Hotel facilities mention Spa which according to the staff has been discontinued. The in room tv did not have content loading at all. Staff training can definitely improve.

Perfect for a business trip at cost conscious budg

Good place for a routine business travel. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast was nice and had good variation in the spread.
Best part is that it’s the closest to metro station.

Disappointed

There was no one when we walked in - no security, no one checking baggage, no one at the front desk (eventually one person appeared to check us in) no lights, we doubted if the hotel was functioning. Leaky bathroom was proof of low maintenance. Breakfast was minimalistic and average in taste. Looks like COVID has had a bad impact on this property.

Excellent staff, somewhat dated and tired features

Room was large (I was upgraded to a suite), but somewhat dated. Wooden flooring had gaps and electronic control for shower was broken. Service was excellent, with very attentive staff.

Good value for money 4 star hotel

The hotel is good with rooms comfortable, however due to the Metro work going on, the traffic is awful in the locality and lot of dust gets kicked up.
The complimentary Breakfast spread was good enough and staff were courteous.

Charged me way too much for taxi because I am a foreigner. Be careful of this if you are traveling from the west. When I reached my final destination the locals could not believe how much I payed for my taxi (arranged by the hotel). They also forgot to pick me up at the airport, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel by myself in the middle of the night, I was upset and they said they would give me a discount for the room, but they didn’t, they charged me full price and then scammed me on th taxi. I would not stay at this hotel, and if you do, be aware that the staff is after your money! They do not care about the people who stay here. Watch your wallet!

Front Desk Manager Ignored Me

Booked three rooms for my colleagues and me. Clerk suggested it would be cheaper using Expedia, so I did. He said it did not matter which room I selected, since I was standing there. After booking online, the front desk manager put his nose into the matter and said there would be an additional fee. Did not pay attention to me when I showed him there should be none based on online rate. Blew me off, and I informed him that neither my staff nor I will ever stay at his hotel again. Customer service matters, especially for frequent business travelers. Hire better managers in the future! The clerk was much more helpful.

Great first stay

A very good experience for a first-time stay. I was given an upgrade to a very spacious and comfortable suite. Despite Bangalore Metro work going on right in front of the hotel, my room, which was facing the front, was very quiet and pleasant.
The service was quite good, though housekeeping took a while to send across towels.
Breakfast spread was good, though not lavish.
All in all, an experience worth repeating!

Nice hotel, but some rooms may be tacky disused.

Hotel overall is good. Staff are excellent (could help out in hiring taxis other than their own).

However, the room on our second stay in the same month was not good. Taos were squeaky from disuse, chair in room was old unkempt with sunk seat, TV remote didn't work smoothly.

Good Quality of Room

Room is pretty big, nice and clean.
The service is good too. Front desk workers and one woman managers really helpful and nice.
However I can't find a good food in this hotel. Maybe because I have tried its pricy buffet.
I have tried one ordered dinnertime but the food is not as good as I expected.
Other than its food, I have a good stay in this hotel.

Exceptional Value and Outstanding Service

Hotel was very good overall and the gym was excellent but the best part were the staff who were very helpful for both the days.
The night manager helped me save a big amount on my taxi fares that was charged to me unfairly.
In Bangalore there are no taxis roaming the streets that you can call which I did not know, so it was very thoughtful of the the day manager to give me some taxi companies and advised me to book my cab well in advance as there would be bad traffic during the time I was to go to the airport. All in all very pleased with Fortune Trinity Hotel and will always go back :))

They refused to accept that Hotels.com booking has age category for children; my Son is 15 and I did specify that in the booking but they said that it can't be done since hotels.com doesn't request the age of child.

Then they said that it is going to cost me to have a child in the room. When I showed them the booking at hotels.com, they said that we don't need to pay for the child but instead can have the dinner buffet for three at the reduced rate of Rs.1200. I paid this and had the buffet.

Next morning, during checkout, another manager asked me to pay the extra person charge. In sum, these guys have no clue about customer service; inconsistent messages, rude responses to questions about online booking, etc.

short pleasent stay

Though I did not like the location(nothing around and too much trafic), staff,specially at reception was excelent. Rooms were clean. I checked out at 4.30 am and to my surprise packed breakfast was handed over to me, which was very friendly and of good quality.

Except Internet rest was good.

I had stayed there for three nights on an official visit. Though my overall experience was good it was a bad beginning as I had to check some important mails and messages but only after more than half an hour and three reminders I could get Internet on the Wi-Fi in the room.
The same issue got repeated next day morning and evening and again it took some time and a personal visit of the staff to set right the connectivity.
The room size was good and had basic amenities. However, there were no bathroom slippers or dental and shaving kits.
The breakfast had lots of items and was tasty but both the days that I had it Aalo Paratha, Vada and Upma were the veg options. They can make changes in these items.
The staff was very courteous and helpful.

OK Hotel.

Furniture in my room was so stained and dirty I didn't want to use it, including a couch and chair. The recliner was missing the handle to enable it to recline. The bed was a hard as the floor. And the restaurant service was very slow.

Business Travel - Near Office

Was on business travel, multiple days and different cities each day. I did not arrive till close to midnight, went straight to sleep, breakfast in the morning and then off to the office. Overall, I barely spent 9 hours at this property. Bathroom was a bit dated and the breakfast was ok. They do have a buffet for breakfast and will make eggs how you want. They had run out of bowls and plates and some food items. Must have been pretty busy before I got to breakfast.
