The image of the rooftop which would draw most guest to this listing, turns out the rooftop is not available to guests. The rooms could do with better windows to protect guests from the loud 24/7 busy highway running along the hotel. You would find it impossible to sleep unless you ask to be moved, which the hotel staff already expect. They will then claim that the new identical room is a deluxe room just because it's situated at the back of the hotel and away from the highway noise. The breakfast doesn't offer many varieties, although the adjoining restaurant to the hotel has lovely staff

The hotel is very near the airport (about 15 mins drive away from Terminal 3).
Hotel is showing its age. Sheets are clean. However, the bed is very soft. Shower head was also dirty. It is located next to the Highway, so expect it to be noisy, even late at night. Did not find any attractions near the hotel.

Ok for stopover

This is an ideal place for a passing through New Delhi stopover, IR2200 taxi ride and about 15 minute journey. Breakfast was OK and reception efficient.
That said it is quiet tired in its appearance and rooms, would place it in the two and a half star bracket.

I booked a Deluxe Double room but the room assigned was quite small which made it difficult to move around. The other major problem is the area has poor mobile network connectivity. The wifi provided by the hotel also has a weak signal which does not make it ideal to stay at this hotel.

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable with a spacious, well-appointed room and modern bathroom. A pleasant dining room and very tasty food. The staff was very helpful, and the proximity to the airport with a driver available made the transfer there and back very easy. I would stay again.

bath room stinked (smell). No AC and room temperature
very hot and complained but no action. No view from the room.
Food at the restaurant was good.and waiters well trained.

The hotel is much better than many others in Mahipalpur. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and polite. My single complaint is that soon after checking in, someone called the room and offered a full body massage to my father - there seemed to be other services implied in this offer. This is not appropriate but honestly I'd rather deal with that than the filth of some other Mahipalpur locations.

This was the worst experience a guest could ever have at a hotel. Rooms were in a poor condition and the staff was rude and unhelpful!
The staff on duty on the night of 12/3/2023, repeatedly called the room and harassed us. This is not the type of experience you expect at a premium hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

We were unable to stay there. After a long international flight they informed us on the way to the hotel that they had Covid and could not stay there. This was at 11:00 pm. We had no option but stay at a very expensive hotel near the airport. They told us not to give them a bad review but they still have not given us a credit back on the reservation they charged us for. If they give us a credit we may be inclined to change our review. But as of now we are not happy with our interaction.

Reception didn’t give ne the right room I had upgrade md said it’s the same.
WiFi was not working for all 4 days I was there.
Manager said IT is working on it and will fix it in 30 minutes. This was repeated every time I and other guests were asking.
The shower in the bathroom would flow into all areas so your standing on wet floors and towels if just washing your hands or brushing your teeth.

Arrived via Uber because even though we had booked a shuttle, there was confusion and the driver was over 30mins away. At arrival they could not find my booking, and proceeded to take my passport and phone into a back room to try to find it. At 3am, I was not comfortable with them taking my most important possessions without any verbal indication as to why they needed them.

Thankfully they found the booking and we were able to checkin, although the two deadbolt locks, still didn’t give me peace of mind after the bizarre checkin experience. Was happy to get out of there ASAP the following morning. So much so that I even paid them for the hotel shuttle that we never took.

Disappointing

Disappointing when the hotel hadn't put all of our bags into the hotel vehicle to the airport. Realised once at the airport, so phoned through only to be told there would be a charge. Also hotel vehicle cost us more than 3 times the price of an Uber.
