Elevator service intermittent at best, elevators always broke down and out of service.

Food was limited and poor quality. Alcohol options also limited and poor for “all-inclusive”.

Very expensive and limited taxi service over $100 euro to get to town.

The good about this place is staff are generally friendly and view amazing.

This hotel has some unfair ratings. We were a little worried by the ratings before we arrived as they had dipped since we booked. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly. The food is typical all inclusive food and very nice to eat.

I thnk the people who complained wanted a la carte champagne menu for fish and chip prices. It is well worth the money we paid and we both loved it.

The only thing I found annnoying was the wasps. If they could be addressed then there would be no complaints at all.

Very remote. 80 euros return for a taxi to go 6 miles to go to nearby town.
Staff and views are brilliant but very rundown. Only 1 small shower gel a day and no other toiletries. Pool area never washed down even after complaint. Food average but not genuine Coke. Really needs updating totally. The staff try really hard to make everything good for you. I feel sorry for them. Needs a good clean and coat of paint.

I recently stayed at Sunshine Corfu Hotel & Spa All Inclusive , and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From start to finish, it was a nightmare.

**Food**: The food served at the hotel was of extremely poor quality. I ended up getting food poisoning after eating one of their meals, which completely ruined my stay. The food was not only tasteless but clearly unhygienic. I was sick for days and had to seek medical attention due to the severity of my symptoms.

**Room**: The room was another disaster. It was dirty when I checked in, with visible stains on the bedding and dust everywhere. The bathroom was grimy, and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Despite my complaints to the staff, the room was never properly cleaned during my stay.

**Service**: The service was equally appalling. The staff was unhelpful and rude. When I brought up my concerns about the food and the cleanliness of the room, they were dismissive and made no effort to address the issues. I felt completely neglected and ignored.

**Conclusion**: This hotel was a total disappointment in every aspect. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about your health, comfort, and overall experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay. This place is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs.

The food and resturant staff are so friendly specially the chef himself but the room was dirty and full of dust after I mention that to the manager. She told me she is going to take care of it but during our stay the room was full of dust. In general liked staying in the hotel good pool facilities and the food was fab just needed more attention in cleaning the rooms

Hotel is not a Four Star. Old and outdated. No wifi, non working elevators, and food was disgusting all around. Save your money and go elsewhere. Hotel Managers should all be fired. I don't blame the workers for Management letting this place fall apart. Was probably nice in the 1940s and has not been updated, painted, and/or upgraded since.

We stayed in Sunshine Corfu Hotel 3 nights. This review is from a couple in their 30s.
Positive things about the hotel:
-stunning views, the hotel is situated on the hill with access to rocky beach
-Mamma Mia a la carte restaurant has an amazing view (prior booking is required)
-No deposit is required for beach towels

Negative things about the hotel:
-the food and drinks need to be improved
-noisy rooms
-elevators keep breaking
-hotel needs a renovation

I was really excited about this property as the pictures looked incredible however the only incredible part was the view! My room was dirty with what looked like mold and the tap was covered in gross green colour! There were two nice staff members the rest I felt as though I was bothering them! Overall would not recommend to anyone I was very disappointed!

Essentially a nice location with great facilities, however the hotel bathrooms and general maintenance was very poor. Not great food either and overall disappointed. Only made good by the nice pools (albeit tiles falling off and the private beach) Most of the staff on site were great and friendly and the free alcohol helped. We won't be returning..

On the whole we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel . The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and totally trustworthy ( my phone was found my a member of staff and handed back to me ) The entertainment was fantastic and the team where the best I’ve ever encountered , fun , happy and really lovely people . The facilities are amazing and the hotel pools and beach are stunning . Reception staff really great too , very helpful with queries and booking taxis , trips etc . The food was fine, lots of choice and tasty . Slight areas of disappointment - one member of staff behind the bar outside the main dining room was unbelievably rude , we overheard him tell a child who didn’t have the correct money for a drink to read the sign properly ! His behavior and attitude was so much in the minority though that he was easy to ignore ! The bedrooms whilst clean and spacious could do with a few updates - just looking a bit tired really . On the whole it was a great holiday , especially for families and I would definitely go back .

Accommodation a little tired and not as shown in the pictures. The hotel is in an amazing spot, the private beach was perfect for snorkelling. The two pools were ideal, one relax pool and one that had music and entertainment all day.
The food was fantastic as they did plenty of traditional Greek food as well as other dishes to please everyone, especially the kids.
Overall I will probably return as I had an amazing time with my two boys and I love Corfu

Hotel offers amazing views and nice Rocky beaches nearby.A lot of different good food,drinks,nice staff .But unfortunatelly downside is cleanless ,especially in a room on arrival.we had to clean floor before settle.rooms are spacious, but out dated, definitely not 4 star!! Hotel was 4 star probably 4 years ago ,but now needs improvements to get back where it was.lifts not cleaned,windows dirty .Some public toilets in terrible condition.

The room we were given was in an annex; the condition of which is disgusting to say the least! One may as well have slept on the floor it would been as uncomfortable! There was no kettle in the room and the room was serviced on the first morning and not after that; when we complained the comment was, Oh! No apology, or we'll get someone down there - nothing! When I checked out, again there was no comment about the servicing of the room; I can only assume that the night receptionist does not speak any English; this was certainly the case when I asked for a kettle for the room; the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about.
If this is a 4 Star hotel someone should reassess the annex to this establishment, because it doesn't rate at all!

Our duplex apartment was awful the worst we have ever stayed as a family. The beds were very basic with poor quality bedding. The toilet had a massive stain in it, my kids refused to use it, they used the toilet in the main reception. some of the light switches didn't work, the telephone to contact the reception didn't work and the shower curtain was filthy. This is NOT a 4star hotel. I am a teacher and always travel I wouldn't rate this facility even a 2 star. AWFUL! AWFUL!

We had wonderfull time in Corfu Sunshine. My son was impresed by animation team an activities on activity pool. Our room was comfortable and it had a great view to sea and pools. Small private beach was amazing, but there were no enough sunbeds and sunumbrelas. Also, the elevators are overcrowded.

The views around this hotel are breath taking. The quiet pool area is beautiful. Really good that all childrens pool activities are in seperate pool. Plenty sunbeds and parasols. Although they could do with a bar around this pool as you had to go up 6 flights or down 2 to get a cool drink or the toilet. Downside not enough going on at night time for adults. Only 2 nights of entertainment that left a lot to be desired and there is only one local Taverna at the top of a very steep hill. If you want to go to Italian restaurant you need to book a week in advance although reception didnt inform us of this. Food ok but got to admit the food seemed to be very repetitive. Claims there is internet in rooms but only managed to get it for one night.

Beautiful views spoilt by disappointing food

This hotel is situated in a very quiet area of the island with beautiful views and a lovely private beach. The whole hotel including the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a bungalow with a balcony and sea view which was modern and well looked after. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell of drain coming from the bathroom but this is to be expected somewhat for countries such as Greece. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Disappointingly, the lovely views and cleanliness of the hotel were spoilt for us by the poor food choice and quality - this hotel definitely does not cater for a British palate. Out of the four nights we stayed in this hotel we ate at the grill across the road on three occasions. The drinks menu was also very limited and extremely disappointing. I understand that at all inclusive hotels the selection of alcohol will be smaller and limited to local spirits and wines, but these were spoilt by poor quality mixers that were flat and did not taste good. I drank water for the most part of our stay (the grill across the road does fabulous cocktails). Since the hotel is situated in a very quiet resort we were limited on options for dining and drinking out in the evening. Although the views were lovely I would not stay here again purely based on the poor food as this is a key part of our holidays.

Views amazing and a great place to hire a boat and explore the coastal villages.
Some areas of hotel could be updated and someone could clean the windows in the lift down to the beach. Currently dirty windows make it look unloved.

Nice location on top of hill with stunning view.There was NO problems to get Sun beds & umbrellas as there are Two good size pools.Access to the very pebbly beach is by lifts or can walk down if you are able person . the room we had was on 6th floor with lovey view and with good space but could do with redecorating,was cleaned everyday but had to ask to top up toiletries.As we are vegetarians there was ample of choice but same thing almost everyday but did not hungry.The head chef was always there to give us guidance with the vegetarian selection.all inclusive was all local with limited selection of cocktails which was served in small glasses.Spa and massage facilities was v good .overall it was a pleasant stay as we needed to rest and get some sun

Hotel had its' own beach and had great scenery from all angles of the hotel. The rooms needed updating but wasn't too much of an issue as we were hardly in it. Entertainment was fine, but everything closed too early for us. Loved just chilling by the pool with the sun and a juice/cocktail. The only major dissapoinmemt is, that there weren't enough bars- could always use for more bar areas on some of the other levels as its a trek from one one pool to the next. The hotel offered a 15 minute free massage in their spa, the spa menu for other treatments was excellent and I was very satisfied with my session.

terrible place to stay

stay was very poor ruined our holiday. they messed up our rooms giving us a shared room with 3 adults 2 x children when we paid for 3 x bungalows. rooms smelled of urine and there was a huge wasp infestation forcing us to leave the hotel to eat and relax. we had paid all inc so spent money we shouldn't have spent to get away from the wasps. the staff wasn't interested about this. there were wasp nests on my balcony. children were terrified as 3 members of the party were stung. the food was poor and general look of the hotel was tired. you do not get what is advertised.

Good hotel, could do with modernisation. Comfortable, but basic. Good variety of food options, excellent salads and breads. Heaps of choices. The hotel is on the side of a hillside like most in Nissaki so some walking, but lifts do go all the way to the beach. Loved the relax pool.

Beautiful family bungalow with a lovely view.

Spent a very relaxing week here at the end of May with my partner and our one year old daughter. Excellent variety of food - Greek salads, fresh fruit, different meats and fish, all lovely! Also had a meals at the Greek restaurant and Italian restaurant on site, again both were brilliant and felt like you were eating out of the complex. Would definitely go back. Staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you :)

I found the cleanliness of the hotel not to a good Standard round the pool was very dirty the pool was never Cleaned they also had only 1 pool side bar which was 8 Floors Down and 8 floors up so people wouldn't be bothered to get a drink also the waiters took the wine glasses away when you sat down of lunch

Second time we have been there and loved it, again. Really friendly staff, clean and quite rooms (especially bungalows) with good selection of food and drink, which is just what we wanted. Not the best location if you want lots of walks to other towns or looking for a busy night clubing.

I was even surprised there is no coffee/tea making facility in the rooms.

The food in the main restaurant is very repetitive but good selection, and the restaurants Italian and Greek are not upto 4 star standard.

Fabulous location, lousy food and entertainment

Starting with the positives : this hotel is in a fabulous location - away from the noisy nightlife of some of the other areas in Corfu, and right on the seafront ( and what a beautiful sea it is). The disappointment came from the misrepresented food outlets and quality of food. Having never gone all inclusive in the past we were pleased that the hotel we had picked had 3 restaurants to choose from - little did we know that it has 1 large canteen style restaurant, and 2 others that you had to queue to put your name down for (and with only 70 places per night in a 300 odd bedroom hotel not everyone got to experience these)...the food quality and choice in the \"canteen\" was not great and so after day 3 our supposed \"all-inclusive\" stay got quite costly as we ate out in the numerous, wonderful taverna's surrounding the hotel. ALL the entertainment was in French and so again other language speakers missed out. Whilst we loved Corfu it has cured any thoughts that \"all-inclusive\" is a good or cost effective option, and as this is all this hotel offers I would not return.

We arrived at the Sunshine Corfu Hotel and Spa and were welcomed with a very nice cocktail and after a stressful flight where easyjet had lost one of my suitcases, the hotel staff made me feel relaxed. . We had booked all-inclusive which is the best value for money. A nice young gentlemen with glasses (sorry forgot first name) showed me our bungalow and the two swimming pools on the way. The hotel is excellently located on the beach with lots of facilities, two bars, relax and activity pool, spa and three restaurants. My favourite restaurant was Dionyssus as it catered for families, with vegetarian options and was fully air-conditioned. The beach was just downstairs and excellent water sports and cocktails from Thalassa and Posiedon. All staff very friendly and helpful. Throughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone for a lovely relaxing break on a beautiful island. Incidently I got my suitcase back the next day, and the hotel staff delivered it straight to the bungalow in the morning.

Location is amazing. Food is terrible!

If you can get a bungalow style room. They're slightly more dated than the usual rooms at the same price, but the views are amazing and they're lovely and quiet.

The beach is gorgeous and water crystal clear. We travelled in early July before the summer holidays hit and the place was nice and quiet.

The hotel is really let down by the food. All cuts of meat are on the bone. Friday is definitely fish day with fish soup, whole monkfish, fish pasta bake, fried anchovies, fish paella. Even the salad had fish in it. If you're planning on travelling with children beware they will likely go hungry! Also, the bars werent open on the beach or the pools at the time we visited, so be prepared for long walks/lift rides to the bars located some 8 floors away.

The hotel is French owned and all entertainment, including pool activities are in French. So unless you speak the lingo be prepared for quiet nights!

Arrived at hotel right at top of hill, amazing view, cannot fault the view. Walked in staff very freindly and helpful. Checked in almost straight away.. Room was lovely , outside was connected to swimming pool directly. Again, amazing views. Alcoholic drinks taste like non alcoholic drinks, you have to pay €5 extra for BRANDED alcohol which is ridiculous. Food at the hotel was not good, same selection every morning , lunch and dinner. I would just stick to the break and butter if u don't wanna upset your tummy or if your used to seasoned food!! Left the key at the bar , at check out got charged €30 which was kind of not fair.

Beach was very small , not much sand. Water facilities were okay. When we first arrived had lovely motor ride along the coast.

Every one was either 50+ or French.

Be careful when booking if u want to go for relaxing time or party time !!

Had a lovely week in nissaki at the hotel, staff were abit lost at first but as the week progressed they were much more helpful and friendly, the bar on second level was probably my favourite area as they did the cocktails to a reasonable level given that it was cheap alcohol and the bartenders were very friendly. We also found it really easy to get into kerkira with the green bus which cost €2.20, apart from our one trip to the main town we spent our time at the hotel and had a great time at the pool and beach (ample sun loungers)

I bboked what was a 4* hotel, yet arrived to a 3* hotel (at best). pools, beach and all inclusive food/drinks were fine but the rooms, facilities and hotel in geneal is very dates. If you book a garden view bungalow be prepared for no natural light, VERY dated and no air con.
The only thing that made my stay pleasurable was insisting a move to the main building and the staff arranging eventuallu (with persistance) and also noted they receive many disappiunted guests, as websites don't show the hotel in it's true condition.

I wouldn't recommed to anyone who likes 4* and above - pay that little extra and enjoy your accommodation

Would unfortunately only stay in the main hotel as the cottages are in need of refurbishment we upgraded and had a superb room excellent value with an outside seating area next to the pool. The food is basic but good with a good choice all in all great value .

My worst nightmare hotel more like a two star

My worst nightmare I went with my 16 yr old daughter our bungalow was old dirty mould everywhere in bathroom not nice the hotel loved you if you were French German Russian but not English we had no water one day out toilet didn't work each day so had to complain to get it mended the wasps attack you you can't use the do called snack bar as wasps swarm it main restaurant food discusting the same thing over again you couldn't get booked into the other two as always booked up so gave up in the end we ate out the beach was ok but no beach bar open so had to go loads of steps for a drink or toilet all in all don't go there we both had bad tummys as do did a lot of people all entertainment in French do not go there it's not worth it we spent a lot of money to go out most days and night keep well away especially if your English

All inclusive resort

If you are looking for an inexpensive beach holiday in beautiful surroundings near a clear warm sea, this resort is just fine. The resort is definitely looking a bit worn, but the large reception rooms, hotel rooms, pools and beach are clean and pretty. Oddly, we found it difficult to get information about all the many free activities that the hotel provides...there seem to be no written lists anywhere! And the front reception desk seemed a bit unhelpful, but all other staff were lovely. Over the week we learned about the archery and gym classes in the morning, the afternoon games, and the evening dances. We were also thrilled to discover (not really mentioned on expedia) that everything was free of charge..breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, cocktails..and all sorts of drinks, all day long. Finally, favourite part of our stay were the boat tours south to Corfu town and north to Cyppriano (sp?) with a lovely Greek couple (20 Euro a person for a half day trip..so very worth it!) Also, next to the resort is a watersport place: motorboats to rent for the day for 80 euro (all day) and kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, etc.

Best service!! Staff makes you feel unique

From the moment we arrived, the Manager received us at the front gate with a warm welcome. They gave us a special treat as it was our wedding anniversary and even managed to get a comfortable cot bed for our baby without even asking for one. EveryOne was very kind and helpful. The views of the hotel are simply amazing.

Fabulous stay at Sunshine Corfu hotel, Nassaki

On arrival we met Anna who was one of the managers of the hotel, a lovely young lady who greeted us, unfortunately with bad news. The rooms we were booked into had a few problems due to flooding and due to the hotel having full capacity we were transferred to a local hotel to stay the night. In the morning we were again transferred back to the hotel were we met Hilary who was also one of the managers and who was very apologetic due to the unfortunate flooding of the rooms, unexpectedly she upgraded our room to our delight. The room was spotless with clean white bed linen and towels. The views from the balcony were breathtaking so picturesque. The management of the hotel made up for the first night, our rooms were upgraded, we had wine and a beautiful fruit basket delivered to our room and on our third day we had the hire of a car paid for by management. We couldn't fault the experience, apart from the first night, the hotel was fabulous along with great staff who were very helpful and friendly who made our stay very enjoyable. The food was spectacular and delicious. We would highly recommend a stay at the Sunshine Corfu hotel. x

Dont waste your money

Utterly disappointing don't bother the hotel is dirty, the food is abysmal,the staff seem to hate the paying guests --- there's no way this is a four star. More like a 2 star.

Clean 4 star hotel

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was above average and plentiful. Full service bar included. Only complaint was we had a queen bed which consisted of two twin beds pushed together with mattress only. No boxsprings. The view was spectacular!! For the price this hotel and spa was worth it!!

Lovely friendly hotel

I had an amazing time at this hotel, the views are beautiful and the food even tough it was a buffet and all inclusive was really tasty. The drinks are served till 2am.

The room was a Bit dated with no blackout blind but was very clean and comfortable.

I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to couples and family's.

Girlie break

Female friends on a child free holiday stayed for long weekend and were not disappointed.
We were very lucky to have room with private decking/ sunbathing area we access direct onto pool: was idyllic for our relaxing weekend of simply lazing in the sun by the pool.
There are plenty of sunbeds scattered around the various pools, sun decks and beach areas allowing for all tastes- and lots over guests.

Food choice was great and although the local red wine wasn't to my liking the white wines were great :) It was busy in food hall one night and was not in high season so not sure how it would be if it was a lot busier.

A popular place for French people and most if entertainment was in French: this didn't bother us as we just wanted chill time which the beautiful location and facilities provided.

Very beautiful location with couple of tavernas and local shops within walking distance but unless you want change of scene there is little reason to leave the complex.

Staff friendly and work very hard to make the stay great.

Not for young, solo, active people

Hotel is nice and the staff work really hard on making your experience there great. The location is far from Corfu Town and other villages/beaches you might want to visit. Renting a car is a must as otherwise you pay £45 per cab to get anywhere; buses go 3 times per day and not in late afternoon or evening time. Food was fine but I was hoping to have more authentic greek food there.

Good Hotel for Families - Especially French ones!

The Hotel was generally ok, not 5 star but more like 3 star but clean. Maid came everyday. Food was good with lots of choice. Cocktails were good but loved also by the wasps! The hotel was not too crowded and there was lots to do for the kids but as the teen and kids club was run but French staff my teenagers were not encouraged to join in which made it a bit boring for them. Positives were that the staff were very friendly with lovely views and great pools There were a lot of steps but no problem as there were also lifts that we didn't queue for at all. While there is lots to do at the hotel it is a bit isolated so without a car its difficult and expensive to explore the island. Hire car would have been over 300 Euros. The spa was great but the staff rather aloof and there was not shower gel in the shower so rather took the edge off my £70 chocolate rub. Top tip, book any treatments at breakfast in the morning to get 20% off. If you book at the spa they won't give you the daily offer. All together a good holiday but for no more than 7days if you don't have a car!

We stayed in the suites which were by far the best accomadation in the hotel with a friut platter & wine on arrival . From arrival in reception to departure.staff were excellent, mangement especially ANNA , restaurant & barstaff & reception vIery friendly & helpful . Aninmation team so much energy.,lots of activitiies through the day & night for all ages . Rooms very clean . wide choice of buffet foods in restaurants. All the usual water sports on private beach . Beach was very private & clean however very stoney . mainly french speaking in may excellent holiday may 2012

From the moment we arrived & were greeted by smiles & drinks,to our departure,the staff were so warm and friendly to us.
The food was very good,with plenty of variety.
Our bungalo was very clean & the beds were more comfortable than most 5 star hotels.
The whole site was impressively clean & the views were outstanding.

Sunshine Nisaki in Corfu

Everything about our stay was relaxing. Our bungalow was very clean, and very tidy. As one should expect, the professionalism of the staff was excellent - very attentive.
The quality of the food at the restaurant was very nice, and the selection of dishes was very good - very adequate without being made to feel that one was at a food palace..
The hotel area was cleaned frequently, and the only litter to be found was from the guests who did not want to walk to the very conveniently located trash receptacles.

A Great Value for a couple in Corfu

We loved this hotel! The grounds are breath taking and view of the Ionian Sea is Spectacular. The room is a a great value for a couple. The meals in the buffet restaurant were delicious and offered a variety. One complaint was not enough Greek food on the buffets. However, the Greek Taverna (every other night at poolside) had a variety of Greek dishes. The other night is Italian food
Domestic Beer and Wine were abundant and all included. The pool-side bar offered mixer grade rum, vodka, gin, ouzo and tequilla with juices. Guests would have liked a beach bar, but in 100 steps up the hill (or take the lift) the pool bar was ready to serve.
Activities were available for adults , teens and older and younger kids or guests could lounge peacefully in and around the relaxing upper deck pool.
The great value for a couple was not so great for a family with two teens. In addition to higher charges for a more spacious room there was an additional $charge per teen per night change which raised the tax and fee charge. So, $charge for a couple in a double room became $(considerably more) for 2 adults and a 12 and 14 year old (we stayed elsewhere the second trip back to Korfu).
This was great long weekend away in a picturesque setting at a charming and luxurious hotel with plenty of great food to eat.

El hotel tiene unas vistas preciosas pero está súper antiguo y le hace falta una reforma. Está en varias alturas y toca estar todo el día subiendo y bajando, los ascensores todos los días estaban estropeados. Para personas de movilidad reducida no está habilitado para nada. La playa es pequeñita pero bonita y el acceso es bastante complicado

Vi var väldigt nöjda med utsikten, den var verkligen fantastisk och höjde hela vistelsen. Däremot kändes hotellet i sig lite gammalt och maten var ganska trist, inget som stack ut. Vi reste i början av oktober och då var mycket av hotellets service redan stängd, bland annat spaavdelningen och den bättre restaurangen. Eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som ett spahotell kändes det missvisande att dessa faciliteter inte var tillgängliga. Hade vi vetat det i förväg hade vi nog valt ett annat hotell.

Nachdem ich das Hotel gebucht hatte las ich nur negative Bewertungen und hatte meine Zweifel aber vor Ort habe ich mich super wohl gefühlt und Spaß gehabt. Schöne ruhige Anlage, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch schön. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich muss ich sagen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

C est un hôtel qui pourrait être top mais qui est laissé à l abandon
Literie horrible propreté à désirer piscine jamais nettoyer guêpes partout normal il y a des nids qui ne sont pas traités impossible de prendre l apéro dehors
Les cocktails pas top non plus et pas beaucoup de choix de tout façon se sont des jus chimique
Buffet pas très varié toujours les mêmes choses et beaucoup de congelé
Spa pourrait être fou et 1 seule masseuse
La crise a du passer par là mais c est vraiment dommage

L’hôtel jouit d’une vue splendide sur la mer. C’est à peu près la seule chose positive. Pour le reste: 1) l’hôtel est bruyant et sale (chambres tres sales avec, par exemple, de vieux goblets laissés sous les lits, femmes de chambre qui font le strict minimum - un lit sur deux ???, des salles de bain jamais nettoyées, flexible de douche cassé…, serviettes enlevées mais pas remplacées, ni savon ni gel douche, terrasse jamais balayée, transats cassés…), 2) la nourriture dégoûtante, peu variée, fade et franchement mauvaise (foie de veau pour les enfants ???), le restaurant italien sur réservation est une catastrophe: pâte à pizza congelée avec jambon récupéré du petit-déjeuner, sans compter les guêpes qui attaquent en raison, renseignements pris, des 9 nids sous la terrasse non traités… sans oublier les boissons : jus de fruit en poudre, alcool bas de gamme… Bref: une expérience très chère à oublier très vite

Old rundown hotel, low quality food,

This hotel has two good sides - dedicated personell and nice views from the balcony.

But the hotel itself is rundown. Lacking service and maintenance, mould from the aircon, unfresh air in the corridor, cockroaches, and lack of choice when it comes to food. The food is of low quality, basically the cheapest one can get, damped in fat. No single lifeguard, neither at the pool nor at the beach. Remote location-uber costs 60€ one way. I will NOT come back.
