The room was big and had good facilities. The price per night was good. The staff were nice and polite.
Unfortunately the bathroom was a wet room, which I don't like, meaning that the shower was not enclosed in a cubicle. If you didn't have a quick shower, the water went into the room itself. You had to leave the water running before it got warm.

Ich rate euch dringend von dieser Unterkunft abzusehen. Katastrophale und Menschenwürdige Bedingungen die unseren Traumlaub zu einem Albtraum führten. Betten waren nicht sauber teilweise Flecken .. Schimmel in der gesamten Unterkunft sowie eine Toilette wo die Dusche keine Kabine hatte.

Otele saatinde giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda temiz değildi. Temiz olmayan yerleri belirterek tekrar temizlenmesini rica ettik. Yaklaşık 1 saat sonra odanın temizlendiği söylenip tekrar kontrol ettiğimiz zaman, belirttiğimiz hiçbir şeyin yapılmadığını gördük. Bizimle beraber başka musterilerinde benzer sıkıntılar yaşadığını ve otelden ayrıldığını gördük. Biz de rezervasyonumuzu iptal edip başka otele geçtik. Tüm süreç neredeyse 3 saatimize mâl oldu ve tatilimizin ilk günü çöpe gitti.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht empfehlenswert
Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, dreckig und wirkten unhygienisch. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt, was dem ganzen Raum ein unangenehmes Gefühl gibt. Für den Preis habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet.
Das Besteck und die Gläser im Restaurant waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt – einfach unhygienisch. Auch die Poolanlage machte keinen sicheren Eindruck, was für Familien mit Kindern besonders problematisch ist.
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Otel konumu odaları olsun aslında çok güzel çalışanlar elinden geleni yapıyor ilgili yardımsever fakat çalışan ile ilgili değil de yönetenler bence iyi değil. Odalarda dolap olmaması,kahvaltı su,kahve ikramı dahi olmaması bence eksik. Asansör olmaması da bir eksi maalesef. Oda temizdi güzel kokuyordu ama gider sıkıntılıydı gider yeri,balkon yerler kıl doluydu. Oda temizliği isteğe bağlı oluyormuş bu da çok saçma. Biraz yenilenmeleri lazım

Biz ailece 1 gece konakladık. Bahçe manzaralı oda olmasına rağmen deniz manzaralı oda geldi şansımıza. Geçen sene de burda 2 gün kalmıştık o zaman odamız daha küçüktü bu biraz şans meselesi sanırım.

Otele şüpheyle yaklaştım ilk araştırmada fakat tüm kuşkularımın gereksiz olduğunu otele gidince anladım. Odaya girdiğimiz zaman tertemiz vaziyetteydi ve her yer mis gibi kokuyordu. Personel çok güleryüzlüydü. İsteklerimiz geri çevrilmedi. Denize sadece 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Sabah kahvaltıları efsaneydi. 2 gün boyunca sabah olsa da kahvaltı yapsak modundaydık. Hijyen konusunda sıkıntı yoktu ve açık büfe şeklinde kahvaltı vardı. Tek olumsuz olan şey asansördü. 4. Kata bebekle çıkmak çok zor oldu 😊 eşyalarınızı alıp mis gibi tatilinizi güvenle, huzurla , keyifle yapabilirsiniz. İnanın pişman olmazsınız.

Öncelikle 5 katlı otelde Asansör yok ama ben problem etmedim, otelin girişi bi garip girişine dair bir ibare yok navigasyon ile otelin arka Kapısına ulaşıyormuşsunuz meğer, havuz katı zemin kat yani, zamanla alışıyorsunuz. Otel yenilenmiş, işletmeci gençler ile çalışıyor. Gençler ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı içeriği kısıtlı 8.30-11:00 a kadar inebilirsiniz. 2 metre derinlikli havuzu her akşam ilaçlanıyor ve havuz Alanı her sabah temizleniyor. Odalar yeni, yastıklar silikon biraz sert ve alternatifiniz yok malesef. Genel olarak memnun olarak ayrıldım. Altınkum civarında fiyat performans olarak en başta gösterirdim.

Die Unterkunft scheint neu zu sein, weshalb die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Unterkunft kaum bemängelt werden kann. Ein altes mehrstöckiges Haus mit Wohnungen (übliche Bauweise in der Türkei), wurde hier in einzelne Zimmer umgebaut, die teilweise sehr klein sind, für Paare ist die Größe aber in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat einen hauseigenen Pool und befindet sich in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und nur max. 10 Gehminuten von der Promenade entfernt. Für einen kurzes Stück (200m) hat der Rückweg seine steilen Passagen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in dieser Stadt, indem das Zimmer wenig genutzt wird, kann ich es jedem weiterempfehlen.
