We stayed here as family of 4. We had an amazing time. The room was large and spacious with good view. Bathroom was also big with a tub and separate shower area. All toiletries were present. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Kriti was specially helpful at front desk. Our kids had great complimentary gifts. Food was delicious.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend getaway, and I can say that it exceeded all of my expectations, offering stunning location and 4 star service.
Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Sophie she was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night.
The on-site breakfast restaurants were fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast and then amazing hotel

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime and this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most welcoming of them all.
Check in was quick and easy. The lady on the counter was super friendly and even extended my check out time after I mentioned I wasn't leaving until late on my final day - free of charge.
I asked for a room on the highest floor available and got in tower A. The room was fantastic. Amazing views out to the and I could see for The room was clean, spacious and modern. Lots of bottles of water were available (and topped up everyday by housekeeping).
The hotel is in a nice central location is a really nice touch too.
All the staff I spoke to were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help me with questions or advice.

This property is not located in good area, all buildings near by are hotel and most of them are used for different purpose. In day time, it looks like a normal place but come night scene will change. You can see girls every where even on street. Room was extremely dirty, we had to ask to replace linen and towels twice and it was still dirty.
We ended up just leaving the place and forget about all the money we paid. I didn't expect this horrible service from Hotels.com. Not sure if I can trust this website anymore

Advertised a lot of false promises.
No airport shuttle service, no wifi. Biggest disappointment was no running water, continued asking staff and they told us it would be on in 15-20 minutes.
A/C in room worked great. No bed bugs, sheet cleanliness was satisfactory I guess.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back.\"

What a fantastic hotel. We booked this out of necessity after a local hotel just didn't meet our standards and wow did we get a treat! A service from the airport (Thank you Mohd Nasseem). Beautiful building and pool. Loved the steam room, sauna, gym, and their food (especially the buffet was delicious - the best Indian selection with great local chefs). Security was also great and if you just want a place to unwind after the noise in Delhi you won't find a better option. Rooms were spacious and we loved the huge bathtub.

Overall, hotel offers excellent restaurants, full gym (variety of free weights, machines & cardio equipment) and nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding with a wide array of food choices all wonderfully prepared and presented. Fresh salads and fruits were excellent! Executive lounge offered a great breakfast as well.

The buffet dinner was exceptional, offering an extensive selection of high-quality dishes. Additionally, the massage session with James was truly remarkable, possibly the best I've ever had, given his remarkable skill and attentive care. You ask for something it gets delivered within 5 min without fail everytime. Each staff will wish you and greet you. No matter who the person is front desk, maintenance or otherwise. Nothing to like at this place, manager was chewing paan and spat it everywhere while talking. No luggage support i carried it most of the time. Room was extremely dirty stains everywhere room 407.
I have some pics and can upload it for you, walls were mouldy and toilet had water leakage everywhere , please remove this hotel from your expedia list kids were scared to go inside toilet because floor was dirty and taps and basins were. Mouldy we used mineral water to brush our teeth they gave us towels completely stained yellow and much more worse experience ever . Very very unprofessional staff they didn't gave my invoice of any kind on asking they said they will email me . Please remove this hotel and put them in blacklist

Loved the amazing Sunday buffet spread we had at HOTEL airport city. Everything from salads to Italian, Indian and the Asian section was so freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and ensure that you have a good time. We loved the desserts section as well. The live music was a cherry on the cake!

Stayed at hotel airport City 3 nights for an event and can only recommend it. The room is comfortable, has a great bed, big window and office area. The bathroom is huge, special mention to the shower, very relaxing after a day of work. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is simply great. Some locals say it could be better but for my European palate it's just perfect. Service is what one would expect of a 4_star hotel, very attentive and quick. If you are traveling for business or need a stay close to the airport I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We came after 10 years and stayed here.,,,,,, not only the stay is pleasant but the food and hospitality is amazing. Saurav is one of the servers and he helped us a lot with my son being sick and getting him light food! Chef Sundar was amazing… he made us a chocolate pastry last minute for my anniversary. He also make sure the we liked it and food was good …..Overall the staff The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was remarkable. The staff's warmth and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Attended a roka ceremony of my childhood friend here yesterday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, the ambiance, the food, the drinks were all sensational, the event was well organised and it all went smoothly, what really impressed me more than the food was the level of hospitality from the staff, all of them were friendly and served up lots of food without any delay, Harshit was at the bar making some delicious mojitos which were very delicious and my mother couldn’t resist them! I had a good experience here. Staff was very helpful. Fast check in. Clean spacious room and clean bathroom. I was able to have a very late check-out while waiting my next flight, for a surcharge of course. But was minimal cost and I was happy to have the extra time.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, after the agent insisted its a good deal. I had booked a family suite for 4 guests as I told the agent that there will be people to pick me and they will need space to stay, I was assured its ok. Now when my cousin reached the hotel, there was no suite to begin with. The staff showed him a room with two beds, one bed was normal size but other was smaller and very uncomfortable. With some complaint the staff agreed to give him another room as well. Now breakfast was another story. When we asked them to bring boiled eggs for two travellers who had travelled from USA, they had lot of issues on how many they can provide. Also, the staff was very unhappy to give breakfast to remaining two persons (a very strange experience to me being an Indian, when we are always ready to feed our guests specially those that have paid for the services). Anyway, to add some positive comments: the rooms were quiet, hygiene was ok. Not at all a pleasant location, but conveniently close to Indira Gandhi airport. In future I will spend few extra bucks and take a known brand hotel even if its a little further. Do spend that extra $20-$30, not to face this kind of experience!! The hotel staff and administration definitely need to take a course and get training how to interact with guests.

We just needed a bed for the night between flights and went with this. Using the prepaid taxi service, we were pleased to find that the cab ride was nice and cheap. The hotel is one of many in an area close to the airport. Beds were typical of the quality we used in India. The main issue was that they told us how to use the hot water for the shower, but we were not able to get any. Since we were waking up early in the morning, we decided not to contact the staff to help us with the issue. Overall, I'd stay there again if I was going to the airport in back to back days, but assuming that the hot water worked next time.

Hotel location is a dirty little street, we requested non smoking as soon as we entered the entire hotel lobby was smelling with smoke, we requested if we could check our room and we walked into a smoking tiny room, we asked the manager to change the room and they showed us another room, the entire corridor smelt like smoke and so did this room, we walked out of this hotel, manager refused refund of monies and so did expedia, we ended up staying at a much nicer place.

The taxi could not find the hotel even with the front desk on the line so that was a problem. the staff was gracious and the room was what i had thought it would be, ok no problem just one night but when i check in a 11:00 pm thinking it will be quiet now NO the staff thinks its okay to talk in loud voices down the echoing hallways all night, confronted them and they had little concern for my sleep.Hotels are for guests to sleep right.

I booked this hotel for the last night of our stay in Delhi. We were a party of 4 woman and we were totally horrified upon arrival. Firstly there was no lock available for one of the rooms the place was so dirty with dirty towels and sheet. The room lacked working safes and a number of the cupboards had no handles. The staff didn’t speak great English but told us we had their very best rooms, we have never felt so unsafe- this hotel (hovel) was NOTHING like the review nor the pictures. Needless to say we move out immediately to a hotel round the corner.

Comfortable but small issues kept creeping up. Bathroom had issues. The flush tank leaked. The exhaust fan had to be manually started by literally giving it a push with the fingers every time. Getting cold water during the day was a issue, too, since I think they had their water supply provided by a tank up on the top roof. The towels were old and dirty looking with mucus on one of them. I had 3 nights reservation so just spent that out before flying abroad. The hotel staff was generally helpful with requests though.
