shower.
