En entrant dans la chambre, la vue est à couper le souffle, on voit le pont Dragon au complet, la grande roue, les 2 autres ponts. Proche du marché, proche de nombreux restaurants, promenade sur le bord de la rivière juste en face. Le point le plus décevant, la manque de diversité et de quantité de la nourriture au buffet, le café tiède, les plats non renouvelés ou tout simplement retirer à partir de 9:00 am.

A great stay at Sun River Hotel

This is a great hotel with very warm and friendly and helpful staff. Room is new and clean, and adequate space. sheets and towel are clean and air-condition is powerful. Complementary breakfast is great with a lot of selections, the restaurant at 9th floor with surrounding windows give a great view of the city of Da Nang. Location is great and close to many shops and restaurants, and is about 1-2 blocks away from the famous pink church and the Han Market. I am not sure why the average rating is only 7.6, I would give it a 9.0 rating.

Vip room with corner circle glass windows provide amazing views of the river day and night. Very comfortable bed. Breakfasts had a great selection of local dishes. Servers where helpful and friendly. Grea location.

Hotel is showing its age and luck of care in some areas. It is a 3 star that could easily made into 4-star by making some minor improvements. Few light bulbs were missing. Not a single surface to keep your soap in the shower stall, but the floor!? Some areas of wall and ceiling plaster are beginning to peel.

I opted for the room in the picture, the one with the curved window overlooking the river. The view was incredible, just great. The room was above average...nothing amazing...but definitely good. It was a decent price too, so, in the end, it was one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

Walking distance to Han Market, just 3mins, come out from the hotel main entrance then turn left and turn left. The hotel staff there doesnt understand and know english very well, some communication barrier. The staff at the reception counter and breakfast restaurant not very friendly. They never greets every time i pass by.

Terrible Staff Service and Bathtub

A perfect view and location, but bathtub was inconvenient, hotel owner probably set up the best jet pool jacuzzi but un-well maintenanced moreover just let guests checking in with that broken bathtub doors and shower.

Upon checking out, due to many luggaged asked help to carry our luggage by bellmen calling 30 mins before leaving but nobody came up to help, when we went down to the lobby found 2 bellmen with nothing busy just standing at the lobby area, even though talked to the lady manager she just ignore and even did not say one word sorry and just talked to me to return an adapter which I did not see and was not even setup in the room, after put our louggagea in the boot of my car , did not give any tip due to They did do their job and I did not feel setisfied with their attitude, finally they push ed the door of car very strongly BANG! and just gone! None trained staffs this hotel at all.

Whilst some things cannot be helped such as noisy patrons in neighboring room making a lot of noise late at night, the bad smell in the room was a real turn off. It was made worse by the smoking of other patrons wafting in through the poor ventilation (there were no windows to open) and the smell filling my room. The breakfast was average but adequate and the location was good.

Pleasant stay small clean boutique hotel on river

one week business trip. Stayed SunRiver before. Make sure you have a room with a window as some don't. Convenient for River Front and town. Friendly Boutique hotel right on the river Han. No garden or swimming pool but only a few km from beach.

Room is clean and comfortable, I didn't give it a 4 stars rating for 2 reason:
1. the wall mounted A/C is blow directly at the bed, my face was getting cold at night.
2. my room only have a bathtub (i prefer standing shower) and it was tall little hard to get in and out.

Breakfast buffet is average in quality and selections.

After an initial problem with the room I had initially booked, the hotel moved me without any hesitation to an upgraded room where i stayed an extra night such was the quality and cleanliness of the hotel generally. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The staff in the hotel were all very pleasant and were always willing to help me if I needed anything.

This hotel is in a great location, it is directly opposite the river which is all lit up at night along with the boats which go up and down. It is a wonderful sight. The breakfast was disappointing, they seemed to cater for more Asians than other nationalities. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. We paid a bit extra for a room with a large corner window which is well worth it. It is a short cheap taxi ride to the beach should you wish.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sun River Hotel. It has a great location, right on the river. Our room was very good, the employees very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. They should either replace or repair the toaster and ensure that the Bacon offered is cooked properly! Overall we would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Sun River Hotel is in a great location

Hotel is right on the river walk so close to everything going on in Da Nang. Staff was great, always very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable but not very sound proof and not always cleaned well. Fresh towels everyday but the floors were not cleaned well. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. I would stay again at this hotel.

A Worthwhile Stay

Location along the riverside which is a pleasant place for leisure strolls in the evenings & mornings. We stayed in a superior room for 2 nights. Room is a bit small though, more so after addition of an extra bed, there is hardly any floor space left. However we have a nice riverside view from our window which made up for it. Breakfast is great with nice variety. Close to Indochina Riverside Tower which has a food court upstairs. Han market is nearby. Good wifi. Certainly value for money.

Aside from a very nice room for the price this hotel has a bar with a nice view of the river on the 9th floor. Across from the hotel was a river walk which was great for getting out for some exercise in the evening. I was in Danang on business and the hotel location worked well for my purposes though if I were in town as a tourist I would locate near the beach.

We booked a VIP2 room and it was spacious and clean.
The room was facing the river and provided a nice view of city and bridge however windows were not sound proof so you here some noise from street.
The room provides a large bed and superb bathroom.
Service was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Most spoke fluent English.
The breakfast room is at the top floor and the food was good
Free Wifi access throughout but not always reliable
There are some really good bars and restaurant on the same street

Helt tragisk hotell, med en forferdelig dårlig standar, rett og slett trist at Hotel.Com har dette som et forslag. Det lukter mugg/ sopp i hotellet det brukes bøtter på gulvet for å fange opp lekkasjer. Det henger wunderbaum på rommet pga helt elendige inneforhold. Dette er det dårligste vi har vært borti.
