They didn’t make it clear that the hotel will charge for water,even i stain something on the bedsheet they charge for the bedshet also. The fridge and kettle are also not working i told them to change but never change it.

The hotel is close to the airport and the staff were fine but seemed very stressed and were not courteous to each other. The area that the hotel is based at is very rough with lots of people asking for money. I struggled to get into a taxi on 2 occasions outside the property.
The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night into the early morning with people running about, pressing door buzzers and shouting.
I would risk a longer journey to the airport in return for a nicer area bext time.

Clean, but could barely sleep from all the noise.
I stayed here 3 nights after arriving to India and before flying onward to another destination in the country. Location is near the airport which was convenient for catching an early morning flight, but also because it is close to the airport it is very noisy at all hours of the day. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but the windows and walls just seemed so thin that I could hear dogs barking, horns honking, and even music playing down on the street all night. The room was clean and comfortable enough otherwise.

For an overnight stay for an early flight, it was just ok. Our fridge was not working but staff came and replaced it. The shower had was not hot and not even luke warm..it was fresh. Staff were nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Delhi, we checked in at around 1am, and had no issues with check in. We had initially booked 3 rooms for 7 people but on the night added an additional room and they were able to accomodate.
With traffic getting out of delhi airport, the hotel is around 30-40mins away by car.
The room itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were all very friendly. There was hot water and AC worked.
For the number of people we had and the price we paid we have no complaints.

Overall a good stay. We needed a place for about 5 hours and it served the purpose. The staff was overall very friendly. The front desk person seemed a little short on patience. The wifi is not enough for working. They gave us the password on two tiny pieces of paper but it was so faded that it took us a really long time to figure it out!

Friendly welcome. Good levels of security - both at reception and in bedrooms. Spacious shower, with sensible drainage, leaving rest of bathroom with a dry floor. Excellent air conditioning.
External photos of hotel are misleading, as it is faced by a flyover ! Then, traffic on the exit road from flyover often builds up, so outside of hotel can often feature near stationary vehicles, many of which are using their horns.
So, ask for a rear facing room !

I was checked in for one night to sleep after a long flight, but I was in a terrible room full of noises ( maybe aircon), I couldn't sleep. Then I complained to the front desk (no apologised), then they changed me to another room which was okay. But still, I think it's not worth to amount I paid.

The Expedia had not booked the room despite 100% advance. Hotel denied entry and says that booking came after rooms sold out. I reached hotel in the morning 8am and was told that rooms are under cleaning and I will get in 1 hour. I wanted to go to conference so kept luggage and left. Came at 7 pm to know that rooms are full and my booking was invalid. They denied room. I protested and showed the booking confirmation but after some time dumped me in pathetic hotel room 1 km from hotel. Somehow stayed as it was late.

The staff is AMAZING, the hotel is clean and comfortable. In a busy area, the guards outfront and the staff themselves made us feel so safe!! The food is also delicious and everyone is so helpful. Could not recommend enough, if you come to Delhi, you should definitely stay here!!!

Asked for a refund and was told that they can’t refund. The only choice they gave us was to stay in the poo flooded room for the remaining 2 days.
We had to leave 2 day early and get another hotel.

Have stayed here before and it was OK for one night stay before a flight. This time however no so good, No hot water and despite having paid for breakfast with the booking they tried to charge me for it again. Eventually sorted this out but took over an hour and could have done with out this extra hassle just before a long flight.

Delhi is filthy and an unpleasant place to stay
Dirty, noisy and in the middle of a filthy area next to a motorway flyover. The best thing about it was that we only had to stay there one night as we were leaving the following day. Delhi hotels generally speaking as we tried at least 5 of them are all dramatically misrepresented by the photographs and the claims made for the accomodation, do not pay before you get there and check the room before you check in - be prepared to walk away and find something that is at least close to your minimum standards and don't accept their claims that there is a cancellation fee when they have openly lied about what they offer.

Decent airport, close to the airport - and hence the Cantt area. Slightly off the approach from the main road, we had to take a back alley to come to the hotel, but nothing too off about it.

Classic Diplomat hotel near IGI Airport ( Aerocity) is ok, nothing spectacular , fancy or glamorous hotel. It`s ok for a day or two, specially in transit.
I stayed there two nights, for my connecting flight at 2 am.
Staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable about the hospitality field.
Mostly from the door man to the helper for the regular stuff look for tips, don`t seem want to be there . My impression.
That does not mean the hotel was not good enough to stay a night.
It is on a very busy street, that have highway traffic, one have to be very careful just to cross it.
The Airport line Metro station is about 10 minutes away, but one have to walk through all the garbage ,junk and uneven surface, nothing paved, and if you want to walk on the road keep an eye on the coming traffic.
My room did not have any view, there were curtains , but there was nothing there,. Dark alley.
Bathrooms were reasoanably clean , shower curtain needed to be clean more often.
There was no safe for safe keeping in the room,
Breakfast was mostly Indian food,. But the omelet was available with the regular tea and coffee without drinking the Indian Masala Tea.
There are tons of hotel in that stretch of road, mostly budget type, and better hotel with lot more money are also in around this hotel.

I tried to be as honest as I can, no axe to grind.

They sold me a presidential suite that is nothing but a normal room. It took the staff a long time to provide me with a wifi password. The wifi was very slow and could not accomplish much. Bad customer service

Delhi has changed since we last visited in 2009. The airport, highways, metro and numerous shopping malls provides a GOOD IMPRESSION OF THE NEW DELHI. We shall come again to spend at least a week the next time around.
The only setback we had experienced is the lack of cash due limited supply of Indian Rupees. No help rendered to tourist at the Airport and banks. Hope this would be resolved soon.

Budget hotel near the airport
For the price I paid, it is an OK stay in Delhi. I would not pay the board rate which is way over priced. Don't expect too much,this is a nice budget hotel with the basics. If you go by this criteria, it is really quite OK for traveller like me that frequents Delhi.

This hotel is a \"ok\" option if you are spending one night to wait for your connecting flight from Delhi airport since is fairly cheap and close to the airport. The hotels needs a bit of maintenance however that is a common problem that I've seen in most of the hotels I've stayed in Delhi. The only real \"negative\" thing I can say about this hotel is the fact that the offer Airport Shuttle when you book via Hotels.com but in reality they don't.

This hotel is real close to the airport and Aero-City metro station serving downtown Delhi and the airport. You will not be impressed with the hotel looks, but it was clean, had a good bed, AC, and the restaurant has good food. Nicer and newer hotels not far away, but if you want to save some, this is fine.

Does what it says on the tin
The hotel does what it says on the tin. Large, clean room which had two king size beds. Modern TV. Basic furnishings but consistent with what I would expect from 3 star hotel. Nothing flamboyant but equally nothing bad. The beds were comfortable. We arrived In India at 1am so just needed a room near the hotel as our pickup was not till Midday. The hotel was ideal.
Breakfast was limited, but for western tourists there were cereals and fruit which suited my family well.
The water was not warm but the staff immediately came out sorted it out and then we had instant hot water. All in all no criticism. If you want a relatively inexpensive stopover then this is ideal. If you want 5 star luxury for a single night then not the place for you.

Good Airport Transfer Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for one night because of its price, and proximity to the airport. The staff was very helpful and even allowed us to check in to an empty room early untill our reserved room became available. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, but overall the furniture was a bit worn out and could use replacement.

I've used this hotel multiple times because it's a very good value and very nice hotel for a day or two. When you exit the airport I would recommend using the \"Prepaid Taxi\". It's the best value to get you to the hotel.

There was a miscommunication between the hotels.com and the hotel. Although we confirmed the booking with the hotel beforehand there was no car to pick us up from the airport (as promised) and when we called they couldn't even find out our reservation. But lateron they handled everything well and we are satisfied with the services. The breakfast was OK but not great.
