The property is very beautiful. Garden area, pool & beach are lovely. The room was spacious. The gaps in doorways and open concept of bathroom did allow critters in. We had a frog in our bathroom. A lizard in our bedroom and many mosquitoes kept getting in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overal this was a very good stay

We have a condo close to this hotel but it’s being renovated, having had dinner here some 14 years ago we knew it was nice, it’s very quiet, it’s a little haven of calm amongst the madness of the surrounding areas
Rooms are nice, I would say the dining area needs a good clean and lick of paint as looks shabby now.
Staff are lovely , specially noted Yeah by the pool , he’s a lovely man, works super hard.
Lovely pool area and nice beach,
If you stay here grab a cab as 10 mins down the road is the pier to Koh Larn with its turquoise waters !
We would stay again for sure

One of the better resorts in Pattaya

The location is great and one of the better beaches in Pattaya. The property was spacious and family friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of space for everyone. Some of the poolside food was unavailable and the poolside towels ran out once in a while. We had a great time and will be going back.

Great for families & away from the city center

The hotel is far away from the Crazy Central Pattaya which makes it perfect for a relaxed family stay.

It’s obvious that this hotel has seen better times, but apparently they’re doing some renovations right now. The renovation work make it a little bit noise near to the Children’s swimming pool which is not 100% functional.

The staff is really helpful, and the sunset deck for dinner at the restaurant is amazing.

Points to improve: Looooong queues to get a coffee in the morning, the machine is old and really slow. Only one coffee machine for all the guests is not enough. The hotel should provide maps, and pamphlets with activities and attractions to do in Bangkok. You must do a research on your own, and you can ask the front desk to help you with the bookings, however being a touristic hotel it should provide information to all guests about what to do in Pattaya.

The hotel rooms are in perfect condition, but the common areas need a serious cleaning and painting job.

Second stay here, love this resort but this time was a little too busy and the updates they have done was not for the best but the worst. They invested money in wrong places. Update the furniture or fixture not ways to cut off power when guests leave

We had a lovely stay until check out. The staff is friendly and very nice in every way. At checkout they said that there was one missing cup in the room. We were treated as thief’s and had to pay for it. It also happened to our friends. But that glass was found? And no problem…

The rooms is big clean and nice. The staff is friendly and serviceminded.
Location is perfect on the beach and the hotelarea with pool also great.
Food and breakfast good.
Booring and sad part that they overprize alcohol like a glass of whine (house) is almost 310 B with servicece charge of 10%.
A 33 cl beer 135 B inc service charge.
Over all very nice and tidy hotel.
Our personal feeling is also that it is not so professional for this quality hotel with all the condoms everywhere...

The pool was great although depending on time you go they dont akwats have towels, the rooms are clean but the floors could use actually mopping. The only downside to property is private beach is not well maintained, its dirty, trash constantly littered on beach and sitting areas and other nonguests do hang out there most the day so it technically doesnt have its own private beach

We have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times the last ten years. It used to be absolutely fabulous but now something has happened to the neighbourhood. All the restaurants are gone from the beach. The bars and restaurants on the street outside is gone (even though a lot of new hotels and apartment buildings have been built here which would cater for more clientele) The service at Birds&Bees is not what it used to be and the rooms are becoming run down with very hard mattresses and noisy air con. This is sad as the thought behind the hotel and its school is great and the place with its location and jungle feel was such an oasis. But this was maybe our last visit.

The rabbits, the hilarious dining facility that is founded on social welfare and giving back -- all of that is wonderful. However, the property is in dire need of some repairs and even some upgrades. We stayed in the Big Bug suite and it was misleading to find out that our room was full of mosquitoes, located directly behind the staff parking lot (which was loud and noisy all through the night and the cigarette smoke from those on break wafted into our bathroom every day), we were quite far from the main area although relatively close to the kids pool which was fine -- but again in need of repair -- cracked slides, nails on the floorboards and in the pool area, etc...The concept is beautiful and I can see that even a couple of years ago -- it was still very well loved on and beautiful -- but it needs support in the maintenance area. Also -- the mosquito situation in our room was problematic. They did put in a nighttime repellant -- but it still didn't do anything and two of our kids still ended up with a lot of bug bites. The onsite restaurant was great -- we had an amazing table for dinner and the woman who sits outside to help with the tours was fantastic and very helpful. We will not be back to this hotel but perhaps another area of Pattaya. The location of the hotel is not ideal and as we traveled during the Christmas holiday...we were able to see that this street was not one we would like to return too. Also it would be wise of the staff to clean the beach regularly

MUST STAY HERE!! What an experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and overall experience. A MUST STAY- you will not be sorry. So sing through a jingle like setting with streams and hungry fish to feed, squirrels to watch, bunnies to pet and endless ocean views. The restaurant is FABULOUS, great prices, lots of menu photos and the food is gorgeous and verde tasty. Excellent staff, very accommodating, and short walking distance to massage, 7-11, other restaurants, private beach, etc. 5 stars!!!

A great place to stay very peaceful, (and if you want to visit all that’s on offer in Pattaya then it’s less than 10 mins in a taxi or baht bus )

This hotel was lovely and was the perfect distance by car after landing in Bangkok. We used it as a stop over on the way to Koh Samet and it was ideally located between both locations. The hotel was clean and the meals at the restaurant were good quality and plentiful. The decorations were a little quirky but when you consider the ethos of the hotel then this was ok.

This was our first stay in Thailand and didn't like Pattaya at all. But this hotel was located far enough away from Pattaya that you wouldn't know you were near.

The Beach was clean and safe and the hawkers were respectful and pleasant and it felt like the hotel was built into the jungle.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again if I come back to the area.

Awesome Resort by the Beach

I got a family room with 2 rooms, 2 toilets and a living room. The entire house is very big, not fancy but clean. I especially like the toilets where it feels like outdoor.

The resort is like in the middle of jungle. There are lots of fish, rabbits and MOSQUITOES!!! You can buy food to feed them.

There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults facing the sea and the other for kids with slides.

Overall, although there are a lot of mosquitoes, good place for family with kids!

went there for only 2 nights for relaxation, they gave me a room beside the electricity generator they offered to change it the second day in the evening which was too late, the room was filthy, the reception people can't even speak English, i asked them what time is the check out she told me at 3, and then they kept calling me from 12 o'clock to check out and rushed me every 5 mins which made me forget some stuff in the room

Quirky and interesting resort

Was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Staff were all polite and friendly. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City but still near enough to get down town or to local attractions. Cabbages and Condoms provided a superb breakfast with a wide choice of hot and cold food , coffee, tea and juices. The resort gardens and pools are clean and well maintained and I particularly recommend this resort as family friendly with some resident animal friends roaming freely within the gardens.

Our Second Visit

We checked in the staff were not very friendly. However after checking into our room we were a bit disappointed that it was such a \"closed\" room. Last time we had a room with a balcony and had lovely fresh air this time picked the room off the internet because it had the amount of beds we required. Went back to reception and there were two different ladies there who were very helpful and smiled and offered us some alternatives. They were great. We ended up staying in the room we first booked even though it had no balcony and was right next to reception.

Staff tried to screw us at check in AND out!

My family and I stayed at the resort between Sunday and Tuesday. I had a rude shock when Expedia called in Friday to tell me that my reservation had been canceled. I was already in Bangkok and have to incur expensive IDD charges to take Expedia's call about the bad news. I understand later that it was the resort's issue. When sorting out the mess, I told Expedia's staff to phone my local number. They just didn't understand simple instructions and continued to phone me incessantly.

I then decided to contact the resort directly. The lady that took my call was apologetic and suggested alternative accommodation. She admitted that the reservations clerk made a mistake. She offered us a stay in another type of room for the first night and for the second, move back to the room that we originally chose. Otherwise, we can choose to stay in a 'basic' room for both nights. I was baffled-they made a mistake and I'm now inconvenience and/or made to stay in a basic room when I paid for something better?? I'm also surprised that the resort did not offer a better room to make up for their mistake. I insisted that the lady offer a better solution before she reluctantly offered an upgrade. I put down the phone and thought that this would be the end of it. When my family and I reached the resort on Sunday, the check in staff had the audacity to totally ignore what was being agreed upon and try to offer me their accommodation solutions that i had rejected. They even let me to these rooms to try

Good stay at Birds & Bees!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was simple but clean. The breakfast was good, not very extensive but it had everything you would want for a satisfying breakfast. The hotel itself was very pretty, the rainforest was amazing and it was nice to see the great social work the foundation is doing. We were really happy to contribute to this cause in a small way.

We arrived in Pattaya for a friends wedding and it was exactly what we expected- busy, noisy and very seedy. But Birds and Bees resort was a beautiful place to relax , unwind and get away from all the mayhem of Pattaya. I would highly recommend staying here while in Pattaya.

Great for young children indeed. From the big rabbits, to the trampoline, the children pool, the big pool, the dynamo bikes (used to water plants, make music or rinse you after a swim), to the clean, fresh air. Too bad we missed the rainbow garden, not knowing that the rainbow goes on only twice a day at specific time. Makes sure to check the times with the reception at check-in if you want to see the rainbow.

The hotel has that impressive factor. Staff welcome you to the hotel and then you are taken to the room.

You walk through a very lovely garden area with misting machines. We had a basic room. Suppose to be a double however it was a two single beds stuck together. The room was simply but clean, fridge, WiFi and small shower.

You walk again and reach the pool. Looks great and overlooking the sea. The restaurant is also over looking the sea. it's expensive and I didn't find the service to be great. Breakfast was good but let down by poor service.

Location your away from the walking street so it's nice and quiet. Beach isn't the best looks great at sunset.

One issue I have with the hotel is mosquitoes. Built round a garden they are all over the place. You might say thats nature but the hotel does nothing to stop them.

Overall very different and mixed review. Very nice gardens and layout with great pool. Sunset was excellent (book a table if you want best view) but food expensive, basic room, staff not the most friendly and mosquito haven.

A better place to stay in Pattaya

Over the past 15 years I have stayed at BnB resort from time to time. It's separated from the high rises, concrete and the bars of Pattaya by being on Pratumnak hill on a cliff facing a small beach. The jungle entry provides a feeling of seclusion. The beach is nothing special, but probably as good as it will get on the mainland. The restaurant faces the Gulf and provides one of the nicest views in the area. A par 3 golf course across the street is the primary reason why I stay there. Many couples with small children stay there. There are two pools on the property, one for children. Unfortunately, parents with children may opt to use the \"adult\" pool, which can make it difficult to do adult swimming for exercise. My only negative experience in my many stays there involved such selfish parents who didn't respect the needs of others.

J’avais une chambre qui était séparée par une simple porte d’une autre chambre. Malheureusement pour moi dans cette autre chambre, il y avait quelqu’un qui ronflait très très fort. De plus, les climatisations étaient du côté de la fenêtre, donc entre l’abri des machines et du ronfleur, c’était compliqué de dormir sans boules Quies.

Vid poolområdet var solsängarna var dammiga och trasiga, man la inte fram madrasser och sopade undan löv. Nere vid stranden fick man springa och jaga någon personal som kunde plocka fram solsängar så det räckte åt gästerna som var där. Även de var trasiga och smutsiga, det mesta kändes bortglömt.
Restaurangen Cabbage and Condoms levererade god mat som vanligt, stora delar av restaurangen var dock avstängd.
Ha lite koll på vilket rum i beställer, fick ett rum i en länga bakom hotellet som mer kändes som tjänstebostäder. Helt och rent men utan thekokare på rummet och hårda sängar, fungerade bra för en natt.

Hotel like jungle full of nature was the best. The food is also delicious. The restaurant menu is very delicious and reasonable. The staff is also kind. A tour can be applied at the entrance, which is also reasonable. I want to go there again. My family who likes nature is happy. I love it.

酒店临海，有自己的沙滩海浴场，沙质好，两个泳池也很棒，酒店自然环境很好，树木园林设计都不错，加上鸟鸣和小松鼠。
服务总体满意，个别清洁人员素质有待提高，沙滩服务设施有待提高。

Ihana puutarha-alue ja muutenkin kaunis kokonaisuus. Ikinä ei uskoisi olevansa Pattayalla. Huone hyvin perustasoinen, mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi, kun vedenkeittimenkin sai vuokrata edullisesti. Lähialueella hyvin ravintoloita, keskustaankin pääsee edullisesti taksilla. Mukavat uima-allasalueet ja rantakin siisti.

rooms 201-209 VERY NOISY. air condition from kitchen running 22 hours a day....could not sleep at all.
asked for room change and received after 4 days room 113 in other part of the resort and it was ok later on.
