Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double.
Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast.
Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell.

This is a lovely hotel very well positioned for a hotel stop over when travelling though France. The food served here is amazing! So worth stopping just for that!

A very good alternative stopover coming North from the Med rather than the major route. The food seems to be very popular with local people, and it is good, so it is worth booking your meal.

The rooms were very small with no closet space; the toilet looked like it had never seen bleach; the rest of the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. It states on the website that there are English spoken staff, we never found one in either reception or restaurant. Overall the reception staff were un-welcoming and all were of a very young age and keen to just close up and go. The bar shut exactly at 9.30 pm and 10pm weekend. No other bars or restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps a vending machine for soft drinks would be a good idea for the future!

Great Hotel excellent value for money
This hotel is a real gem. I stay here normally twice a year and it represents real value for money. The rooms are mounted with flat screen wall mounted TVs and the decor is modern.
The staff are always helpful and friendly and the food is of excellent quality. The restaurant has a la carte style dining or a large buffet selection which offers an excellent choice.

On arrival the hotel looks a little old fashioned, very sixties. We entered the lobby to find a bright cheery atmosphere and a warm welcome from the receptionist.
Our Room was fine for an overnight stay,the bathroom was the weak spot,t was probably out of date when built in the sixties and now needs a complete makeover.
The dining room was a delight, a wonderful Hors D'oivre buffet, followed by a very good main meal,and all at a reasonable price, well worth returning for.

La personne qui nous a accueilli le vendredi soir par très aimable nous a même pas indiqué où sont les chambres.
Le soir repas servi froid onglet froid et pâtes froides le tout a été renvoyé en cuisine. Personnel pas très sympathique lors du service. Pizzas et buffet très corrects. Le lendemain et lors de notre départ la personne à l'accueil était fort sympathique et souriante. Ca nous a fait changer d'avis. Par contre chambres et hôtel très propres. L'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sur le jardin sont calmes. Je conseille malgré tout cet hôtel.

Petite chambre propre vite fait mais bruyante. Pas de consigne particuliere indiqué lors de mon arrivé à la resception. Hotel avec restaurant... Lorsque je suis arrivé pour diner, le restaurant etait moitier vide, au dire de la serveuse complet. Juste une place à la table d'hôtes. Je suis donc parti diner a l'extérieur retour a 23 heures restaurant et hotel fermé. Heureusement que jai croisé une personne qui sortait par l'acces de nuit de l'hotel... lui aussi etait perdu. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Je n'ai pas trouvé que cet hôtel valait ses 3 étoiles, sélectionné pour avoir un confort de 3 étoiles, j'ai plutôt eu l'impression d'avoir séjourné dans un 2, hormis le restaurant qui justifie surement la note. Il serait bien de ne pas se servir des couloir pour entreposer la marchandise, ce n'est pas très sérieux pour les clients. Le personnel est toutefois sympathique et accueillant

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable dans votre région. L'hôtel était très bien , avec une équipe sympa et très serviable. Nous avons très bien mangés et il y avait une carte variée avec des spécialités jurassiennes. Si un jour nous devions retourner dans cette région, nous retournerions certainement dans cette hôtel. Et nous le recommanderons à nos amis et connaissances.

Les réservations par hôtel.com sont les plus mal placés (j’ai été logé au rez de chaussée), l’accueil tres mauvais, la chambre humide et pourri, les égouts remontaient, donc chambre puante; tres bruyant aussi (le long de la voie rapide).
On m’a dit au restaurant que le menu était imposé, car il est trop tard et la cuisine est fermée - après moi les habitués sont arrivés et ont pu choisir les plats à la carte ! Service déplorable.

C'est une chambre ca ???
La chambre était tout simplement horrible!!! Pour un trois étoile on s'attend à avoir un minimum de confort mais la se fut la déception totale! Chambre très petite, en bout de couloir (on ne captait pas le wifi), une seule et unique prise électrique de libre (pour recharger les téléphones c'était à tout de role) et le pire fut la salle de bain! Une odeur nauséabonde, une douche pour personne à mobilité réduite (donc une douche complètement et totalement ouverte ... juste en face d'une fenêtre...), obligée de passer la raclette au sol après chaque utilisation de la douche et en plus de ca les canalisations devaient pleines car l'eau mettait beaucoup de temps à s'évacuer (dans parler de l'odeur ... obligé de laisser la fenêtre constamment ouverte! )
Bref je déconseille fortement! Il y a d'autres hôtels tout aussi sympathiques proches de Lons le Saunier qui ne cumulent pas les étoiles mais qui sont beaucoup mieux.

Hôtel propre. La salle d'eau est cependant assez petite et a rafraîchir. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit plutôt confortable. Nous avons eu une chambre côté route mais nous ne l'avons pas entendu.
