Very nice hotel with helpful pleasant staff. Includes parking but it is a bit confusing to get to. We had a pet friendly room that was very nice, but it was on second floor and dogs were not a fan of elevator. It is very small and stops rough.

did not have breakfast, bathroom door handle was loose and did not try closing the door because we were afraid to get locked in. Bathroom tiles were damaged. Elevator was very very scary to use. My wife refused to go back in after our first and only ride. The elevator would bounce when starting and arriving. Hotel also needs better parking options.

I wouldn’t advise you to take a room that oversees rue Princiaple! Hardly slept with people screaming at 2am and reving cars for hrs on end, our rad for heat made so much noise we had to shut it off during the night(was our way of blocking out outside noise). Overall really clean but not recommended.

Travelling across Canada, pay $300 for a room and listen to drunks coming in up until 4 am literally yelling to one another down the hall, stomping up and down the stairs. Mention it to the front desk clerk didn’t get an apology, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous! And the rooms aren’t even that nice for the price point. Oh not to mention we couldn’t get through the gates to park because the key card wouldn’t work. Carry everything up to the room and the card wouldn’t work in the room door either. Had to go all the way back down to the desk for a new card. 3 adults sharing a room and they only gave one key card. The whole experience was horrible. My advice to anyone travelling, do not even give this place a thought, keep going. A sleep in your car would be better. Definitely quieter.

J'ai réservé une chambre sans tapis, on m'a donné une chambre avec tapis. Le réservoir de la toilette coule tout le temps et fait beaucoup de bruit. Chauffage très bruyant aussi, et on entend les gens discuter dans leur chambre tellement que c'est mal insonorisé. L'hôtel charge beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de ses chambres.

Le site indique que les chambres incluent des peignoirs, mais il n’y en avait pas. Nous étions trois adultes et sommes restés deux jours. Malgré le fait que nous avons demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite aucun remplissage n’a été fait, il n’y avait toujours que deux verres et deux tasses plutôt que trois. La chambre avait une machine Nespresso, mais une capsule de café de chaque variété. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, mais pas très varié. Bagel et pain à griller soit même, quelques yogourts, choix de céréales. Des œufs brouillés à réchauffer au micro ondes. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation et les tuile de céramique d’un bon frottage. Point positif les employés qui sont peu nombreux sont très aimables.

Overall it was great. Location was convenient and walking distance from amenities. Hotel is old but nice, well decorated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 person at the front desk especially at 4pm when everyone is checking in and the pillows could use an upgrade.

Je suis arrivé et la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma demande ou ce que je croyais avoir pris. La propriétaire et le personnel ont été merveilleux, mon remis un chambre supérieur au même prix. Excellent chambre 216-219 grand, un petit 1 1/2. Et j’ai repris pour le mois prochain. Le déjeuné est bien rien de wow mais manque de rien et toute est bon et frais. Machine à café disponible dans la salle à manger en tout temps frais fait et toute les choix. Excellent. Je recommande l’endroit et merci à Steve a la réception qui a été aussi été d’une grande gentillesse.

Good hotel with good sized and updated rooms. Breakfast is decent continental style, and they have a good coffee machine that makes espresso etc. The outdoor parkade is fine, but they couldn’t let me in remotely as that wasn’t working. So I needed to park on the street and go move my car after I got my room key. There were some sketchy kids looking in car windows in the parkade when I went to move my car, so I was a bit concerned about security there. But my car survived the night unscathed, so all was good. This was my 3rd stay there, and I’d stay again without hesitation.

This is my 3rd stay at the property and I appreciate every time. The only thing I could comment on is the bumpy elevator when it stops at a the desired floor. It shakes and bounces as if we were in a six flags amusement park. That should be fixed, it's been like that for at least two years. Other than that, nice hotel nice staff.

Complaints: No window that opened in room for fresh air. AC needed to keep room from feeling stuffy and it came on and off is short bursts and very loud, making sleep harder.
Also, One small elevator which had a scary drop or bounce when it arrived at the floor. It Should be repaired as it feels unsafe. Another thing was room cleaning was spotty. I stayed 5 nights and had cleaning once. Two days, I hung the cleaning sign at 7 am and left for work and at 3 pm when I got back, room wasn’t done so I took the sign down as I needed the room.
Otherwise, nice staff, nice location, decent continental style breakfast, very clean and nice common areas and a good location
It’s a decent hotel…2 of the issues I noted are fixable fairly quickly, whereas the non opening window/noisy AC is likely not going to change. For that reason alone, I would try a different hotel next time in Rouyn
Complaints: No window that opened in room for fresh air. AC needed to keep room from feeling stuffy and it came on and off is short bursts and very loud, making sleep harder.
Also, One small elevator which had a scary drop or bounce when it arrived at the floor. It Should be repaired as it feels unsafe. Another thing was room cleaning was spotty.
