The room is smaller than in the photos and rooms are more run down. WiFi never worked during our stay and we did not receive the complimentary cocktail and snack upon arrival as promised. Staff wasn't great but they did fix the broken shower head the day before we left. It was fine but not as great as we hoped for. Would've been 2 stars if they didn't fix the shower head.

No. The pool was closed 2 days we were there. There weren’t many chairs in pool area for a property its size. The pool was not heated as was indicated on website. We asked three times to have the room cleaned. They came once and made the bed, threw out trash and gave clean towels. They did not sweep or clean the floor which is what I requested. They had a wedding on the grounds which limited our access to the property which they did not notify us about.

We came here for a quiet night away. This place did not disappoint. Hotel was calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the dock and seeing all the different fish. The afternoon we arrived we had parrots outside our balcony which was amazing. Definitely our best night of our trip.

We had an excellent day at this place. Rooms were modern and spotless. It was in walking distance to several great places some with live music. It was a very chill atmosphere and not overcrowded. We were able to take advantage of the kayaks and able to go out on the calm waters. All in all this place was a winner. My only complaint is the pool was so cold you could not swim in it. Other than that, this place was top-notch!

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the ocean. Unfortunately, our weeks stay was marred by the arctic freeze up and down the east coast. We were unable to access the \"heated pool\" nor go into the ocean. The clerk at the desk is very friendly.
The pillows in our unit were dead. There was nothing to them and gave absolutely no support when you put your head down. Additionally, the convertible sofa bed was also dead. There was no support for your spine because the seat springs were worn out. It made for very uncomfortable TV viewing.

The door to the room was ill fitting and had a lot of grime around the latch. The two beds were too large for the room and made it hard to enter the bathroom. No chairs in the room and only were bright lights in the ceiling. Forget the grab and go breakfast. We arrived at 8:45 and almost all the limited food was gone. No effort from this staff to take care of business. Very poor stay. The view was nice that’s all

Wish we had this place our entire time in the Keys instead of just one night! It was definitely the best accommodations we had.
The room was updated nicely, clean and comfortable. It had an unusually large flat screen tv, a long counter with a sink for preparing food or whatever, and a balcony (ours overlooked an empty lot - but there was a large gull bird nest that was interesting to watch). The outdoor space was nice - picnic tables and adirondack chairs overlooking the water. Continental breakfast provided.

All of the staff were outstanding . If we had a concern , it was taken care of immediately. A shout out to Faith at the front desk and Jenelle . So courteous and helpful . The rooms were very nice and loved walking out to a beach area with chairs and fire pits that were easy to work . Sunrise every morning with our coffee and breakfast on the go offered at the front office . Location perfect . Able to go in either direction easily to explore the Keys

Will not be back. The breakfast was a joke. The bed, pillows and couch were all horrible. Phone in the room didn’t work. WiFi and cell service were poor. Lounge chairs on beach were torn. Interacted with three staff members, two were very pleasant. The woman on Friday (didn’t get her name) was rude/miserable. Overall a terrible experience.

Staff and room was great. I thought I paid for my room in full in advance. When I arrive I find I have a $65 amenities fee for 2 days info was not provided in advance. Told it was for pool towels, breakfast, free kayak and bike use. There were only 2 bikes available to use, not sure where you would load kayak into water with rocky edge and the breakfast was a joke. Grab and go. Bananas were all brown, only hot item is a bagel not sure that was worth $30. Just change that and the place is perfect. If not, at least put that in your online info.

Clean and comfortable. Room 210 was spacious with a great waterfront balcony. Outdoor furniture and fire pit were awesome. Staff, especially Riley and Barbara and the entire staffbwas so courteous and helpful in every way. But they should wear a name tag and tell guests their names.. I had to ask.

It's hard to rate this place. I've never had to pay over $250 for a \"motel-style\" room, but we're in the Keys. Having said that, the room was clean and updated. They have a pool and some rooms have a view (we had a peak out the side). The \"welcome drink\" was water! There was a resort fee which is a bummer, because we didnt use any amenities, but breakfast was included (just grab and go stuff, but still saved us money. Overall, it worked for a night.

The room was spotless, the view incredible although I would have preferred the bed in the room with the view. The couch was in terrible condition & there was no comfortable furniture. There were adirondack chairs on the patio but, I'm not a fan. The staff was great! Always available & helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. Didn't get to use the pool because of the weather but, I did see them cleaning it.

Room needed some work- no shelf in the shower, floorboards chipped, dirty walls. We had to pay a daily resort fee when we checked in. However, there was no daily room service and we had to go to the lobby daily to ask for more shower wash cloths, shampoo/body wash (very small bottles). When I asked for new wash cloths and beach towels, they didn’t have any clean in the morning for guests.

We had an absolute blast at Curry Hammock State Park — pure joy and island magic!

This park is absolutely wonderful and full of life. You can easily dip your feet in the water, and on the left side of the park you can actually go swimming. There are great spots for sunbathing, and you can spend a long time just observing nature around you.

One of our favorite parts was watching the crabs — they were everywhere! It honestly felt like they were standing in line for the best beach spots 😄
And the upside-down jellyfish were simply incredible. They are so beautiful and unusual that you can’t stop staring at them. This place feels alive in every sense of the word.

Finding an empty seashell here is almost impossible — they get claimed instantly, apparently by the very efficient local “residents” of the park.

The park staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. The park itself is very clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully maintained. You can relax at picnic tables, enjoy the beach, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

The entrance fee is unbelievably affordable: just $2.50 per adult. We paid only $7 total for two adults and two children for an entire day. The ticket is valid all day, so you can leave, go back to your hotel, and return again without paying extra.

This is a truly beautiful place for relaxing, especially with children. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back again.

Great location and decent facilities for the money. Bed was terrible- squeaked like crazy with every little move and sofa was torn and worn out. Staff was hit and miss, with one young lady told my wife me we had to move out of our room on the last day because someone else had the room reserved. I then came back and advised her the Expedia reservation was extended and that a young man at the desk assured me we could stay in the same room- she told mynwofe that wasn’t possible. I asked her to check the name on the reservation and it was mine- can’t make this stuff up, She was clueless. So, great location and nice hote. Terrible bed and sofa in our king ocean front suite, room 321. Staff was hit and miss, with two good encounters and one frustrating which almost had us moving out of our room on the last day although it was reserved in our name. 3 stars in the best I can give - probably generous.

This place is a very cute little stay. Easy in and out and convenient parking. Breakfast was good with your basic continental items. The shower had no water pressure but we managed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soap. Room and bathroom was very clean.
The beach section is great but could use a few more lounge furniture pieces. A few had ripped seams. Staff was incredible.

We had asked for sea side. I wouldn't exactly say our room was sea side. Also the roaches were very very disturbing! Rather gross. Now we are terrified that we will be bringing them home in our luggage. For the price I expected more. Also you can't get even coffee until 8am. You need pest control for sure.

The mattress and bed platform was a horrible combination-it squeaked loudly with every move, and the mattress was completely worn out to the point springs poked me in the back and side. One young man front staff member was very helpful, and the other, a young lady was clueless. We extended two days and confirmed the the same with a young man who got us assigned to the same room. The morning of the last day the lady at the front desk told my wife the room key wouldn’t work because some else was staying in the room today. The front desk lady was also provided our name twice, and assured we had the room, but she couldn’t be bothered to check in the system who’s name was associated with Sunday’s reservation. She simply kept telling my wife she’d have to reserve and pay for another room-insane. My wife then left, and I went to the office. I showed her an email of our Expedia reservation. Then only at my direction, and after several minutes of going back and forth with a growing line being me, did she then looked in the system. Ahhh- then she saw the name on reservation for the room was in our name. Now, after initially being told our name several times, why wouldn’t she look to see what name was associated with the reservation? Instead of checking in the system, we had unnecessary stress and aggravation. So, our stay was not enjoyable due to a really bad matress and beat form, dirty and torn sofa in this kind oceanfront suite, and a unhelpful staff member.

Our room was a wonderful large room on the third floor with a view of the ocean and a ginormous balcony. Everything was super clean, the young lady at check-in was so very nice, and it was centrally located in Islamorada, right where I needed to be for boating the next day. And they had an ice machine and it works, and there’s a ramp for boats right on or adjacent to the property, and there was adequate parking. We got back pretty late and were able to find a spot in their small lot pretty easily I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who plans on spending a little bit of time in Islamorada

As a boutique resort, it ws nice. We liked many things about this place like the view of the ocean and the size of the resort. Things we weren't thrilled with were: the king size bed was old and noisy. You couldn't move slightly without the under frame making alot of noise. The sofa/pull out couch was old and wore out. We didn't sleep on it, but I really didn't want to sit on it bc it was so uncomfortable with the springs and cushions caving in. Should be replaced. Otherwise we liked the size of the unit with the efficiancy kitchen area and the door separating the bedroom from the living area. Very quaint resort. Staff was very nice.

Hotel rate included a \"continental breakfast\" --all 3 mornings we were there they were out of yougart and eggs and there was not fruit except bottled orange juice. There was a market down the street, but the surly teenager in charge said he wasn't authorized to buy anything.
Also, the king mattress was old and needs to be replaced. There were no reading lights in the bedroom.
Nicely located but poorly run property.

The staff were nice. The place is in a good location for Islamorada. It's close to Theater of the Sea, Publix, Islamorada Fish Co., etc.. Number one, was no elevator so you'll be lugging whatever you brought upstairs if you're on an upper floor, which we were..three flights of stairs. Both the couch and bed had seen better days as they both creaked everytime you sat or moved on them. Both were uncomfortable . There was no light fixture in bedroom area.We had to go to office to get one. The door between the bedroom and living room won't close as it got stuck on the floor and wouldn't go any further. There is no housekeeping whatsoever. We were there 3 nights and no garbage pickup and no fresh towels. Breakfast was a couple bagels available and a toaster with cream cheese..I believe there was a bowl with oranges..We didn't go back after first morning. I don't remember what else, not much..it was easier to pick up something at Publix. But, you are in the Keys, so there is that. The view is beautiful. Also, we did see that maybe at some point they may have had working grills, but while we were there, they were way too old and broken down. I was told they are doing some renovations, so perhaps all will be well when someone else visits.

Staff and management were 5 star. The property at best is a \"C\" class. If the owners would invest in it, it would be \"A\" property. Cheap string light bulbs out side, left on all night, shinning in the room. Ice machine out of order. In room refrigerator not working. I had to ask for spray to kill the bugs in the room. Extermination is needed. (I had 3 different types of bugs. ) Blinds were falling apart when you closed the patio blinds. For a room that could sleep up to 6 people. They give you only one chair to sit at, at the table and only one FORK to eat with in the dinette area. Good thing there was only 2 of us. All small issues that could be resolved if they would reinvest in their investment. Not what guests want to experience on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great staff. Room was quite large with fridge, sink, and small stove. Very comfortable and clean. We used their kayak (they have 1) and paddleboard, also borrowed their bikes for an afternoon ride. Great pool. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, toast, and cereal; exactly what I'd expect for a grab-and-go breakfast. It's location is central to all we wanted to do. I'd gladly stay here again.

While we did like our stay and the staff was helpful and friendly, we have two things we would like to mention. First off, it was difficult to relax in the pool or along the water because the facility’s music was always playing at a loud volume through the fake rock speakers. The one time we were outside and music wasnt playing, the atmosphere was so much more relaxing. Secondly, the wifi did not work more than a minute or two at a time. We mentioned it to one of the staff and he said others had mentioned the same problem. He said we should have been taken to a login page, while the AI text robot you are greeted with, said you should be able to click on the network and did not need a password. Third, there is no elevator. Get ready to pull your heavy suitcases upstairs. And finally, the AC is cold, the showers hot, and the beds are mostly comfortable.

Nos alojamos en una de las villas, la cual es una de las habitaciones más caras. No tenía vista directa a la playa, el cuarto estaba sucio y una de las camas estaba rota. Tuvimos vecinos ruidosos toda la noche y se hace difícil contactar al front desk porque trabajan hasta las 8 y simplemente no te contestan. El olor a marihuana constante de en el hotel es insoportable.

Never saw the kayaks or paddle boards and wasn’t an actual beach right there so no clue where you go to do that. Heard another customer say they were told one kayak was broke? Also had to put key in the wall to power certain thinks which is fine and we figured it out but would’ve taken less time if she explained that. She was very nice at checking though.

I stayed at this hotel from August 30 – September 1 and was extremely disappointed. The hotel was overbooked, forcing me to park in front of the entrance instead of the advertised boat trailer parking. On Saturday, two guest groups nearly got into a fight over marina slips, creating an unsafe environment. Staff allowed jet skis to continue using the marina past the posted 8:00 p.m. closing time, causing loud disturbances.
On Sunday, I could not launch my boat due to jet skis blocking the ramp, and staff were unhelpful — one even said, “Yeah sure, I don’t care — I need coffee” when asked about parking.
The room was also in poor condition: water damage along the baseboards, rust on shower tiles, and cracks with water damage on the ceiling above the bed. I checked out early around 2:00 p.m. because I could not tolerate the stay any longer.
Overall, this was a very unsafe and poorly managed hotel. I cannot recommend it
