Perfect location, always friendly stuffs, nice lounge, but the property is definitely a little old, kind of older than my image, I stayed the property years ago, it’s more pleasant experiences at that time.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Traveling in China can be challenging for foreigners, especially with restrictions on Google and many other apps. Additionally, obtaining a local SIM card was not possible for me, as Chinese telecom providers require a national ID. I was initially concerned about my Expedia reservation due to these limitations, but the front desk staff—particularly Winnie—was incredibly helpful and professional. Winnie promptly confirmed our reservation, scanned our passports, and assigned us a non-smoking room. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities and provide helpful information about local tours and transportation options.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and eager to assist with any questions we had. The location is also very convenient—there’s a subway station right across the street, and the train station is just a short walk away (about three blocks).

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Dalian.

The room was fantastic and the cleaning service was very good. The breakfast and main buffet meals were very good. Swimming pool was very good.

The bar was shocking. Staff didn’t understand what people wanted to drink. Very expensive and always empty. The 2 restaurants that were in the hotel were awful. Very expensive. Rubbish food and very rude staff. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Free bottle water everyday. Pretty views from the high floors.
If the guests can adjust the room temperature to a comfortable level, it would make my stay a pleasant one.

Fast check in, and upgrade my room when I asked for quite and higher level. Hotel is located in the city centre, very convenient . Room is spacious, nice tub. This hotel is not brand new hotel but the quality is beyond the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and stay again next time.

Don’t stay in this hotel

Old building and furniture. The worst reception I’ve gotten in any hotel. I ordered shrimp ceaser salad and the shrimp was raw. I ordered spaghetti bolognese that stinks.The lady at the reception was rude and probably was swearing in her language. I must return to the city and I will book in a serviced apartment.

Won’t be back!

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel for business! Firstly I booked my hotel over a month before my arrival! Only to find out that they only had smoking rooms available. Because I don’t smoke this is not an option! I had to wait 2 hours to get a room which they said was an upgrade! It wasn’t. The aircon didn’t work in the main part of the room only the bathroom! The overall room smells terrible! The internet drops constantly so you can’t work properly on your lap top! The hotel it’s self I felt had really gone down hill in the last 6 months since my 1st stay! I won’t be coming back for business and have already searched other options! The only plus is the breakfast.

Great Hotel, especially for China.

The hotel is close to many places that are nice to see. There are several malls that are close for good food, including some nice indian food. The hotel also features a decent little beer place downstairs, no food just snacks but the draft beer is pretty good.

Though slightly dated, the rooms and facilities were top notch. I received an upgrade to a higher floor which provided an amazing view of the city and harbor. The city is quiet at night, even with 6 million residents, so walking the various squares and roundabouts is quiet pleasant. The value for the stay was excellent and you would be hard pressed to find a room at an intercontinental in other cities for anywhere near the price at this location.

Horrible Service

My first time in this Hotel and will never stay again. First of all Internet is charged a high price and does not work. Speed is ridiculous. Also, on check in they did a pre-authorization from my credit card (standard procedure) but on my first lunch at the hotel they said I could not charge to my room because pre-authorization was not enough. Anyways, small things that happened everytime we needed something. Dalian has many other options that are better than this for the same price.

A good alternative to the older 5 star hotels

A great alternative to the older 5 star hotels in Dalian. Booked a superior room which in all aspects was superior. Great comfort and atmosphere, quiet, well equipped (DVD, safe, ameneties), very spacious (huge actually) and a very comfortable bed. Good central location. Friendly and accomodating staff although way too many glitches in the actual service offered. Poor/no shop for daily items like cigarettes, magazines or newspapers. Overall great value for money though.

체크인했을때 화장실 문이 없는 호실을 배정받아서 데스크에서 확인하고 바꿔줌
바꾼 룸은 컨디션괜찮았음
예약할때 고층으로해서 뷰좋았음 대련항과 바다까지 보인다.
짐을 옮겨주고 호실 이전할때 도와준 eric先生이 친절했음
아침식사 종류다양했고, 现场面线과 红枣姜汤이 맛있었다.
호텔가까이에 2호선이 있고, 중산광장과도 도보거리권이라 이동이편리했음
대련역에서의 거리는 좀 있는편이고 짐이 있다면 디디로 이동추천

직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 다만 영어응대에는 조금 미흡했습니다만 소통은 가능했습니다. 저는 3박 했었고 전반적으로 만족했으나 3박 조식에 대해 하나 언급하자면 조식뷔페에 야채샐러드 부분을 좀더 보충했으면 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다. 샐러드 보울이 하나인데 첫날 그 샐러드 상태는 정말 좋지않아 적잖이 실망스러웠습니다. 다행히 둘째날은 그보다 나았고 세째날에서야 비로서 싱싱하게 보인 샐러드가 나왔습니다.
스시롤 부분도 첫째날엔 보기에도 안좋아보였습니다. 가짓수 채우는 느낌으로 보였습니다.
직원들이 정말 친절하다는게 좋았기에 모든게 치유되었습니다.

立地が良いと思います

チェックイン時の係員の対応は、大変丁寧で、良い印象をもちました。
43階の部屋でしたが、部屋に入る瞬間、特有の臭いが鼻をつきました。２泊しましたが、外出して部屋に入るたび、この臭いを感じ、一瞬不快に感じます。カビ臭いというか、長い間使っていない部屋のような臭いです。
この臭いは部屋に入ってしまえば気にならなくなり、部屋の滞在は快適でした。
朝食はバラエティーに富んだもので、満足ですが、利用者が多過ぎて空になった料理が目立ち、補充が間に合っていない感じでした。
中山広場、地下鉄駅からも近く、立地は良いと思います。

部屋は十分に広く、新しい印象。
チェックイン時に前回と同じ部屋にしてくれたこともあって、落ち着いた時間を過ごせた。
フロントでのサービス、余裕のあるラウンジ、新鮮な果物の配達、など満足のいく滞在でした。

３泊しました。まず空港から地下鉄一本（それも100円以下）。駅から徒歩３分もかからない。旅行者にとってすごく便利なロケーションです。部屋の広さ、調度品とも料金以上の価値を感じました。フロントの英語もわかりやすく笑顔で接してくれました。また衛生面でも快適でした。充電、wifiともストレスなしです。追／ミネラルは２本無料でした。

以前は良く宿泊をしていました。駅までは歩いても１０分くらいなので便利はとても良いのです。
今回は久し振りということでしたので、アップグレードも受けられず、注文通りのお部屋でした。
朝食しかとってはいませんが、このところ毎回泊まっているケッピンスキーよりは良いような気がします。私にとって不都合なのは、プールはいいのですが、シャワールームが狭く、サウナもとても狭いのです。これに比べるとケッピンスキーは数倍広いのです。これは私だけに言えることで、一般の方はプールなどにはいかれない方がほとんどなので、気にされないほうが良いと思います。
部屋も一番狭い、といってもかなりの広さはあり、快適です。
地下のバーが閉鎖されたのは残念ですね。

The room was wide and the bed, bath and toilet were clean.
There was a refrigerator, but it wasn't cold. The temperature could not be adjusted and the my drink did not get cold.
I had a good impression of the service at the front desk.

立地とサービスのいいホテル

空港から地下鉄に乗って友好広場駅へ。乗り換えもなく運賃も安く、本数も多いので地下鉄はお勧めです。駅からホテルも５分くらいです。ホテルはさすが5 ☆。スタッフも感じがよく気持ちのいい滞在でした。ホテルの周りには手ごろなレストラン、商店街、屋台街、コンビニといろいろあって街歩きも楽しいです。ホテルの向かいにあったお茶の専門店でゆっくりと座って試飲をさせてもらってお茶を買いました。ただし、日本語、英語は通じません。留学中の娘がいてくれたからこその買い物でした。

友好広場に面し、大連駅も徒歩で行けます。勝利広場や労働公園の散策やショッピングにも便利な好立地。部屋も清潔感あふれ、シックな色合いにまとめられていて落ち着いた雰囲気でした。部屋の調度品も重厚感があり、boseのステレオが完備されていたので、CDやラジオを楽しむことができました。シャワーブースとバスタブは別ですが、シャワーブースの扉を閉めても多少水が浴室に流れてしまうのが残念でした。
