Room was clean and comfotable. AC not available so we had to leave the windows open. Paid parking very convenient. Staff super kind and helpful. Ate a light dinner in the attached restaurant and it was one of my favorite meals of our trip. The city of Lleida did not impress us, dirty compared to the rest of cities we have visited, but the hotel was fine.

Its a lovely hotel, but no parking and didn't find out till we got there, i was going to leave as I'd booked it as it said it had parking the guy on reception said to leave the bike in front of the hotel and they would keep an eye on it. Won't stay there again as we need parking for piece of mind

Great value for the money

Stayed over for 3 nights. I first got a room next the elevator and was annoyed by the noise, but when I talked about it at the reception, they immediately upgraded me to a better room. Great service, clean and spacious room.

We would stay again if in Lleida

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. Room was cleaner than to be expected, obviously the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area and restaurants, and across the street from the river. Wifi was reliable and reasonably fast.

Very moderate accommodations. Reasonably priced restaurant connected to the hotel and close to the train station. We had to request adequate bathroom cleaning and they obliged quickly. Unfortunate, our window had no view of the city. The window faced the center of the building so we only saw concrete and the other hotel windows (square shape. Disappointing view of cold concrete.

Not sure the value is as good as before

Sadly not as friendly and welcoming as it was 5 years ago. The rooms are still large which is great and the bathrooms have been retiled. The location is amazing. Staff were too busy talking to each other to make you feel like they were present in your check-in and check-out. Checking out took 7 minutes because the clerk decided to take a phone call rather than ask them to hold the line a minute.

Don't Expect Good Service!

Our stay would have been perfectly adequate except when we came to check out and pay. The receptionist ignored me for several minutes until SHE was ready! In the middle of our transaction a man approached and starting speaking to the receptionist who promptly ignored me (again!) and dealt with this other person, without so much as a by your leave!! A full 5 minutes later she turned Tom me to complete our transaction. At the end of this I pointed out the
At she had been extremely rude and discourteous, something she clearly did not understand until I had to further explain to her how she had behaved. She did offer an apology, but too late the damage had been done! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is unfortunate because this one person has completely undone all the good work the receptionist had done the previous evening when we've checked in.

A pleasant spot over looking the river

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the facilities. We had a front facing room both times which is the nicest, Very busy this time so we kept out of the way at breakfast until the two coach parties had left! Then enjoyed a quite and varied meal. Resturant is good. They provided a picnic breakfast on the day we left as it was too early to eat in.

Clean modern comfortable hotel

Easy to find with easy parking for our motorbike. The room was well maintained & comfortable. The adjacent bar/restaurant was good & reasonably priced which was just as well as there were not too many attractive restaurants nearby. A very comfortable one-night stop-over.

The main issue was location. The hotel itself was sited in a perfectly reasonable spot but as soon as you headed towards the old part of the town the whole atmosphere changed. The streets felt rather threatening & after a short period of time we went back to the hotel where we felt perfectly safe. In reality, it's unlikely we would have come to any harm but it didn't really feel like that.

Good hotel. Good view from balcony. AC unit was not the best and the beds could use ditted sheets or bigger sheets that stay tucked. No one wants to wake up on the mattress it self. Overall good option!

We didn't use the hotel that much and mainly used it as a base to visit some family locally and it was very good for that. Very central and staff very helpful. Although they did charge the first night before we arrived which was annoying as I wanted to use another card and the confirmation said we would pay at hotel.. But not that a big a problem in the grand scheme of things

Overnight stay before moving onto next major stop. Room and location were fine. Didn't take the 10 euro upgrade to the front rooms with the view - would have if were staying longer. Breakfast was fine - worth the extra charge. Beds in room could do with an upgrade

Excellent hotel, recommended to me as I needed to stay in Lleida for a tour of the nearby drylands, great location as easy to find, parking and just round the corner to the shops. We had a superior room and could sit on the balcony overlooking the river.

First room had a terrible smell of sewer. I requested a new room. This had less smell of sewer but was up under the roof so very hot. I asked in the reception if they could turn on the air conditioning, but this was not available until June.
So I ended up in a room with a smell of sewer and 30 degrees +. Only good thing was that breakfast was at 06:30 so I could get out of there early and leave a really bad experience behind me.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, la solución que me ofrecían era que pagara más, costo bastante llegar a una solución que no implicara más costes, finalmente se solucionó.
La ubicación muy buena, en el centro. Las habitaciones amplias, se ve que el hotel tiene muchos años pero está muy bien cuidado. Todo estaba muy limpio.
El desayuno se da en el bar de al lado, es un bar viejo, el personal es muy amable y la comida aceptable.

Sabem aumentar o preço em face de eventos, majorando em mais de 50%, entretanto não pensam em proporcionar condições de conforto para o cliente. Não se consegue dormir por conta do calor. O ar condicionado não funciona porque a partir de outubro desligam,mesmo sabendo que a cidade arde de calor !!

El primer dia mal,habia un fallo con la climatizacion,al dia siguiente realice una queja y muy amablemente nos asignaron otra habitacion (superior por las molestias).Estuvimos muy a gusto y la amabilidad de los trabajadores.Estuvimos dos dias.
